hey if red yeast rice cn cause liver damage why use it as a cycle support for ph i know its in AI's cycle assist verry confussed

Ofcourse it does have some benefits too .. It does lower cholesterol

But yes it is considered a drug now

i did see this i understand that it dose have heart benifits and that there are other ingredients protecting the liver i was just curious found it odd that there was no other option that would be better suited for this type of suppement not goin to say that im not diggin my assist though its actually hellped with some joint pain i think might be in my head but damn my shoulder feels good compared to ast week
 
it was considered a drug now so the pharm industry could reap the benefits of selling it >:(
 
ok guys wasnt sure were to ask this but i guess this is a good enough spot ive been preloading ai cycle assist. Tomorow will be 2 weeks and time to start cant wait but on saturday I messed up and drank, it was dumb and will never happen on cycle but i figured **** i might not be able to party for a while so why not plus my i was at a great concert. Any way i was wondering if i need to hold off on the cycle or if i cn start tomorow, not sure if my liver will still be effected by the alc idk im probly just being paranoid but let me know thanks

How much did you drink? It takes approximately one hour to metabolize one drink.
 
IDK i did get drunk it was saturday tuseday is supposed to be my start date so i should be all good right or should i just wait another day
