They are indeed...specially when you posses the kind of memory that does not let you forget many things for quite a while, lets just say your mind takes a sick kind of pleasure in making you relive horrible memories over and over again, while reminding you that you can NOT wake up...
Ok diet today has been on point:
So far I've had:
First Meal:
-2 cups of brown rice
-4 oz of 90/10 lean beef
-2 tablespoons sesame tahini
-4 pieces of whole wheat bread
-1 cup of fat free milk
Second meal (snack):
-1 cup of cottage cheese (2% milk fat)
-1 tbsp almond butter (natural)
-2 pieces whole wheat bread
Dinner, about to have it:
-2 pieces of whole wheat bread
-3 cups of oatmeal
-1.5 cups of heb fat free milk
Totals:
3,060 468g of carbs 68g of fat 143g of protein.
I liked todays set up for macros, hit them quite nice IMO, could have done with a bit less protein and a bit more carbs/fat but it is what it is! Still pretty good, and tomorrow and sunday I get to cook so it will be much better macro wise

Diet looks great. I take it you are consuming fruits/veggies but don't list them?
