1.must have done at least one log before
2. must update 3-4 x's a week
3. must not have done an ai sports nutrition log in the past two months

message me with what you would like to log and why you think you would do a goodjob logging it and maybe you can log it

For those posting youtube links, do this:

[yt ] =12345etc [/yt ]


Type the above without the spaces between the brackets and the yt. Paste everything after the equal sign (DO NOT INCLUDE THE EQUAL SIGN) from the youtube link.

That will embed the video on the page. ;)

The website is amazing. I've let it just run for a few hours in the background when I'm at work because I enjoy the music so much.

Also, I'm glad to see people are embedding the youtube videos...*sigh* :sigh:
