Did an odd workout last night as I'm trying to rest my feet since I'm fighting foot pain. I've been using trigger point therapy which SUCKS! But it's slowly helping.

Sometimes that odd workout is great. I had an insane pump going on. Vascular and pumped.

I had a rough day yesterday and I carried it all I to the gym with me. ****ty day at work. My daughters horse died. My son beat some kid up in preschool. Ugh!!!!! BUT, that makes for some serious motivation on the weight room.

I used N2KTS for the first time in a long time. Forgot how focused I get using that stuff. All I wanted to do was pick up heavy stuff. Lol
 
I have had 2 of the worst workouts on the last 2 nights! Ugh! Frustrating to say the least. Just feeling very tired and weak.

I did run beforehand the last 2 nights. Nothing crazy, just testing out my feet. Feel pretty good running though I have to laugh because my legs got sore from running a mile! A mile! Lol. Pitiful. Anyway no real pain I'm the feet after so that's good.

I've struggled through my workouts both nights. Had to lower weights on both. Very stressed this week and that's not helping. Normally I'm better at using that for fuel rather than letting it hold me back though. I need to get back there. So I'm not going to bother listing the last 2 workouts just know that they sucked. Lol

Weight is holding around 189. Bf is up slightly. Not happy about that either.

I'll get it fixed this week.
 
Keep killin it brother! As long as you keep on that running every now and then you and your feet will get more used to it. Before you know it you will be running 3-5 miles with no problem
 
Decided to go back to squatting tonight. Foot pain be damned. Lol actually the foot is feeling much better. I was actually standing with all if my weight on the trigger point ball last night. Hurt like a mother but I could do it.

My strength is really off here this week. Not sure what is up with that but I suspect it's simply mental exhaustion and stress.

I got to hit the gym early today because I took the day off of work to go to my sons school for lunch.

My strength is back! I think the running Preworkout was kicking my ass last week.

Supp update. Dropping erase down to EOD. getting some tendinitis glare up in my elbow. Probably not because of the erase but it won't help.

Did a nice hike with the family yesterday. My 5 yr old made it 5 miles. I was impressed! Lol. There is an old watch tower to climb near my house so we hiked up to it and all climbed up. It's about 70ft of ladder. Both kids made it up and my daughter and I went up a second time. Fun day.
Tendonitis in my elbow is bothering me today. Took a naproxen this morning. I have chest today so hopefully it's feeling better by tonight. Think I'll switch into legs tomorrow instead of back to give it a little rest.
My feet held up good on the hike yesterday do that's good news. A little sore this morning but not bad. Still working the trigger point ball and roller. Hurts a lot less doing it so that's progress.

Tendonitis still nagging at my elbow but I'm dragging through. I've decided to go full on bulk for the last 2 weeks of this and see where I get. I've been going back and forth because I have this damn Tough Mudder coming up and I'm afraid to get to heavy but I'll have the whole month of April to drop so I'm not going to worry about it.

Well I've hit a new PR. 191.4lbs. Never been that weight before. A little slop along the way. I have a week left. Let's see if I can push it up a bit yet

I'm done with the PowerChews. That's the longest I've ever run DAA before. If I do it again I will stay with the PowerChews. I hate the taste of bulk DAA and these are good.
 
Done with everything except the erase pro. Think I have 3 days left. Still feeling good. I may have lost a bit of strength but it's hard to sat for sure as I've switched up my training to higher reps. Whatever I weigh in at today I will consider my final weight from this run.

Overall impression:

I'm not sold on Ana beta. I don't see this appetite surge that most report. I've gained weight but I've been eating my bulk diet with limited cardio so that's expected. I can't say I would run it again. This is my second go with it and I just haven't been impressed. I think it may be more suited to a cut but then I would
Probably run a nutrient partitioner like need2slin or recompadrol instead.

Erase pro: can't say I noticed a lot of difference from the regular erase in general but I did have some significant strength gains. I was using DAA though and I get good results from it. I love erase and would probably give erase pro another go without the DAA out of curiosity.

Powerchews DTest: loved it. I love DAA but bulk taste like ****. This is convenient and tasty way to get one of my favorite supps. I'm not a huge fan of some of the others in the line but for DAA if the price is right which it is only if these are on sale then it would be my choice.
