best pump sup?

Cool. I thought I read somewhere these ingredients compete.

Hemavol has been touted as one of the best pump products one of these days i'll have to try it. I still have my eyes on using it with BodyForge.

Lead your eyes with your hands and get some!!! Hemavol is the dopest of dope!

Yeah, I went with the one scoop instead of two and that is the sweet spot for me. This morning was the 4th day with Hemavol included and I really, really like this stuff. Two scoops were detrimental to my workout because the pumps hindered movement. One has the effect of a massive pump and increased endurance without being too much. Obviously everyone is different, but this is what I notice.

I have a 70 mile ride tomorrow and then ripping out a bunch of cement at the house, so we'll check the endurance part after that. lol

Finally grabbed a tub of hemavol....

Watermelon :)

Too be honest, I have tried alot of pump supplements, and they get called useless and whatever else, but on certain lifts I do significantly more weight on the pump product than not on it. This may be due to muscle fiber activation possibly being higher so Im actually using my max potential in my muscle. Either way the best product ive used hands down is NO3 black by cellucor, the problem is it costs a fortune.

That is because pump products increased vasoregulatory function, reduce ATP costs, and a variety of other functions. People view these ingredients in the wrong light. They are first and foremost ergogens...the pump is just a nice side effect.

That makes me feel better, because people kind of give me the impression that im just trying to be a show off or something and that the product is of no use.

Many guys have stacked craze with hemavol I haven't but there's a bunch of reviews on the stack. You can take hemavol more then 4 days a week if you want. Not sure why that's the rule of them on hemavol but I use it 5 days week.

& on the 6th days u do legs?

;)

Rockin bro! That is my favorite!!! tbh...I like it better than the lemon...don't hit me people!!!! >.<

Exactly! I think I am going to skip it on leg day because I go atg and after the third set it feels like my quads are going to push my knees through the skin. Yesterday morning was a pull day and this stuff just makes you feel cool. I kept looking at my forearms when I was driving and shaking my head in disbelief at the roadmap of veins.

Did you follow the map? Lolz ;)

OP - I suggest checking out reviews on HemaVol. We offer it in both powder + pills...although most people prefer the powder due to it kicking in much faster.

You'll be hard pressed to find any HemaVol reviews that are under 10/10.

Lol... I looked up the supplement review and found one of you bashing a guy for giving it a zero...don't scare people into giving your products good reps.

Plus it's always nice to be able to buy hemavol locally for $32....
Went back today & grabbed the lemon drop tub.

How did the powder compare to the pills?

I'll be honest, for me the pills sucked and I sold them off...
Powder is the bees knees

I remember you saying you didn't like the pills... I'm glad the powder is treating you good man!!!!

Yeah we may need to do a trade

agmatine seems to better much than the nixious oxide boosters(which worked minimal imo and did work)

Def the endurance is there as strong as the pump. I think this is something that may go unnoticed.

On a side not stacked 1 scoop Hemavol with 50g of waxy maize pre workout...... holy jesus pumps and fullness! fullbody day and i was tight all over

Not something out of the ordinary with Hemavol! Hence my everlasting love for it :)

O yeah, it was intense to say the least. I have always been a huge fan of full body workouts when programmed correctly.

Well, a zero is obviously a troll.

You're talking about proven ingredients not hidden behind a prop blend...

Cit-Mal @ 2.5g is enough alone to illicit a slight pump. Dosed with Agmatine, Norvalline there is scientific evidence showing how each of the ingredients in Hemavol works.

Reading how each of them interacts with your body shows that anything lower then 8/10 is a competing company slandering one of the best, if not the best, pump product i've ever used. This coming from a competing company... ( I do add 500mg SNS Agmatine from time to.time :D )

So 8/10 would be they didnt like the taste, which I never understood why thats a factor in anything besides protein and BCAAs.

So Vaughn/iForce aren't scaring people into giving great reviews, they made a quality product with effacious doses of ingredients proven to work in the lab and the gym.

Since the ancedotal seems to rule over the scientific proof here, which is fine.

To each their own....

The funny part is that the guy who rated it a "0" claimed he liked this random NO product with a similar profile, yet 1/10 the dosage of everything in HemaVol.

If hemavol isn't giving you a pump, nothing will.

So I've been on hemavol for a week at 2 scoops ed and love it. I can say though c-bol has given me the best pumps so far. I have also noticed for some reason Hemavol gives me either ringing or a pulsing in my ears, took my BP and it 124/74 averaged after workout so not sure why this happens. Hemavol though is great tasting IMO if they could keep the price the same and add some BCAA's it would be perfect.

we make VERY little profit on HemaVol. This can be seen due to the lack of legit clones of it out there. We loaded HemaVol to the brim with all the best ingredients. Adding BCAA's to it would make an already expensive supplement(well worth it however), out of reach for many users.

The price with BCAAs would COMPETE well ;)

Don't know how much of the 150mg is Alpha-gpc, but that is a very expensive supplement and will bring up the cost of anything it is in. I really don't think the cost is any factor though. 32 servings per tub for about $30 is very reasonable imo. Especially considering there really isn't anything that is better at what it does.

I just wanted to report in that 2 scoops of SNS citrulline malate yesterday provided INCREDIBLE pumps, the likes of which I've never seen with any other CM product.

Combine it with the norvaline in the Arginine E2 matrix and half a gram of Agmatine and you have an incredibly potent combination on your hands. ;)

Norvaline, Agmatine, and CM can be found in that awesome stack of maximize intense + hemavol :)....and without the Arginine

I am not a fan or a person who uses a pure Pump product. I do use NO products such as pre-workouts to get a little bit of energy for a workout, but I am not one who chases the pump. Again I dont use a PURE pump product, I dont enjoy chasing the pump on my workouts, so therefore my use for it would not be used, nor do i really take in any carbs pre-workout (train fasted) so the results/effects of the product would not really shine because I hate eating before training.

Uh? I got cha. Gaspari Rep?

SoftBallNerd is lucky to have all that access to hemavol!

3g of SNS Citrulline Malate was more than sufficient for my PHAT Lower Body Power Day yesterday.

One (3g) or two (6g) scoops of CM are a great addition to any stack - I've also noticed improved recovery from daily CM supplementation, another one of the clinically validated benefits of citrulline.

I'm very pleased with the way this stuff is working out from the perspective of a new product! :)
