Just got my Form X today along side Division 1.
Put the division 1 on the shelf for later but cracked open the Formula X to taste that Pink Lemonade and it's pretty good...

It's just outside of Enterprise. It lasts until Sunday, but the actual park with the ATV trails and water park is open every day. Almost got rained out yesterday, but they got it all worked out. I got home about 3 this morning but it was so worth it.

Great workout Capt. Best of luck with the stack. I haven't tried anything from Athletix yet, but I've seen/heard many positive reviews.

After a weekend of being sinfully lazy, today was back to the old iron. This week on the Y3T schedule is light weight for high reps..I hate this week.

Thighs/Hamstrings
Leg Extensions - 2-4 warm-up sets - 30x10/40x10/50x10
Leg Extensions - 2 triple drop sets of 30-40 reps - 100x20/90x10/80x10 for both sets
Barbell Squat - 1-2 warm-up sets - bar x 10/95x10
Barbell Squat - 2 sets of 20-25 reps - 135x25/115x21
Barbell Lunge - 2 sets of 15-20 reps - 95 x 20 for both sets
Leg Press - 2 sets of 40-50 reps - 180x50/160x46

Superset:
Lying Leg Curls - 2 sets of 20-25 reps - 30x25/50x23
Stiff-Legged BB Deadlift - 2 sets of 20-25 reps - 135x25/135x20

Yeah, third week of the Y3T cycle is crazy with the high reps. It tests whether you really want it or not..and many times during the workout, I don't want it..LOL

Nice workout, that certainly is a ton of reps... Might have to do a bit of research on Y3T and give this a go when I change things up... (or G.V.T.)

I've been pretty satisfied with Y3T so far..I hate it, but I love it.
That was the first Bud I'd had in forever. The next 5 didn't take as long..LOL

I've only been on a 4 wheeler once lol. Been on jet skis a few times when I was younger, those were so fun. I can say I havn't been on a dirt bike yet lol

I've avoided dirt bikes simply cause I know I'd hurt myself. I'd try something off the x-games and come back in a full body cast..LOL

Rest day today. Did notice today that I was becoming highly irritated extremely quickly..possible elevated test? Could be, will be keeping an eye on this.
