That's actually the reason I can't drink anything but water during my workouts. I tried drinking I intra mixes like bcaas and I get sick to my stomach every time!

Well...supps were same. 2 epi v pre workout along with my homemade c.ocktail that cyrus mixed up for me.

today i was back, and i knew i was back... Smashed it today.
This time, i had recompadrol PRE CARDIO instead.

WOW, diggin deep here after 2 days off. My workout numbers speak for themselves today. :)

today i was back, and i knew i was back... Smashed it today.
This time, i had recompadrol PRE CARDIO instead.

Nice update bro! Only thing I do in your routine is dips and ham curls and of course cardio. I might have to try the others in there.

If you are looking for fat loss on a low carb diet I would eat most of your carb intake in the meal following you workout. Severely limit all carbs else wise. That's what works for me anyway. Your body can utilize the carbs you take in at that time a lot better.

workout was another good one. day 2 and 3 combined. then run with the Gf for 20mins.
