Mattrag and MankoOyaji's leanville quest with Mdrol/AH

End of day 13. I am gonna add the endoamp max to night time dosing to try get me to sleep better. I feel elevated cortisol levels. My left eye lid keeps twitching (past two days). So I have a feeling it has something to do with that.
Also, lowered nolva to 10mgs.

You should try a cortisol blocker man i bet it would help a ton right now, What would you say the side effects of elevated cortisol are FEELING wise to know if it's too high or not? I've got a nice Cortisol blocker set up in my PCT, in fact that is like the one thing i would think would be super important considering coming off a PH or AAS you have very high cortisol levels. Some people take a full-week off but i would think a couple days would be sufficient (well my plan at least haha)
 
Oh and Vitamin C at 1.5-3 Grams per day 1 Gram upon awakening and 1-2 grams Post workout lowers cortisol in as little as 24 hours. :)

Lol my arm are nearly the same either way. My bis don't peak a lot they are just really full. If you get what I mean. But yeah they are def big dude shut up haha. Still going strong. Nice.

I don't drink juice lol. Besides all orange juice is fake.... they add some kind of chemical to "standardize the taste" then add in orange flavor lol. That's why all the orange juice taste the same year round. ;)

Well erase really stresses my joints. I don't know if it's both dryness and low cort or both. Lean extreme... Maybe I just wasn't taking it right? Or maybe I shouldn't have cut in pct lol. I just didn't notice ANYTHING from it. It's good on paper. It's damn good. Specially with the foskolin but did nothing for me.
For cort block I was planning on getting my carbs (to blunt any gluconeogenesis which will cause a rise in cortisol ) in and vitamin c. I have endoamp max and some more cortisol adaptogens.

Buy local :) and I don't drink it either I was kidding. I drink milk and water. Lol. Soda sometimes. I mean I'm crippled I need something. I have been sticking to lg diet for a few days now and I like it. I can def do this.

Cortisol. I would honestly NOT do lean gains when you are trying to recover from adrenal fatigue but there are plenty of theories.

Haha fortunately where I live I can get almost everything local. No to mention we grow out own food. And a lot of our own meats. We get a full pig raised naturally by my grandfather and a quarter of grass fed beef from my neighbor every year. And grow own vege and fruits. but anyways I think I'm just an angry man. Haha. I have been like this a long time. But I got tht bottle of erase to toss in in a few more weeks with some other stuff. Lean gains to cut about 15 pounds before spring gets here. Oh yeah. I need to get back to the gym soon. My back is almost better I think.

Lol. I'm hoping to put on about 10 more before April. Then I'll try cut when I run tren an ultradrol( or hella)
With luck I won't even lose weight just pure recomp.

Pure recomp would be cool man! Haha I haven't lifted in like nearly a month now I guess. And I have lost no weight at all. Holding at 12% bf or less. And visibly no real reduction is muscle mass or strength. I can tell I'm off of supps but that's about it. Gota love natty test ;)

195 :). Considering I was up to 202 when my bulk was finished 195@12% isn't bad. I miss being like 8 though. Oh well. Considering I was like 145 two years ago exactly I am making good progress. I just won't ever get any taller. I wish I had grown like 3 more inches :(

Everyone just thinks Im huge. In college they just called me "Big Matt". I had some muscle back then... but now im heavier and leaner... by a lot ... I actually cant wait to see what my buddies call me when they see me at my wedding. Too bad I cant be on tren then....

I was still up around 20lbs since the beginning of the cycle. End of Week 2 of PCT. Actually look a little better than when I was still on Mdrol. Cept my arms got smaller... (Still 18.5 inches flexed though, didnt want to measure on cycle as to depress me further lol)

So, after thinking about it... me just going up in reps is not the best idea specially when I am going up to the point where I am hitting some of my 5RMs for 10 reps... Probably not so good for my cortisol levels lol. So as I am entering week 3 I will now move the reps back to 5 and just move the weight up by 10lbs every workout. ;) My "deload" will be when I catch the airplane from Japan to Korea (2hr stop over), then to Hawaii.
That should be enough time to deload. I'm hoping I can lift the day I get back.
