Had a bit of a gaff on Sunday with my calories. Didn't quite get around to eating everything I needed to with the SB going on (Wasnt gonna eat the junk that was served). Down to 191.9 so ~2lbs loss. I know physical weight isn't the greatest means to be going by alone but the fact that I've dropped 2lbs and look leaner leads me to believe (at least I hope) that I've loss some fat.
Performance in the gym is headed back up. I've been supersetting this past week to try something different while I find a new routine. I have the Blueprint from mixelflick but I'm not quite ready to take that on in the middle of erase pro.
Thursday someone who doesn't see me all that often said I was looking "more streamlined." I have no idea what the hell that means exactly, but they said it was a good thing. Perhaps it was their method of saying I look leaner? Which I don't think I was anywhere near being large enough to considered much else. 210 (with the same or less bodyfat) is my seemingly long term goal to get to.
