Leg Extensions - 2-4 warm-up sets - 30x10/40x10/50x10
Leg Extensions - 2 triple drop sets of 30-40 reps - 100x20/90x10/80x10 for both sets
Barbell Squat - 1-2 warm-up sets - bar x 10/95x10
Barbell Squat - 2 sets of 20-25 reps - 135x25/115x21
Barbell Lunge - 2 sets of 15-20 reps - 95 x 20 for both sets
Leg Press - 2 sets of 40-50 reps - 180x50/160x46
Superset:
Lying Leg Curls - 2 sets of 20-25 reps - 30x25/50x23
Stiff-Legged BB Deadlift - 2 sets of 20-25 reps - 135x25/135x20

I've only been on a 4 wheeler once lol. Been on jet skis a few times when I was younger, those were so fun. I can say I havn't been on a dirt bike yet lol
