AndroMass V3 Log

i agree. also, ive gained about 6 pounds with reduced body fat. i also got sick, so if you want to count the weight i gained back after being sick, its around 10 pound area.
 
Well I am pretty sure I am going to run AM and treat it like a recomp as far as diet it will be my first PH ever but ive been lifting consistently for a couple years but have always trained with short times taken off for the last 12 years. The run probly won't be till July as I just started a cut for a Hawaii trip in June. It will be interesting what it will do for me!

run 8 weeks. wont see much in 4 weeks, at least i didnt. everybody is different
 
Thoughts on which could be better: shorter cycle/larger dosing or rec dosing/longer cycle?
 
i have no clue.....i know if i had to do it over again, this is how i would do it

9/9/9/6/6/6 for a 6 week cycle then PCT. i really wanna try that

Guys, for most diet will dictate a recomp, cut, or bulk...bottom line here is feed the AM...
 
I hate it when you have to "feed the steroid". it should work on its own. sure you have to eat more when your off of it to maintain your new weight, but the stuff should do its own thing.
 
3/13 monday

really good workout! blasted my arms. HUGEEEE pump today. yeaaah buddy!!!! the only strength increase i noticed was on DB curls, i did 60s for 6 reps i think. felt really strong, endurance was amazing. did 3 exercises for biceps and triceps. didnt wanna go home. will weigh in on wednesday. i think this is my final week so on thursday or friday i will give a final review, rate each category that i see and what AM claims to do. also will post my thoughts and suggestions to people who are thinking about taking it. excited to get PCT started. im so shut down right now, no acne at all, no libido! wanna get my body back goin!!! i think i can keep making gains with IGF 2, Erase Pro and TCF 1. gonna be epic. i will log my PCT as well so you guys can see if i hold my BF percentage and size. i really think i can as well as keep gaining.

sprained wrist is feeling alot better. i have prob 85% ROM in it right now. if its at 100% on wednesday, im going to tape it and max out on bench. my previous number last time i maxed was at like 335 i think. that was a few weeks before this log so i can see how far i have come and really see if this has given me strength. im not saying it doesnt, i just cant tell because i never do the same workout twice in a row. always changing it.
 
Careful maxing with the wrist champ! Don't need to F yourself up and then go backwards in PCT.
 
yeah, as of today, it feels 100%. im gonna keep applying my bio freeze and gonna wrap it before the gym and warm up really good, hit 225 for 10 reps to see how it does under a decent amount of stress then see how it feels. i hope to hit 350. that would be a 15 pound increase in 8 weeks. i think thats a reasonable amount to expect

That really doesn't make any sense though, we are machines and regardless the fuel is required, so is putting in the work. That's like saying the steroid should just make you bigger and stronger and I shouldn't have to train...

I wish that was the case, I do a new cycle every few months haha.
 
not saying that at all. just in my experiences, i could train 3x a week for a 4 week cycle and gain 12 pounds. i know this isnt the same, but still. still had decent results and if i was looking for a recomp, id be 100% satisfied. this product is a beast at recomp. btw, i hit 370 today. could have gone a bit more, but i was shot. if i didnt warm up as much, i may have had the energy. log ends tomorrow so ill post my final review with my PCT log and delete this thread. (final review will be the start of my PCT log tomorrow). will be somewhat detailed so hope you all get to see it and follow my PCT. i have many thoughts on this product and wanna share. here is one of them. if you take this, you should be training 5x a week. 4x minimum. ill explain why in my final review. will post final weight, final body fat percentage. pretty impressive for only training 3x a week

btw, my other friend started AB two days ago so ill keep his progress updated as well.
 
Damn bubba...370!! 4 plates in your near future? Nicely done. Look forward to the final review and I am glad that I finally was able to see a reliable log with this.
 
when do you take it? ive been taking it, on workout days, 1 hour pre workout. non training days i take it at night with IGF 2
 
yeah i figured dosing doesnt matter, i just like the 'idea' of dosing it at night for the surge of test while i grow during sleep lol
 
for sure. so how does the taste of sustain alpha lv compare to tcf 1? ive only tried TD (like 10 times tho!)

Can't compare to tfc1 but I think it's awful by itself but I put it in water not bad!

I actually read all 22 pages.lol good cycle. I was a bit skeptical when you first started but towards the end I saw your gains and it is great. I thought about doing a lean cycle as i am still 19% bf but might get am v3 for recomp.. Good log. Following pct.. why did you choose this pct and not the TRS V2 pct that pp sales?

because i got Erase Pro and Anabeta for free from NattyDisaster (as long as i logged it). and ive taken all of the TRS products before and havent ever taken Erase Pro so i wanted to try it. LOVE IT!! i just got home from a 12 hr shift so ill update my final review on PCT tonight or tomorrow since tomorrow i am going to lift. thanks for reading! it takes a while to kick in, so i def suggest 8 weeks and i would also take AH along with it next time.

You add more AH with it you can expect to lean out even more, calories would have to be very high

I'm still curious as to why people feel it necessary to run AMV3 with AHV3. Especially you Balla, you and I both had very similar results with our runs. You dropped bf while adding good size, what more do you think dropping that extra money on AHV3 will you accomplish? As mentioned there is already a good dose of it built right into AM. Had this been V2 then yea it would be more then ideal, just don't see how its necessary anymore. Not trying to be an a$$ just want to strike up a bit of a discussion on whether its worth the extra cash. I personally feel the money could be better spent...

i guess i didnt explain myself fully. i would never run AM on a bulk again. that being said, for a slight cut/recomp, i think adding 1/2 dose of AH to AM full dose would increase the recomp effects from the cycle
