Yeah I have a hard time believing the metabolism boost for ALL DAY long effects from any kind of cardio haha, but thanks to you I did feel a new sense of love and admiration for oxygen and breathing bro haha.

Strong day in the main lift for not having slept much though , I went back on the weight on the assistance because I wasn't liking my form and ROM and rather go for higher controlled reps with better ROM and more MM connection.

Form-X notes:
Ok I didn't sleep much but I still recovered fine from yesterday and almost all the burn from that HIIT mayhem is gone. Libido is still high and today I actually talked to the girl that works at my gym I think it's cute so that's saying something. As for increased aggression well, the extra set of chin ups was because this Cross Fit dude was doing chin ups right by me swinging around a lot and actually sent his iPod flying and hit me in the back of the head because of his weird swinging form...I bitched at him todo proper form and he said e can get 12 reps like that, that I couldn't even do 5...well proper form all the way up and all the way down I did 20 and merely said: "now workout without excuses dude" so yeah aggression is there. No difference yet in penile sensitivity as of today.

Thanks bro :), well I let them get away with it...its the first time they do that and I just met the dudes so I was kinda nice about it...but yeah, I let it out crystal clear, they touch my food again I'll drop my 235lb deadlift max fall on top of them and see them go blue trying to get it off...(they never hit the gym and they are quite skinny :3)

I'm bulking haha looking less lean everyday :p I don't mind haha was at 7 loved the 6pack hated being 126.7lbs haha xD gimme tips on getting your mass bro! You are big AND lean!! Envy haha
 
when it comes to gaining mass I'd ease into it as in lets say 1 week 3500 cals next week 4000, next week 4500 ect ect. Otherwise, at least from my experience when I was in my teens, When I added 2 mass gainer shakes a day instead of food intake i spent alot of my day on the toilet.

it may be a myth but you can possibly stretch your stomach out my eating a plethora of grapes, romaine hearts, and celery. I tried it and seemed to allow me eat more after a few weeks. but whether it was just that i believed it would work or it really working i couldnt tell you.

I'm a ectomorph I gain muscle easy and lose fat at a decent rate when I lower the carbs :) Ty lord for that and my cobra like traps lol but damn you for the little forearms and calves haha and still looking pretty lean for doing a bulk keep it up one day you will be like damn I look good haha

Yeah same here...in can cut 2% bf in like 6-8 weeks...but I don't gain mass easy, I must doing something won't I guess :/ I'll ponder upon it today...diet or hypertrophy are probably not being tackled aggressively enough

Nice lifts brother!!! I can see every day your confidence going up and your lifts looking better and better...and yea bro HIIT cardio boost your metabolism...since I started doing HIIT cardio I been eating a lot and getting hungry all the time...doing great my brother!!! Thanks a lot for the tips!! :D , I have been adding kCals almost every week when I seem to stop gaining or actually losing weight :/!! I have now reached 3000 kCals from the 2600 I was at but I most likely will start eating close to 3300 :D!

As for the smile...I carry too much pain, baggage, wounds and regrets in my head :(, I guess that generated my need to work out...Too much stuff in my head, and lately I have been noticing that I lack some happiness in my life...Maybe I just need to relax or start forgiving myself for my past mistakes...

Ok so I was kinda busy today and didn't have time to cook much at all...So I attacked my frozen stash (Cooked over the weekend with Senior Troll (my dad) and kept there just in case) Food was as follows:

-8 oz of 90/10 ground beef, this was cooked in its own fat, only with spices added, to mention some: Cayenne Pepper, cinnamon and some black pepper.

-Brown rice: 2 cups with:
-2 TBSP of Sesame Tahini , for added massive amounts of Mono Saturated Fat and also a good deal of Sesame to the diet.

-4 slices of Ezekiel Bread to accompany.

Afternoon snack:
-1 cup of egg whites with:
-1/2 cup oatmeal
Cooked in a express microwave fashion and accompanied by:
-2 cups of fat free milk

Dinner:
-3 cups of oatmeal
-2 cups of fat free milk

Totals:
Totals 3,013 kCals 429g of carbs 70g of fat 175g of protein.
I will make a note to keep protein lower so I can get at least some 500g of carbs in the remainder of the cut, today I was just too spaced out and forgot to keep the beef to just 4 oz and merely add some natty PB or almond butter to supplement the remainder of the fats.

Form-X notes:
-So far not much to notice, but I do feel good endurance in the gym and even though I have been lacking a good quality sleep for the past days, I still don't feel groggy and my mood is pretty good. I guess it will take the remainder of this weeks doses for it to kick in full gear and start drying me out and helping me boost strength, it will be MUCH needed for the weeks to come, my goal is to finally reach at least 245-255 deadlifts and at least 225 proper squating (it was brought to my attention by some powerlifter friends that my squat had been a bit off in form and depth lately, and I wasn't going below parallel and also sometimes my knees would "bend" inwards instead of staying flared out like they should, so I am working on my proper form again and working my way up in weight again with a narrower stance and better ROM :p )

Off to bed, much needed rest :) Good night AM!! Tomorrow is a cardio day, and also, like today, quite a hectic day...since shadowing an executive in all the things he decides to do (or errands he sends me off to) usually involve running around and keeping myself active and quite sweaty in this 100+ degree heat!

Yeah, they workout in the mornings too here and well...I never mess with anyone at the gym and they are pretty chill too haha. They recognized I was doing 5/3/1 one day and they started giving me comments and observations on form and all that good stuff :) it has helped a lot!

Oh bro I know!! I love my whole eggs :S! But when I don't have time to cool its easier to pour the liquid egg whites in a bowl with oatmeal and microwave them!! But I do love the nice healthy fats they bring!! I just haven't had time and I ran out of eggs last week and I still have like 2 little bottles of whites haha, I'll make sure to buy them this week ok :)? Thanks for the advice T-Bro!

Day 4 6/21 Cardio Day!!

Elliptical Machine did 23~ minutes.
-5 minute jogging warm up.
-8 sets of 30 second all out and 1 minute jog (The jog turned into a real steady WALK after set 4...I had a horrible time keeping up with the recovery!)
-Attempted the 1 minute all out in the end but my smoking lungs said: "Yeah, you and what army?" haha...failed miserably at around second 20, it was hell to actually do the last 2 all out 30 second intervals so this did NOT come as a surprise...I tried...next time I'll make it!.
-5 minute cooldown walk/jog (jog towards the last 2 minutes...)

So the elliptical kicked my well toned 5'5" a*s (yes modesty included in that comment) and had to call it quits without even getting to my usual 40+ minutes of cardio, I tried to do so even when I walked out of the gym, since we have a fairly good "track" for running, 2 soccer fields lined in parallel, so the horizontal distance ammounts exactly and perfectly for 30 second springs and the small vertical distance can be jogged at the 1 minute break or so...I attempted to even do 2 laps (meaning 4 HIIT sets) and well...I only did a lap and a half and a very familiar pain in my abdominal came back (I had not sensed this since I was a little 180lb fat boy) telling me I do not have the cardiovascular efficiency (YET) to keep up with that much REAL HIIT...funny how I can and do run at 6-7 mph for 1+ hours and I can't even get 40 minutes of this set up of HIIT...

Form-X Notes:

Ok I am fairly good at getting this symptoms recognized , its not my first run with T Boosters, and this morning I woke up to a pool of sweat, a drier looking me and a fully rested and happy self! This means the AI and DAA are kicking in IMO, specially when I should have woken up sore as hell from my shoulders and I merely feel like an almost perfect recovery with the usual LIGHT soreness...On a side note, to those of you who don't know (how would you I never talk about this :blink: ) I suffer from something called Night Terrors...well I know I am in deep sleep mode when I get real deep into the...(lets call the "nightmares" for a more familiar word)... nightmares and well I know for a fact, dreaming and reliving something that really left me scarred means I did sleep deep, and proof is I did wake up feeling fresh...I did not wake up at all throughout the night, and well I guess my bodies euphoria of finally being released of facing those demons again by waking up is what caused the happy feeling when I was finally rising from bed...Could also be the DAA, I have real nice mood when I am on test boosters. So far, Form-X has already started drying me out then, and also helping with recovery, my now extended use of ALCAR could have something to do with this, but my attention , focus and mental activity seem to be rising in a good way, could be the ALCAR or the DAA interacting through NMDA agonism , but at least I can say the memories I hold from the past are far more vivid now in my mind and I have begun to piece some details of them...
 
Awesome update brother C well all except the nightmare thing. I'm on hgh mass by Lecheek, and keep having nice vivid dreams. Then i wake up and my wife's jumping on me for some late night snacking!!!

Pretty good workout, finally getting the hang of a good MM connection on deep squats (below parallel)

Form-X Notes:

Ok strength and recovery are clearly up and I sweat a lot overnight waking up dry and rested. Drying effects are quite good and feeling happy about it, first time attempting 135 on front squat and it felt mighty fine, I'll try more as the weeks go by, for now lea are on fire and gotta point out endurance is also up, happy with the results so far :)!

On a side note, Penile sensitivity is still normal, and I wonder how is it some people claim changes or fluctuations in their tickle pickle department while in Test Boosters.
 
C man be careful, I don' think many can handle seeing the freak come out of you!!!!!! Those are some good numbers on the squats!!!! Soon youll be hitting up 500!!

I think if I keep up the good form I'll get more strength and I much rather do a full powerlifter squat at tops 185 for now than my mediocre 210 I had :p thanks for the support bro seriously :) us 5'5" guys gotta back ourselves up and prove we got what it takes to lift like the big boys haha

Thanks brother :) I think it will take time for me to back it up with more weight but I got all my life hehe, any progress is good progress after all :p! Just remember to always rerack and deload your weights properly for everyone else ;) being a gentleman in and out of the gym is always the right way to go!

Nite terrors are awful. My wife's friend has them . She slept by the house a long time ago and she had a terror on the toilet . She was sound asleep screaming like she was being attacked.
I had seven heart attacks that night. I charged out of the room ready for a fight to the death and I was met with a screaming woman asleep on my toilet .
I'm still traumatized by that image .

They are indeed...specially when you posses the kind of memory that does not let you forget many things for quite a while, lets just say your mind takes a sick kind of pleasure in making you relive horrible memories over and over again, while reminding you that you can NOT wake up...


Ok diet today has been on point:

So far I've had:

First Meal:
-2 cups of brown rice
-4 oz of 90/10 lean beef
-2 tablespoons sesame tahini
-4 pieces of whole wheat bread
-1 cup of fat free milk

Second meal (snack):
-1 cup of cottage cheese (2% milk fat)
-1 tbsp almond butter (natural)
-2 pieces whole wheat bread

Dinner, about to have it:
-2 pieces of whole wheat bread
-3 cups of oatmeal
-1.5 cups of heb fat free milk

Totals:
3,060 468g of carbs 68g of fat 143g of protein.

I liked todays set up for macros, hit them quite nice IMO, could have done with a bit less protein and a bit more carbs/fat but it is what it is :p! Still pretty good, and tomorrow and sunday I get to cook so it will be much better macro wise :).
