Shift/TT-33 for a Fat Loss Plateau

I have been following a strict diet for the past two and a half months. My diet has been meticulous, and I have been following the zig-zag method, eating at maintenance level once every three days. I want to optimize fat burning so that I can continue to lose about one pound per week. I currently take EGCG and Resveratrol for fat loss, and I prefer to stay stim-free.

I was thinking about taking a combination of TT-33 and Shift :

AM- 1 TT-33 and 2 Shift
Afternoon - 1 TT-33 and 2 Shift
PM - 1 Shift

Would this be a good stack to keep the fat loss from stalling? I'm not looking to lose more than 1-1.5 lbs per week; I just want to avoid plateaus.

That's what I was hoping. Shift looks great, but I also wanted to incorporate at least a small amount of 3,5 in the stack. That's why I was going to pick up a bottle of each as opposed to two bottles of Shift.

Whats the difference between the 3'3 and the 3'5?

3,5 is somewhat more suppressive on thyroid compared to 3,3

Aside from the above comment about suppression, I really don't fully understand the 3,3 vs, 3,5 debate. Companies like PES put out a pure 3,3 based product (Shift) while companies like Taurus puts out a pure 3,5 product (Pure T2), and others, like I-Force and SAN combine the two of them. I figure I will just try to strike a balance with slightly more coming from the less suppressive ingredient.

They should work together man. Next time try running it with Dexaprine or oep. Two of my favs )

I'd go with either Dexaprine or Alpha T2, that way your stack is not dependent on thyroidals.

And some tta500 :) need to try me some dexaprine..

Thanks for the replies. With the exception of caffeine, I'm trying to go as stim-free as possible. I definitely try to avoid anything with 1,3 dimethyl in it.

I've thought about adding an cortisol control supplement, but it looks like most on the market don't get very good feedback.

Look into lean xtreme or reduce xt. Dare I say they are superior to thyroidals.

Any reason why you avoid these ingredients? Just curious. Bad experiences with them?

Thanks for the suggestions. I've seen a lot of negative reviews on Lean Xtreme, even though it's the most popular. On the other hand, Reduce XT seems to never be discussed, yet when you do find reviews/logs, the feedback is pretty stellar. If I can find a place to buy it, I might pick up a bottle.

I have a bit of anxiety, as well as slightly high blood pressure, so I try to avoid the really heavy stims. I can tolerate some like Alpha Yohimbine and moderately dosed Synephrine.

This is one of the best IMO unless you want a targeted approach.. but out of all I've used.. reducext has been strongest.
X2.... Everything I've used from sns has been high quality and effective.

Just got the Shift/TT-33 started. For someone around 195 lbs., is 6 caps generally the optimal dosing protocol?
