Yea I'm the type that said Fock cardio I'm bulking, for two years straight. Now I have a hard time keeping myself from heading upstairs in the gym and knocking out at least ten minutes daily! Wasn't looking to drop so much weight but damn I think it is helping my tone and definition like crazy. If I lose anymore though carbs will go up and cardio will go down. I will never get below 165 again!!
 
Congrats on dropping all that weight! Thats some crazy progress since starting based on those pics. Keep it going!

Nice progress man. You can see the definition coming in around the chest and some other areas as well.

Just a bit of friendly advice....don't worry about what the scale says. I know you say you don't want to go under 165 again, but I wouldn't go by that. Make your adjustments based on what you see in the mirror and go from there. Its all about appearance. When you are walking around people don't know what you weigh, but they do see how you look!! Weight is just a number that doesn't mean much
 
Two week review-

Erase Pro- Definitely a stong AI, almost too strong in fact. I found it more beneficial at EOD in that aspect being that it was causing some issues with join pain and possible cramping. I did however suffer from acne on my chest and forehead that is diminishing since cutting the product out for the last three days. I would not recommend people to run this on an every day basis in my personal opinion, seems to strong for that.

C20- Definitely no joke! It has helped me lean out like crazy and seemed to kick in really quick! Seems to work very well with a carb deprived diet. I can only imagine how well this product would work for someone that started with a little more body fat to burn then myself.

Prime- Can't say that I have noticed any gains from this product. :-( No libido boost. No strength gains. Notta! Maybe its too early to be noticing too much but I will monitor it closely to see if anything changes.

Jack3d- Great product all around! Very powerful energy boost's. Fruit punch tastes really good too. I don't seem to notice a crash, and the product doesn't seem to upset my stomach as often as most PWO's do. Works really well with strength training to give that extra push, and seems to help extend energy in cardio as well. Big thumb's up!

Modern BCAA- Mixes better then a lot of BCAA products. The fruit punch flavor is pretty good, not too strong not too light tasting. Doesn't seem to upset my stomach if sipped on during the workout.

Overall stack has worked amazingly! If I had to do it again I'd probably run the prime separate. The change in diet and training that I made doesn't help in gaining strength for the most part. Seems to be working perfectly to get cut and shredded though. Body has really slimmed down and tightened up all around. Looking more vascular and muscle definition is insane so far. Very good stack for a pct or just an ultimate natty run!

Very good advice man, but you know how our mind's can fock with us!!! I start to feel all weak if I see that scale drop. Then I tell myself wait a week to do weigh in and I end up sneaking on the scale, WTF! Thanks for the feedback!
 
3/29/12 Day 16

Forced an off day.... Been hitting the gym hard for the last week and really needed to catch up on some sleep and do some packing for the move this weekend. The next few days will be pretty busy and I will try to update and get to the gym some time but not sure how much I will accomplish. I figure moving a lot of this stuff into the new place will be a bit of a workout in itself being the apt is on the third floor. May add erase pro back today and try just doing it E3D to combat sides. Acne has severely diminished since dropping the product so I can say for sure it was the erase pro causing it.

3/30/12 Day 17

Had a heavy carb day today, filled me up quite a bit and I look pretty jacked. Veins are sick today throughout my chest and arms, I think prime may be kicking in because my strength was good today too. Decided to go in and crush a circuit workout today but kept the cardio pretty light and went more for strength today being I made it a heavy build day as far as diet was concerned. Weight at 167.5.

Cardio phase 1
7 minutes on elliptical at high intensity

Strength phase 1
Bent over rows-->hack squats-->shrugs

Strength phase 2
Wide lat pull down-->leg extensions-->chin-ups

Cardio phase 2
6 mins stair steppers at 60-80 steps/min

Strength phase 3
Lower back pull down machine-->db shrugs-->weighted sit-ups

Diet was probably the worst it's been in 2 weeks but still wasn't too dirty. I would have liked to have kept my carbs a bit lower. Like I mentioned previous the combo of that and the stack really kicking in has me jacked and vascular. Energy was good and felt like I could have kept going with the weights.
 
3/31/12 Day 18

Moving day is here! Brief update, may get to the gym after it's all said and done but also may not. Diet will be a bit sloppy as I'll probably treat my buddies that are helping to dinner and drink's as a thank you. One good update is libido took a huge leap a few days ago. I finally think it is fully recovered from my last cycle, that is exciting because last cycle I had that back withing 2 weeks easy, this time it took a while! Look and feel fuller today which could be a good or bad thing we'll see, trying to get a few more complex carbs in to give a bit fuller look for pics this week but will also keep a close eye on the waistline etc. Cheers to the boys kicking in! Maybe prime just takes a bit longer then I thought it would! :clap2:

4/1/12 Day 19

Had a hell of a night last night, took the day off the gym but got a hell of a workout moving all our stuff to the new third floor apt. However we would stop and drink after every trip up. LOL Smashed a twelve pack with a buddy during the move and then headed to the bar to buy him drinks and dinner as payment. Ended up staying there watching the games for about 4-5 hours and had a great time. I can say that I had a bit too much to drink and carb heavy eating while there. Woke up this morning a bit hung over but got everything together and headed out for some chest and tris work.

Started the workout with 10 minutes on the elliptical, my stomach was a bit hit after taking the jack3d this morning (I think too much coffee prior to dosing could have had something to do with it). Stomach ache did go away after a few drinks of water and the cardio. Got a really good and full looking pump today in my chest and arms, really didn't look to bloated or anything from last night and weight was still at 167. I will be keeping my diet very clean this week and will definitely be doing more cardio then I have been in the last few days. I did quit taking erase pro and will not be starting it back up, I had taken a few days break and the acne subsided. When I took it again two days ago the acne flared up nearly six hours after dosing it. WTF?? Oh well I'll save it for pct from my next cycle and see if I'm brave enough to give it a shot again.

I'm not sure, I can't figure it out. Just noting on what I'm observing, will check the list and try to figure that out. Acne is one word for it, I've never had such big pimples before in my life. Like a boulder is in my forehead, wtf! They last like a week too.

Man does it feel good to be done with it all! Loving the new place too!
 
4/2/12 Day 20

Well it seems the carb loaded weekend caught up to me today. Not so much visually and sure as hell not on the weight side as I was 166 today, but more in the mental and bloated feeling aspect. Will be cutting carbs back to below 100 for a few days and then decide what to do from there. I will be eating more but less carb heavy and more clean meats.

Hit back and biceps with 25 minutes of cardio split in my circuit style, 13 mins stair steppers and 12 minutes elliptical. Strength was a bit up from last week and I could get a few more reps on just about everything that I did. I have been loving doing back lately, it seems since I dropped weight and went more for higher reps my form has been way better and it helps me leave with a much better pump and feeling. Unsure if tomorrow will just be a cardio day or if I will go in for some shoulder work.
 
4/3/12 Day 21

Officially three weeks into this stack and really enjoying it. I'm looking and feeling great and I think this is probably the lowest bf percent I have ever been. C20 definitely seems to be leaning me out nicely and it seems the erase pro really gave me the kick start that I needed on this run. Pimples are starting to clear up on my forehead and chest which is making me happy. I did have some issues last night after my late dose of the products though. I have been pretty good about taking my doses along with a meal but last night I dosed it without any food and man that was a no no! About a half hour after 2 prime/2 c20 I started to get a bit sick to my stomach, light headed and sweaty. Really haven't noticed that much before and it quickly went away when I stuffed my face with some chicken strips. I'm very convinced that prime is in full effect, seemed it took about 2 and a half weeks to kick in but boy my libido went through the roof this week! It is amazing how quickly you notice a change in that area, I also have been feeling the alpha male feeling in the gym that I normally get from a good test booster. Still dosing the jack3d at 2 scoops and modern bcaa 1 scoop pre-workout and 1 scoop post. Seems to do me good that way, I tend to get an upset stomach if I sip on bcaa's during my workout so I usually stick to just water.

Hit cardio and abs today. I woke up pretty sore from yesterday's workout so I wanted to give my muscle's a day off and just focus on my core and shedding some fat. Hit the stair stepper's for a 20 minute period burning roughly 250 calories. Went straight to abs rotating hanging leg lifts/weighted sit-ups/ab coaster for 15 minute's with little breaks in between sets. Capped off with 12 minutes on the arm bike for a 90 calorie burn. Probably could have hit elliptical at the end but ran short on time. The jack3d really keeps me high energy through-out my entire workouts and on cardio day it really shines, I just never feel like stopping on whatever machine I'm doing.

I will try to get progress pics up by Fri/Sat, going to really crush abs and cardio from here til then to see if I can't get some nice definition changes from last weeks.
 
4/4/12 Day 22

Very good workout today, went in with shoulders on the agenda and man did I wreck them today. Really wanted to do a few workouts this week that single out muscle groups to judge strength and boy was it a good idea. I had my doubts from the start about prime but they are destroyed now! Matched some PRs on upright rows and shrugs, and endurance was outstanding today. Got 15 mins of cardio in for my warm up and even finished with 10 minutes of nonstop abs. Bloat from earlier in the week is gone and I'm confident progress pics will be insane this week!
 
Btw, received confirmation from the big guys that the extended log is approved so we can continue this transformation for another 4 weeks! Very exciting news!

Oh & prime is not hormonal.... I liked prime but backed off as well.... I want another full bottle....

So you're extended another 4 weeks? :thumbsup: Same package as before or just c20 & pro?

The acne has really cleared up since dropping the dosing down on the erase pro, stuff is string as all hell! I'm really interested in extending the prime too but we will see what happens. Was just informed they had my info and would be sending something.

Took an off day to watch some baseball. Had a few beers but kept my diet really clean other then that. Not too much to report today, still feeling really lean. Plan on hitting legs and cardio tomorrow sometime.

I enjoy sports in general, used to hate watching baseball when I was younger, now its by far my favorite oddly enough. Then again I'm a Tigers fan so it was pulling teeth for most of my life! Now we have a dream team its easy to get excited for it!

Fat guys, football? Have u seen a baseball game? They get paid millions of dollars to hit a ball with a piece of wood while maintaining little to no athletic conditioning year round, sit on a bench for about an hour out of a 3 hiur game.. Over payed n over rated .

Football players do more physical work in one half of a game than baseball players do in one half of a season! They must be powerful explosive and learn hundreds of plays and assignments... Not chase the little white ball IF someone happens to hit it lol

4/6/12 Day 24

Had an amazing day at the gym today, took the pace down a bit to really concentrate on getting good strong sets in today. Hit legs and biceps which I have never grouped together but just felt like I needed to get an arm pump in today between sets on legs. My strength today was really good but my endurance is where I really could notice a change. I was not wearing down like I normally do, might have been because I was taking more rest then normal too but whatever it was I got a good long workout in and left very satisfied. I really could tell I crushed legs as it hurt like a mofo to walk up to my 3rd floor apt! Started with 8 minutes on stair steppers just to warm up but wanted to limit my cardio and burn today being that weight was at 165 giving me a total of 8.5 pounds lost for the run so far. Will probably turn my concentration more on strength gain now and limit my cardio a bit more to ensure I don't lose any more muscle mass. I can tell that I have lost some strength and muscle during this run and it is a bit discouraging. In any case I'm very happy with how tight and vascular I'm getting so it's definitely worth it. Took a few pics today but the lighting wasn't very good and I didn't have my photographer so I may take better one's tomorrow after chest and tri's. Carbs will be kicked up to about 200 today. Libido continues to rise believe it or not, it's getting kind of ridiculous actually! :mischievous:

I'm afraid I don't think it was entirely all fat. Although a good portion was fat and water for sure. Like I mentioned my overall strength is down a bit from the week before the start of this log, but nothing to get too upset about. I would say my calories went from 3000-3500 to 2500 a day. Although it vary's obviously. My calorie intake will go up a bit from here on out just to try to put on a few lbs of muscle now that I have a noticeable test boost at the moment. I think strength increases will be very noticeable from here out, being the last few workouts I've been noticing a good increase from the week before on my lifts.

Me too. I love my football. Dedicated too much time blood sweat tears and ligament n tendon damage to be picked on by baseball!!!

For real though. Changes r amazing! Your arms r def your strong point, and your midsection has tightened and shaped up so much... You have some good genes my friend. Of course they are nothing Without the work u put in.
 
Quick short update..

Yesterday's workout was a hell of a success. I woke up sore as all hell, I've been noticing that I'm getting a lot more sore with the lower weight higher rep type training. Could also be that my calorie/carb intake is down during this run maybe hurting recovery? I like to think its because I'm crushing the weights! Took the ole lady out to olive garden last night (her favorite place, not mine at all), I thought my diet would suffer but looked on there site and found the perfect meal. Salmon with broccoli, it was the first time I had tried salmon in my life and it wasn't too bad at all, not too mention only 5 carbs in the whole meal! I think this was the first time I've left that place not feeling bloated as all hell and almost sick from the carb intake. Going to be doing some running around early today and will go in to kill a chest/tri split with probably 15 mins on cardio. Very excited for the gym today and will update right after!
 
4/7/12 Day 25

I expected a sick workout today with how good I felt before going in and that's just what I got! This c20 is no joke, it had me looking absolutely shredded today. I look way better today at 165.5 then I did a month ago at 173. From the pump I had today you would think all that I cut was fat. The choice to not kill my diet yesterday when we went out was very beneficial, because I looked tight and real lean but the buff look I got from a real good chest/tri workout had me looking like I was "on". I can see why the reps are telling me the second month of this stack is going to be better then the first. Where I'm at bf% wise today,is where I would be happy with keeping but I can feel that my strength is increasing so now will come the lean mass gains I'm thinking. At the point I'm at now I'm noticing its safe to hit between 125-175 carbs everyday and its not only keeping the bloat off but seems to be just below maintenance for me as the fat is slowly dropping still. If I kept going at under 100 carbs like I was the first few weeks I'm thinking I would end up losing a bit to much muscle at this point. My girl is real happy with whats happening in my build visually, she was always saying I was getting to big when I was dirty bulking. Constantly saying I don't like how your stomach puff's out, mainly when on the Sdrol, I tend to get a mean puff on the top part of my abdominal area when on.

I'm going to go ahead and say it but I think with the pump that I had today I was probably the best looking I've ever been natty. :yikes: These products are definitely rocking!
 
Awesome update and observations.

Calling it how I see it! This stack is really making it easy to hold off til the end of may to start my next ph run! Usually by the third month off I am dying to get back on, but not so far! Actually feeling good to not be starting. Uh-oh!
