I'll take it

That could be 100% right too... Maybe I'm not a newbie anymore those pump days are gone haha...
Trying to look like my avi pic and that's a long shot!

Just a fullness... Got it. Guess they say that's why hemavol gets better with use.

You'll need to stack a **** ton of anabolics to look like that...

haha... Test & Deca... Stacked with some SD @ 5000 cals a day & sleeping for 10 hours, I'm golden haha...

What are folks seeing out of agmatine that some of us are not.
I heard great reviews from some people (as far as pumps) & others who don't seem to get too much out of it...

it takes some time. The first time I used it, well the first couple of times, I didn't notice anything but later one I noticed A LOT!

If doing interment fasting and training fasted(except 10 g bcaas preworkout) would hemavol added pre workout cause hypoglycemia?

Why would it cause hypoglycemia? Are you referring to the agmatine?

Yeah, isnt it considered sort of a gda?

Yea but I highly doubt you'll have any hypoglycemia problems bro. Having properties and being it's sole purpose are 2 different things. I along with many others take it on an empty stomach with 0 problem. I think you will be fine.

Well the reason i ask is because today i took 2 scoops of hemavol pre workout, after about 16 hours of fasting, and i felt a little strange during and after the workout. It was a good workout, I got a pr, but i felt kinda light headed at times

Could be the fasting. Taking all these sups after not eating for a while & doing activities that require calories.... I'll pass.

I actually usually feel quite energized after a long period of fasting druing my workouts. I think hemavol may actually be better suited taken before my post workout meal

I am the same way, likely due to increased catecholaminergia. My advice would be to try 1 scoop of Hemavol (still effective). The lightheadedness could be hypoglycemia, but it's far more likely that it is hypotension.

U can take hemavol on empty 1 scoop, then eat meal, wait 1 more hour do another scoop and then lift try that.

What exactly would cause the hypotension ?

Why not just say low pressure ya nerd...
Are you getting a PhD in shool now or what? :P

Pretty much the entire formula. Citrulline -> arginine -> NO -> vasodilation, norvaline -> arginase inhibition -> increased arginine pool -> NO -> vasodilation, and we all know agmatine has hypotensive effects (drops my diastolic BP by about 6 mm Hg at 1g...and I sit at around 60mm Hg diastolic to begin with). GMS should, in theory, combat hypotension, but the dose may not be sufficient.

Could split doses(1 scoop) prior to my following two postworkout meals work?

I dont do well with caffeine. I think ill just stick to it before post wo meal and if that doesnt work just drop it. I dont want to mess around with the hypoglycemia/hypotension

Start from the beginning what are you hoping to gain out of hemavol? It's a preworkout so obviously taking it in the preworkout setting would be optimal.

Have you ever had trouble with indigestion? Anxiety? Just light headed and dizzy were the symptoms? Was your skin clammy? Any other complaints?

mr.cooper69 said:
There is no point in taking hemavol postworkout. Just take it preworkout or not at all.

Thank you, I was trying to tell him that politely ^^^ dick ; )

F U... Like that? : ) good call

Woulda thought taken before a post workout meal would help shuttle in nutrients, but i guess ill nix it if not

The entire ingredient profile is designed for pre workout bro. Just take a half scoop until you adjust to the effects Buddy.

Ill give it a shot, but i dont think it goes well with my fasted training based off the past two days of use with it

Have you ever had indigestion problems? I ask because most flavor mixes (haven't looked at hemavol) are pretty acidic.

I have before on occasion, but nothing recently

Maybe try an antacid before next use : ) worth a shot let us know!

Also just to give you a heads up when Coop says his bp drops 6 mm hg at 1g agmatine we're talking a minute change. Let's say you being a healthy male are 120/80 a drop of 6 would put you at 114/80 NOTHING that is going to be of a significant concern for being hypotensive and you wouldn't even notice the drop. Don't freak yourself out or hype yourself up hundreds of thousands of people have used these products with no problems.

*not medical advice just my opinion.

Maltodextrin and sucralose In body octane r scaring me off.. I train with at least a 12 hour fast. Sometimes 16! The thought of drinking a powdered mix pre workout is frightening.. Sorry if that sound messed up.. Just what I've grown used to. The formula just looks so damn good and is far too expensive to put together on my own

Just drink it bro.
I thought the same thing, but man, don't sweat those lil things. Its a pretty sweet drink and works well

Above everything else, when u did drink it did you get epic pumps?

BO is endurance. Not pump Azza bro.

LOL dude come on. The maltodextrin IS NOT EVEN ONE GRAM, and sucralose elicits ZERO insulin response. Toothpaste or mouthwash will have more calories than body octane...

Again, why is it frightening when fasting has no effect on body composition in the face of 24 hour energy balance?

It looks like your mind is your biggest enemy. Don't think...just do it (Nike better sponsor me for this) :D

The primary ingredient in BO increases NO in humans and contributes to pumps ;)
