i was never heavily into taking pre workout supplements mainly for that fact that stims do absolutely nothing for me. iv tried multiple different types. right now im in the middle of using hemo-rage black. The first time i took it, about a week ago, it SEEMED to do the job, i cant explain what i felt but the workout seemed to fly by, next thing i know iv been there for a hour. I cant really tell if it was a placebo effect or not though.
my question is, are pre workouts worth taking if it doesnt get your energy all crazy? does hemo-rage or any thing else similar have any other benefits besides energy?
also, what would you recommend that has no stim and isn't based around that concept?
