Did an odd workout last night as I'm trying to rest my feet since I'm fighting foot pain. I've been using trigger point therapy which SUCKS! But it's slowly helping.

Sometimes that odd workout is great. I had an insane pump going on. Vascular and pumped.
I had a rough day yesterday and I carried it all I to the gym with me. ****ty day at work. My daughters horse died. My son beat some kid up in preschool. Ugh!!!!! BUT, that makes for some serious motivation on the weight room.
I used N2KTS for the first time in a long time. Forgot how focused I get using that stuff. All I wanted to do was pick up heavy stuff. Lol
