Wednesday 2/29 week 6

Had a GREAT workout. forgot to weigh in this morning but i will on Friday. im looking really good right now. my arms have exploded and im seeing strength gains!

BB Bench - 225x12 245 x 8 255 x 6 i didnt have a spotter today so i didnt wanna go really heavy and get stuck

Incline DB - 75 x 15 80 x 12 85 x 10

BB Row - 175 x 12 205 x 10 225 x 8

Lat Pulldown - 3 sets, high(er) reps (8 - 12)

really lookin good now. finally starting to get happy about this cycle. anabeta hasnt hit me yet because my mouth isnt getting dry haahaha. i expect it to hit me hard any day now.
 
Friday 3/2

Did arms today. noticing some mild strength gains, but not much. feeling really lean right now. no weight change from previous update. im just waiting to see the scale fly up.....

i only did that when i was sick. i usually eat a 2x p&j sandwiches for breakfast and 30 min later ill have a shake.

idk what the macros on it are, but ill tell you what i put in it

whole milk, ice cream, 1 banana, fresh pineapple, honey, whey protein (chocolate), oats

yeah it tastes awesome. can also add ice. yeah i eat p&j cause its quick and easy cause i have to be at school really early and want to sleep as much as possible. get some protein in and healthy fats in the morning.

what pct you gonna do? you comin home next week for spring break? lets hit that gym hard. ill be at the end of my cycle or beginning of PCT. im gonna take erase pro with DAA and IGF 2 for my PCT. BAM

i know right!!!!! its a legit product, just misleading. andromass, i think of gaining weight, not losing body fat ya know? well now we all know andromass is for recomp, and androbulk is for bulking. :D
 
so looks like V2 andromass is what you want for size gains then, eh? Yeah will be coming down, possibly taking a couple day trip.

yeah but the lethargy SUCKSSSS. if you take V2, take androhard along with it to combat the sides. it was so bad, people stopped using it mid cycle. androbulk is legit tho for size

I will attest to this, I could only barley make it 6 weeks! I originally purchased 4 bottles... I ran a bottle and a half...
Had great gains.

Just started it again on Friday, going to do 5 weeks this time...
Still have 1 full bottle and 1 week left from this half to do another 5 week cycle later on.

Sounds like too much, don't think no1 would need to do that. If that's the case they may just need a stronger product.
 
Not going to lie I am disappointed with PP's marketing on their products. Mass was hyped so much to be the same as bulk for size and with the v2 reviews it seemed like it might be true. Now to find out AM v3 is really best for fat loss or recomp makes me glad that I did not purchase it now, nor will I in the future. I may try androbulk one day but I am going to wait for more logs on that one as well. This also makes me weary of the marketing for androlean v3... maybe that one is best for BULKING lol.

I think the mis-step on our part (and I am not necessarily speaking on Eric's behalf) is under-estimating the role the AndroHard complex would play in body composition in Mass. Matt has made a comment here or there about this, where it seems to be doing a hell of alot of recomp for some guys, and the AndroHard is most likely that driving factor.

So either recomp or find v2 while u can or deal with leathery...

Or Bulk. v2 added a lot of w8, good an bad, for a bigger guy with some fat to burn v3 mass seems like a good option!
 
I'm really not sure we can label it yet as a recomp, we do have reviews of ppl gaining a good amount of weight on it. If the OP hadn't of gotten sick we would be looking at fat loss plus 5-6 pounds gained (if not more) and that is LBM not bloat.

Hard to say what his overall gain would have been had he not got sick. Must we remember a cycle is only as good as what you hold on to a month or more post cycle in my opinion. I'm just hard to sell on the idea of had I not got sick because we truly will never know....
 
sucks i got sick, but i disagree ryan.....i got sick around week 5. thats plenty of time to see what a product can do. i was seeing benefits that go with recomp, not bulking or mass.

had a GREAT workout today. i have to get to bed and my computer is about to die, so I will update tomorrow afternoon. ill just edit this entry so look for that around mid day or so. scale has gone up, strength is increasing. LOVING the anabeta with andromass. cutting body fat and gaining some muscle, and the AB is giving me a fullness in my muscles. really liking this.

Chest

BB Incline - ended with 235 x 6 thats about a 10 pound increase

Machine Flat - did high reps, nothing noted

Back

BB Row - 5-8 reps. no gains reported

Pull Ups - did own body weight 20 times. major improvement!

I decided to make Tuesdays my Leg/Ab day. The gym was very crowded so i didnt do much.

Deadlifts - ended at 375 x 5. Felt really good. first time I have done that much. I do not do deads a whole lot, but I throw them in there about every other week or so (i try to). also did squats for higher reps

I am going to weigh in tomorrow to see where I stand. I will give a lengthy report tomorrow or thursday. i have lots to talk about regarding this product

I understand that these are natural anabolics and the gains take time to kick in since they are mostly genomic changes... but the advertising states possible 10 lbs gained in a 4 week cycle and one of the case reports even says 10 lbs gained in 4 weeks. It seems like your company is now saying "o well it takes time to kick in prob around week 3 or 4 and then you will start to see changes and make some gains". I am not bashing or anything just trying to show where the confusion sets in with consumers who are thinking of buying this product in the future. It now looks like you have to buy 8 weeks of the product to make any sort of gains from it...4 isnt even an option with v3.

My gym has been so ridiculous at night ever since the first of the year, I get so irritated when I have to park next store! It's better then a pre-workout for aggression tho! Nice weight on those deads though man! In for that weigh in too!

The more I think about it the more I believe you about the V2, when I did my run I put on 13 pounds the first few weeks running V2 and mdrol. When I cut the mdrol and finished the last few weeks with V3 I lost a total of 7 pounds and could tell something more then just the loss of mdrol had occurred. I'm sold on V2 being the sh!t and V3 being less then the sh!t! LOL

I may sell my other 2 bottles and do bulk... V2 although legit bloats me and makes me extra tired... Can't have that...

If bulk didn't bloat and doesn't make me tired I'm sold...

I like v2 yes, but it's a bear to deal with this bloat.

Yea i agree the bloat mixed with the lethargy is what made me happy to drop it. Forgot about that lethargy good point.

i dont go heavy on both. those are the only leg lifts i do other than leg press. when i cut, ill do more accessory stuff. and yeah, ive gotten away from deads the past month or two because it gave me back issues and literally couldnt sleep at night but i missed them sooo much. i wore a belt (usually dont cause i usually dont go heavy). hit a decent amount of weight today, didnt feel super heavy, but felt good. could have gone for more reps, but didnt wanna kill my back.

hahahah. speaking of pre workouts, i am LOVING 1 scoop of superpump on the way to the gym, then once i get there, i chug 1 scoop of Lit Up. PERFECT energy/focus blend.

When I cut the mdrol and finished the last few weeks with V3 I lost a total of 7 pounds and could tell something more then just the loss of mdrol had occurred. V3 is great IMO, just mislabeled/misinformed. Maybe im an exception and this stuff really does put on solid mass, just for some reason with me it doesnt. id wait to see more logs on it from unbiased people like myself.

as for AB, my friend just got off of it, and it seems a bit wet, but hes in PCT right now and is actually still gaining a little bit. he didnt tell me of any lethargy while on it, so im guessing none was experienced. can always take AH with it or AMv3

I do deads off and on as well. When I did them a lot a few years back I got stuck at 315 for 6 reps. Im starting them up again soon and really hoping to get to 4 plates. Deads are tough for sure. Curious your friends gains on AB? I am looking at that product more closely now.

i did them alot during DC and it really helped with strength gains. during DC, your weight will be lowered because the rest pause, but once you get off of DC, even a few months of it, and go back to your normal routine, u will see the gains.

my friend gained 8 pounds in 4 weeks and has kept it all during PCT so far, even gained 1 pound and i think he is a week in PCT, not exactly sure though. he trains 3x a week like i do, so im guessing people who train 4x or 5x a week would see more gains.



thats also a point i would like to mention with this log of AMv3....i only train 3x a week and im putting on LBM. sure i got sick, and sure the gains are slow.....but id imagine a person who trains more would gain more.

Yea guess I agree with I Balla, the product did help but I was buying it solely for bulking/mass gain and was a bit disappointed!

Gonna blast arms today. I will weigh in. I feel pretty think, look bigger. my girlfriend told me my arms look huge...and she sees me everday. we are in nursing school together, so for it to be noticeable to her is telling you something. look forward to the workout and weigh in. i feel bigger. will update this entry after i lift. I am thinking about maxing out on friday, not sure yet though. i have a sprained wrist. i tape it for the gym and its fine, i just dont wanna put 375 pounds on it ya know. we will see how it feels by friday

did arms today. didnt do alot of heavy tricep movements. kills my wrist so i did some negatives and drop sets.

i honestly forget my numbers, but BB curl i did 115 x 8 which is the best ive ever done i think. felt really really good. massive pump in the gym. friday ill get back on chest/back. if my wrist is OK, ill max on BB bench.

My weight gain is picking up. im at 191 now, so if i had not gotten sick, that would be a total gain of 5 pounds LBM with decreased body fat. I got sick, dropped from 190 to 184 and now have gained all of it back plus added a pound. i look very lean. seems like a GREAT recomp agent. i would like to see this stacked with androbulk. would be epic. ill update more tonight. ill edit this post. gotta go eat some quesadillas now :D


alright im back for the final update on this entry. i feel as if im not getting huge, but i am gaining. also losing body fat. pumps are insane, especially with anabeta and superpump. the endurance on this has been incredible. recovery is average. the longer im on it, the better it gets. my libido is literally gone. its normally sky high.

Nice log bud enjoying it! You going to post some b4 and after pics, just curious. Was thinking of running AH for a recomp this summer but might do AM instead still undecided! Just started a cut till June for a Hawaii trip so I have a while to make up my mind.

i would totally do AM for a recomp. you WILL gain size off it of, but its all LBM, no bloat at all, and decreased BF. i dont have before pics so it would be pointless. the only before pics i have are from 4 months ago.

I disagree, not sure why you guys are excited over fat/bloat gain and a product that offers similar LBM gains and fat loss. To me V3 wins hands down. Realistically guys 10 lean pounds of muscle on ANY cycle is great and to not have to deal with bloat and look even bigger from losing BF as opposed to feeling like you are pregnant and a fat ass is always a good thing. With V3 you are getting the same LBM gains and not dealing with the bloat form the 4-DHEA.

That makes sense, that's why I got rid of my v2...

Question is now we know what v3 does but what about Bulk? Is that similar to v2 mass?

Invalid Link Removed Unbiased log from a user unaffiliated with Primordial. His most recent post claims that even though he had a week of being sick, he was still +10lbs. Technically not just Mass, but if anything Drive is an appetite suppressor in most, so it would have not directly contributed to that weight.
 
a few of my friends have taken AMv3 for 8 weeks (when it first came out), and have experienced the same results i have been seeing. its not a bad thing, dont get me wrong..... i just think its a bit misleading, or maybe i took it wrong and had different expectations. nonetheless i AM very happy with the size results so far, just dont like that my BF is being reduced during a bulk

Interesting I believe the logger posted not being in the gym for 2 months prior to the run, wonder what kind of losses he had during that period of time? I did not read to far in depth as when I got to that I kind of lost interest.... Main reason I bring it up is if I were to slack on my protein intake and supplementation I would easily drop 10-15 lbs in two months. If I were to gain all that back in a period of three months it would be no shock to me. Hate that the log isn't a person who has been training steady and has hit a rut. I always find myself playing devil's advocate but I really am interested in seeing the true potential of these products.
 
Well I am pretty sure I am going to run AM and treat it like a recomp as far as diet it will be my first PH ever but ive been lifting consistently for a couple years but have always trained with short times taken off for the last 12 years. The run probly won't be till July as I just started a cut for a Hawaii trip in June. It will be interesting what it will do for me!
