Form-X The return of the Troll. LG Sponsored Production, Staring the Swole Troll-Chef

They are indeed...specially when you posses the kind of memory that does not let you forget many things for quite a while, lets just say your mind takes a sick kind of pleasure in making you relive horrible memories over and over again, while reminding you that you can NOT wake up...


Ok diet today has been on point:

So far I've had:

First Meal:
-2 cups of brown rice
-4 oz of 90/10 lean beef
-2 tablespoons sesame tahini
-4 pieces of whole wheat bread
-1 cup of fat free milk

Second meal (snack):
-1 cup of cottage cheese (2% milk fat)
-1 tbsp almond butter (natural)
-2 pieces whole wheat bread

Dinner, about to have it:
-2 pieces of whole wheat bread
-3 cups of oatmeal
-1.5 cups of heb fat free milk

Totals:
3,060 468g of carbs 68g of fat 143g of protein.

I liked todays set up for macros, hit them quite nice IMO, could have done with a bit less protein and a bit more carbs/fat but it is what it is :p! Still pretty good, and tomorrow and sunday I get to cook so it will be much better macro wise :).

Diet looks great. I take it you are consuming fruits/veggies but don't list them?

The meat contains a huge load of tomatoes, zucchini, carrots, and every time I list egg whites I usually pair them with spinach and mushrooms , cottage cheese will have some pineapple or strawberries from time to time haha, but since I don't count macros from fruits and veggies I find them irrelevant to list :p, unless I describe a recipe. Only fruits I will count as carbs will be bananas and apples if I have a whole one or more than 1. Also I have MANY cheat meals I don't report , I keep a tupperware filled with shredded cabbage/lettuce/carrots I'll binge on them between meals in my feeding period specially on burn days since meals are so tiny :(!!! But thanks for bringing it up hehe I should post them more so people know they are more than important to keep in, specially if you fling it on the multi.

(I have no idea the macros on that cake, but 800 kCal is probably conservative. think about how much cardio that is)

Haha I know brother Texan it was merely a joke :) and I never cheat except on loads of veggies between meals :p merely because I am a wry guilty and strict person haha. I swore off ALL dairy for 6+ months and any kind of sugar including fruits for a kind of cut I do not condone anymore :p but I hold my ban of sugar unless from fruits haha

We need some investors and deal, you do the front and managing stuff, I'll cook haha, we can get more cooking fanatics in so we can leave for 2 hour breaks at a time to work out (usual workouts are 90 mins tops...so that gives us around 30 mins for transportation and showering, good enough)

Thats a good way to look @ it. Nate doesn't like sugar much either. I tell u I stay away from sodas.... I'll have one in a blue moon but not often. Usually drinking water.

Same here bro :/ I don't like either normal or diet soda :S never! Idk its just not my taste...I rather a good glass of water or bcaa's OR some natural fruit juice :)!

The 3 sets that had 10 reps I would take a mini rest pause holding the bar at top of the positive movement and breath for some seconds and rep the last 3-4 reps since I took the "pause" at around rep 6-7...yup chest is burning, good it deserves the punishment.

Feeling extremely lethargic and weak today during the workout guys...any ideas? Not really lethargic just burning out and I have gone higher and worse than this...you think I should have done my deload?...

Ok workout went bad...no anger , aggression , hate or wrath could get me to do my normal weight in most lifts, but endurance IS up there since I could do 135x10 without problem in flat and well a good rest paused set for incline...

Form-X notes:
-recovery and endurance is UP , but one thing to note is that, in a short period of time, Form-Xs test boosting and estrogen control blend, does NOT seem to have any effect on neural fatigue , yet I have only taken it for a week, even so it does pose a LOT of endurance and strength boosting properties even on the first week. I am wondering as to how this would help paired up with Reduce-XT for cortisol control, sucr you got all your bases covered as fat as hormonal natural support seeing how form-x IS a formidable test booster + AI. SERM effects are unknown to me in comparison since I have never used a real serm and find different benefits overall in the serm compound.

Thoughts guys? Deload or no deload? That be the question...

I'm feeling bad about today haha...in all honesty I have done 165x3 only before, but I HAVE done 165x3 at least...I should have been able to do 165x5+ today...but then again I had to deload this week and decided to get c0cky and only reset the macrocycle and recalculate for my new %s...So either I push through this in some way, OR I deload :/...hm...
 
Bad days only prepare you for better days ahead bro! Heck I didn't even make it to the gym today, due to late night softball torney, and woke up with lil sleep feeling dazed and confused lol. I gota pull ot tomorrow in the gym now.

I have this theory too, but also more geared as to getting out of debt and the lies and slander about him being a complete PedoBear :/...I respect/miss/love MJ haha , sorry if it sounds homo but damn...Who the f*ck can resist to NOT dance to Billy Jean , or attempt to ignore the frantic: "Annie are you OK annie!!..." And NOT try to do the choreography for Smooth Criminal...don't even get me started about Man in The Mirror...which applies to how I kinda changed up my life...pft idk haha I like his songs a lot, not only the hits, but most of them :p!
