Ok so we already know it's hot as hell here in bama! Not just cause we are now hitting triple digits like today and 105 for sat, but we also have like 90plus humidity! I'm sweating to death at work! Up at 4:45 this morning for work, took off an hr and went to pay bills. Got home was watching the braves play ball, and told Mrs P I'm heading to the gym, This at 8:00 tonight, No stims in a month, and all of sudden I was in the gym pump jacked hulked you name it. It's getting scary just saying! Hit trys tonight cardio tomorrow since we have 17 team torneyment!

Hit up the track today for mile and it hit 105 temp!!! Resting now at the house for the one pitch torney tonight. Champ game scheduled for around 4 tomorrow morning woo woo woo!

Yea it's getting hot over here too...drink plenty of water bro...usually I drink yogurt shake...put some water in blender and then put plain yogurt about 3big spoons...put one salt and black pepper and drink it...it's gonna cool ur body from inside and you gonna be so relaxed...try it bro plus it's healthy

The salt and the black pepper threw me off! I know it's healthy though . I'm just not a big fan of anything thick!(insert joke here)

I always get a Mango Lassie during summer time.

I am not sure I can handle unflavored Greek yogurt. Mix some fruit in and I can drink that all day.

I goto an Indian restaurant once a month. I love spicy food ! Especially during summer. I stop in just for a lassie at the dessert store next door. Sometimes they have them made into popsicles (ice cream bars). Refreshing during summertime.

Fack yea that's what I'm talking about...Indian food is delicious!!! I go to buffet myself and eat a lot...Indian food is bit heavy but very tasty...can't get enough lol...i will be visiting India in 3 or 4months....cant wait :)

You don't have to put salt and black pepper...and you can make as thin you want....just add more water :)

My goodness hulk needs to hibernate for a while. I just got home around 3 am this morning from the tournament , went 5 and 2 finishing 3rd outa 17 teams. I hit two doubles, walked 7 times, few singles and almost cleared the fence on one. But on one of the doubles, the fields out there have horrible lips and I twisted my left knee. I played through but I felt something twinge. Gonna take off from training legs couple weeks. Had a blast though and turned 32 today!

First of all, Happy Birthday! And congrats on that 3rd place! You should be proud of the hard work you been putting into your things. A true champion is one who stands up even when he can't. Hope you heal fast and get back out there and do your thing.

Final day on the stack and will say it's been one of my best runs. The strength and sleep I got off this was both rare for me and sleep wise, but def welcomed. I love the strength gains and pr's!! Today hit up shoulders and my shoulder is finally healing almost 100 percent!!

i'm not sure, I really want to try the new Crazonade I live the grape flavor. I've haven't tried the new Anabeta yet either.

Wow man been feeling really damn good latley. As soon as I hit the gym it's like the light switch flips and here I go. The more I drive myself the more I see what I can really do. Leave the excuses at home and you will suprise yourself! Today hit up some chest and hit some pr's yup I said it PR!!

Chest:

flat bench db presses: 70lbs PR!!! x 5,5,5

incline db presses: 55lbs x 8,8,8

pec/dec: 150lbs x 8,8,8

machine vertical presses: 150lbs x 8,8,8

incline barbell presses: 135lbs x 5 155lbs x 8, 185lbs x 8 PR I think without a doubt I'd get 225 for 1 to 2 reps

Well today went to track for a mile walk, couldn't still plant well with my left knee from twisting it in the tourney but it's getting better slowly! Went to gym to hit back up. Felt strong but sleepy for some reason as well.
