First 5mins walking at 3.5 speed and incline all the way which is 15.0...
And then next 20mins HIIT cardio...1min running max speed at 10.0 with incline 2.5 and 1min walking at speed of 3.5 with incline 2.5...
And then last 5mins I do the same as first 5mins :)
 
Phone update!

June 26th: HIIT

Ran for 3.1 miles in 30min and burned 555cals! Felt awesome! Got all 10 cycles in this time as opposed to 6 from last time.

Weight: 226lbs

Tomorrow will be legs!

June 27th: LEGS

Well I'll be damned I can't believe this Phase wraps up in a few days. Final thoughts will come at the end as well as a final picture update. I was thinking that with Phase 3 I may even do some video logs! Thought that might be fun :)! Dunno how good of a narration voice I have though. I'm definitely no Morgan Freeman.

Weight: 227lbs holding steady

SQUATS: 135x12 165x12 185x8,8,8 Next time it'll be 185x10x3!!!

FRONT SQUATS: 105x12,12

LEG PRESS: 225x15 315x12 405x12,10,8

SEATED CALF RAISE: 150x20,20,20

HAMSTRING CURL: 145x12,12

GLUTE HAM RAISE: BW+45x12,12

Finished up with a 10 minute treadmill walk at 7.5% incline and a speed of 3mph. Think I walked about .6 miles and burned near 100 calories. Just enough to get out the nastiness ;)! Haha therein lies the problem. Its because they are so long that it takes them awhile to get strong ;)! Working on it! That damn leg press was hurting today! Wanted 12x3... new goal for next time.

I've also started the IF diet and so far its been quite fun :)

30 days until wedding! :eek:!

Weight: holding steady at 227lbs

STANDING SHOULDER PRESS: 45x12 110x10,5 75x12,8... this 100x12x3 is just not going to happen. The numbers keep wavering every time I attempt it and when I start getting up to the higher weights with shoulders and barbell I don't like the way my form feels. My left shoulder usually starts to pinch halfway through the set. DBs feel much better.

SEATED DB PRESS: 55x12,10 50x12

SHRUGS: 105DBeaHandx12,12 110DBx12 50DBx25 110lbs in each hand? PIECE OF CAKE :D!

STRAIGHT ARM RAISE: 30x10,10 35x8

PULLEY DELT RAISE: 30x10,10,8R+4L +4L@20lbs left side gave out early :(

30 DAYS! DAMN! I would be sh1tting my pants bro haha and yet you are keeping it together and putting up some mighty nice numbers right there specially for the upright rows bro! Thx fellas. Reps when I get to comp. No HIIT today. Storms knocked out power to the whole gym so the place was closed when I got there lol. Wasn't running outside in that **** either. But the fiance got called off from work so that was nice. Got to work on our programs for the wedding. Crazy that its so close! Tomorrow is back day and I can't wait. I have some built up frustration that I hope I can take out on the weights. IF diet is going nicely! Today was the last day of erase pro/dcp. Well I guess my body thinks its time for me to get up. Typically don't wake up this early but I didn't work last night and yesterday I slept about 13 hours so I figure it evens out. My lady is still asleep so I think I'm going to split todays workout. I'm heading off to the gym to do some morning HIIT and then later after she wakes up we'll both go back and she'll do whatever it is she's doing and I'll do my back routine. I'll post my final review later tonight. It's time for Phase 3 to begin :)!
 
June 30th: HIIT

So I went to the gym this morning and guess what? The place was still shut down because of the damn power being out! I don't get it... all of their lights were on? Maybe the power shutting off jacked up their electronics a bit? I'm sure treadmills/bikes are just the same as a computer and should reboot back up just fine? Maybe their computers got all jacked up and they can't scan us in? I have no idea... but that was frustrating that it was twice I went there and they were closed. When the fiance wakes up I'm going to call ahead and make sure they are open first. What a joke! So I came home and stood in the living for a second and looked at my sleeping girl and contemplated going back to sleep with her. But I didn't want to waste any more time because the longer I waited the hotter it was going to get outside so I finally convinced myself to run outdoors and boy that was a change of pace. I don't have a workout watch so it was hard for me to time myself during my sprints but what I would do was look out in the distance and find a landmark and tell myself to sprint to it as fast as I could. The benefit to doing this outside was that I could potentially sprint faster than what I was allowing myself to on the treadmill. In fact I was sprinting so fast that at times I felt like I was going to trip and fall over because my feet weren't moving as fast as I was telling them to! Felt very strange! I did 8 sprint cycles and in between those I rested until I caught my breath just by walking. Towards the end though I had to stop and place my hands on my knees and catch my breath. The humidity/temp outside got to me a bit and I could really feel it towards the end. Both quads started to tighten up and they are really sore right now. I was out there for about 30 minutes but it felt like it was much longer than that! The distance was 3 miles but as for cals burned I have no idea!

You were running at about 6mph avarage , not taking into consideration any kind of sprint or burst or any epoch caused in any sense lets just say for convenience sake you burned around 400-450 kCals being the huge tall being you are :p
 
Good job btw!! :D way to keep the eye on the prize and adapting to the situation in order to still deliver a well toned a*s to the wedding bed! ;)!

LOL. I don't think I'll be doing any stripping. Before/After comparison would be better viewed as pictures. We shall see what I come up with. I will introduce myself as Antman though haha. Maybe do a "MTV Cribs" style presentation.

This damn IF diet is freaking weird. It took my GI tract about 3 days to adjust to it. But the funny thing is the first day I did it I was like there is no way I'm NOT going to be hungry. I ate from 6PM-2AM. And even when I got home at 8AM I wasn't hungry. Woke up at 2PM wasn't hungry. Worked out and it was like I had eaten a meal. I was expecting terrible results yet I'm still making gains. So strange. I'm really hungry right now because I just ran but I'm just chuggin some BCAAs because I don't want to break my fast just yet. Want to wait til after weights (if I even do them... damn gym).

I tried to find a REALLY BAD before picture of myself when I was powerlifting but it looks like I deleted it (it was in a folder w/ a ton of pics from when I lived w/ my ex and I deleted all of the ones of her so I think it vanished as well). *sigh*

Haha my lifts today were just mediocre. I blame it on lack of sleep (4 hours) and doing HIIT in the morning. Essentially a two a day. Still felt good just wasn't earth shattering. I'm out w some friends now but when I get home ill post my final thoughts.
