Damn, great progress man! I won't be around much this week because I am traveling for work and getting slammed, but definitely going to be checkin in regularly when I get back. Keep up the great work!

Looks like my upper body day pill stack. 4 caps COP, 4 caps Agmatine, 3 caps MCC, 2 caps ALCAR.

Fantastic back workout, lifting heavy ass weight i love it.

As far as the appetite thing, could be from a number of things. I have seen random people comment on loss of appetite when using ArA but not enough to really think it's a serious occurance. I've actually seen bulbine cause appetite suppression quite a bit, so my official guess is it's the bulbine.
 
I love HS equipment too including the iso-lateral rows and the wide chest. I take my first dose of X-Gels in about an hour. This will be my third run of ArA.
 
Great job so far Evan. I'm curious to see what kind of results you can achieve with your current dose. With the compensation included, I now have 6 bottles of X-Gels that I'm planning to use next month.

Sorry for no update yesterday guys. Had a long day, and really wasn't feeling the gym. I went anyway.. and really focused on big sets on my quads. My legs are more sore than normal today, and I attribute this to the x-gels. Also, my strength and stamina keeps going up even though I ate only 1300 cals yesterday.

Libido and confidence is still off the chart.. I'm also noticing I'm sleeping longer and deeper than before. Its a pretty significant change. I get tired earlier and falling asleep is very easy.If I don't get 8-9 hrs of sleep I feel crazy groggy in the morning. My skin is VERY oily, im taking 2-3 showers a day to keep up. This happened to me when I ran tropinol as well, but the effects are much more pronounced this time, without the moodiness I experienced. I am REALLY liking bulbine! Definitely the best herbal test booster I've used so far!

Today I woke up feeling much better. Popped a bulbine and some alcar when I woke up to get me going.

Today was arms and I was bound and determined to kill it.

Another note..

Noticing some serious joint pain. I better grab some cissus or something!

I just started cissus a few days ago. I also took my first x-gels dose yesterday and my arms are so tired and sore already!

Still rocking and rolling. The x-gels are giving me 24/7 muscle hardness... its pretty incredible. I'm sore as HELL today!

In top of all this x-gels awesomeness the bulbine makes me feel like a 16 year old! I swear.. probably TMI but the weird spontaneous erections are crazy and happen at the most inopportune times haha! Seriously has a mind of its own lately.

Took 1g of x-gels today, and really didn't notice any lessor effects. Ill probably continue at this dosage.

Good workout on low cal. I definitely notice a difference in strength if i don't eat before workout. If I do low cal, I try to eat most of cal/carbs pre workout.

I tried fasted lifting today and failed big time. BCAA wasn't enough. I needed real food.

Are you LeanGains? How often do you train fasted?

When I first made the switch to LG the first few days of fasted training sucked. I felt hypoglycemic and thought I was going to pass out and die. But now its no big deal for me to fast for 20 to even 24hours and train without having any problems. I've actually noticed my strength INCREASE because of it. Surprising.
 
Mandatory chest Monday!

The weekend went great. Got some good rest in, and some "quality" time in with the wife :) (thanks bulbine!) Weird thing was on Sunday, my weight was 278 again..? Its got to be water or glycogen because I averaged about 1800cals each day last week.

I think I am going to switch up my x-gels dosing. I'm going to run 2g per day on workout days and 1g on off days.

Hit chest hard today. Took my 2g x-gels, 500mg agmatine, 2g alcar, 8g gms, craze, 225mg icariin, bulbine, and mcc.

After my warm up sets I felt like a monster. Incline bench felt light as hell. But afterward, my chest kinda took a **** which was odd. It felt kinda like the chest muscle was tearing.. or cramping? Really weird. It was hard to get them to contract at all and the eccentric stretch was almost painful. I'm not too sure what this was about, but I dropped the weight and hit some volume. The pump was crazy today.. hell I'm still pumped!

My pectorals are still twitching now 3 hours post workout. Maybe I caused some kickass hypertrophy?

Also, joint pain was crazy today. My right elbow started acting up bad and during warm up I felt like the tin man. I stopped taking OT and fish oil because of the zinc and anti inflammatory properties.. but I think I need to start it up again because today was painful!

Haha thanks man. I was disappointed because normally I'm pushing 80 plus on flys and 300 plus on decline but I just couldn't get it going yesterday. I'm sore as hell today so I did something right I guess!!

Yep, as long as you maximize effort, you should be fine. For me strength tend to fluctuate from day to day. Although when it has gone up for several sessions and you finally hit a wall, it is disappointing.

Felt ridiculous strength today. Today was also this first day I used SNS creatinol-o-phosphate preworkout and damn was there a difference. No burning sensation at all.. pretty awesome.

Pumps are still spectacular and around the clock, but I've been experiencing some stomach discomfort at 2g ArA x-gels a day. I feel like I'm still leaning but the weight on the scale isn't moving.. really odd as I was consistently losing 2+ pounds per week.

Nice workout day! I'm doing the same muscle groups today but I don't think I'll be approaching anywhere near your numbers lol. Hammer curls I could probably get pretty close...

I think the reason you are not seeing the scale move so much anymore is that you're muscle gain to fat loss has equalized. Initially I'm sure it was just pure fat coming off of you so you noticed a drop and now you're starting to gain lean mass while the fat is still flowing off of you like hot liquid magma. Nothing but a good sign, brother!

Two weeks in!

Let's see if I can get some progress pictures up tonight or tomorrow!

Yesterday was kind of a wasted day. I tried to hit the gym (legs and shoulders) but just couldn't focus, and honestly I was sore as fuuuu from the day prior. Nothing kills traps like Rack Deads! But anyway, got some good leg press/hack squat action in followed up with some military and upright rows.

Diet has been pretty good. I find myself fasting for more than 16 hours.. (today 22) with less hunger and still maintaining gym performance. The x-gels have really improved my explosive power and intensity, which IMO is everything when trying to inflict hypertrophy.

I am also noticing that while I'm lifting heavier and more intense, less sets are required to cause exhaustion or failure (kinda cool! Do less get more)

I am also requiring more carbs (20-60 extra) per day to feel okay, and that has put my daily caloric average up to right under 2k per day. The body heat and sweating is more intense, and a full skin splitting pump is achieved in as little as the first warm up sets and lasts the rest of the day. It really is incredible.

The bulbine is still kicking hard. My libido excellent. This is where the product shines in my opinion. I also feel a bit of aggression when taken preworkout, and the confidence or "alpha" feeling is great.

Today I hit chest. Pretty awesome workout, and took only 1 all put intensity set on incline and decline to get my pectorals twitching hard. When doing flys, it was actually difficult to get my chest to contract. I am a big fan of lifting to failure (I know research says I shouldn't, but I feel it works great) and feeling my chest fail hard today was pretty satisfying.

Hit a PR today with back. 630lbs on sit-down machine row for 7! Pretty happy with that. Everything is still going really good.. no side effects to report or anything.

Hit a little bit of back and arms today! Workout was intense, I was sweating like crazy. The thermo effect of x-gels is insane.. my shirt was soaked. My training buddy will be picking some x-gels up today, so I'm very excited to see what he thinks in the coming weeks.

Going to take the weekend off of all supplements and let my CNS recover.. its been a crazy week.

Today was one of the best chest workouts I've had in a very long time. I was firing on all cylinders today and I felt RUTHLESS!

Intensity was an 11 today. I felt unstoppable. Strength was unrelenting and endurance seemed never ending. Definitely the highlight this far for workouts while using x-gels. The only issue today was that I felt stiffer than the tin man. Nothing a few extra warm up sets couldn't solve!

The skin on my midsection is very stretchy from when I was heavier. Its kind of a pain to show any weight loss from that area with me... but I promise its there!

Other pictures from today. I tried to show the development in my triceps as I am seeing a lot of improvement.
