TTA Feedback?

I read someplace where you retain water doing running this. Is that correct?

the water retention should be minimal. You will want to make sure you are drinking plenty of water while taking the TTA though.

Yes, but it isn't as much as you might think over all. I notice it in strange spots, like on the top of my feet. The magic happens in the week or so after you discontinue use when you finish leaning out and the little bit of water retention drops, and BOOM, you've got some real nice striations and vascularity.

You want to make sure you stay properly hydrated while taking it to avoid any muscle cramps (which is why the electrolye complex is in there as well).

About to start tta500 with rk500, abdominal cuts, and revamp. Also have 1.5g ALC daily.

Coming off heavy long term stim use and using the winter to give myself a break... Curious as to best dosing for tta. I'm going to use it for two months at 2 caps a day, so one bottle will last the full two months. I am wondering best timing, as the bottle says 30 mins before meals however I have heard take one on empty stomach in am and one at bed In pm.

I follow lean gains so I uuslly don't have a meal until after the gym around 5-6 pm.. I'm a college kid so my schedules weird like That lol.

Would it be best to take one cap prior to that first evening meal. Then another 4-6 hours later at bed with a shake?

Any suggestions or experiences would be great !

I took TTA while doing Lean Gains as well and found no problems with still dosing it at one cap am and 1 cap PM.

Also on my first off week in over a year. No training since Sunday (I lift 3-5 days a week depending on goals and run 3, walk 1/2 depending on goals.. This week I have done nothing. The scale actually dropped as of yesterday. Eating about the same amount of cals which has really helped me psychologically to not over train so much moving forward.

honestly for me works wonders, and i use these high doses on strict Atkins Diet but everyone is different.

same question as mattrag, any idea what doing more TTA/RK would do?

thinking about doing 5g RK daily, shoot me some feedback

I would not take over 2g TTA, ever. To my knowledge there was a study showing 1g being an effective dose, anything past that and it wasn't worth it.

Low dose of RK is better over the time

Is it normal for TTA to cause joint pain/high heart rate? My usual resting heart rate is 51, right now its 72 while on it. I also have intense pain in my left hand and right knee. Had an amazing workout but the sides are crappy.

Never heard of these sides besides cramping. If you are attributing these sides to TTA, I'd cease and re-evaluate to see if it really is TTA.

TTA shouldn't be causing either of those things.

I think it probably could have something to do with it. The doctor on these forums was saying how TTA is horrible for you. Ill see if i can find the post.

I'm using 1.5 g a day of TTA right now and have been for about two months now. Have't ever noticed any negative sides from it.

If you're following us on twitter, @SNSonline just retweeted a sale from one of our retailers regarding super low TTA price.

Many thanks a few stores were suggested already, im a facebook fan since I don't use twitter.

TTA - NO! I really have hated this compound since it's introduction and finally they are starting to pull it from the market.

People assumed it was "safe" due to this silly 7-day trial:
Invalid Link Removed

BB dot com banned it's sale due to some longer-term (3 mos) rodent studies not being so positive. You could see, however, in all preliminary physiology studies that it accumulated in a very weird way in cardiac (heart tissue) and remained upon cessation of the element. At the same time; if you have used products from TTA (or its methylated version), you were part of a big supplement clinical trial and perhaps not even knowing it. The safety data is simply NOT complete to make me suggest everyone go out and become a lab rat.

Everyone will sell you on fat loss, cholesterol, blood glucose effects (big deal; I can get these from numerous other agents, in particular...other, MUCH BETTER TESTED Fatty Acids)...I remain unimpressed and think an adultered fatty acid like this should be removed until more safety data is available.

Ask a manufacturer about it and they'll likely tell you something different.

Can anyone describe the cramping and where it can happen? I was taking 1 cap twice daily and my legs and calfs are cramping up.

Here is a study (which he may not have seen) that shows dosing at 1000mg per day for 28 days showed no side-effects in diabetic males.

how long can one supplement with TTA before a break is needed ?
also, is an increase in dosage over the course of a TTA run necessary for the stuff to stay effective ?

An increase in dosage is not necessary, 1g should be plenty throughout the run.

thank you for answering that part of my question, any thoughts on the duration of a TTA run ?

i'll be using SNS TTA, & i was thinking about using SNS MCC too (both products taken during the same time), good idea or bad idea ?

Forgot to reply to first part, I've seen it run up to 2 months, take at least 4 weeks off afterwards if you want to run it again.

MCC would be fine, just drink a lot of water between the two.

Also, it's best to start off with 500mg TTA and assess if any cramping will occur, 1g seems to be the sweet spot, but you can go up to 1.5g. 2g is pushing it.

Agreed.

500mg twice daily for 8 weeks was great for me. Definite difference noticed when I came off. No negative sides while using either.. Too bad it's going away :(

Is creatine ok to take at the same time or will that encourage cramping?

If you weren't properly hydrated, then you'll cramp regardless. With proper hydration, I don't see creatine as a problem, go for it.
