Well...supps were same. 2 epi v pre workout along with my homemade c.ocktail that cyrus mixed up for me.
today i was back, and i knew i was back... Smashed it today.
This time, i had recompadrol PRE CARDIO instead.
WOW, diggin deep here after 2 days off. My workout numbers speak for themselves today.

LiveToLift said:If you are looking for fat loss on a low carb diet I would eat most of your carb intake in the meal following you workout. Severely limit all carbs else wise. That's what works for me anyway. Your body can utilize the carbs you take in at that time a lot better.
