i was wondering myself because at 1 scoop the formula-x lasted longer than 1 month... after shaking it the powder really puffs up... but you really should shake any container with more than 1 ingredient

I liked switching it up, see what works best for you, try 2 scoops before, next workout try 2 scoops during, next workout try 1 before and 1 during.

Most of the time I stock to 1 scoop before and 1 scoop during.

Hmm I'll have to keep that in mind to JD. I normally go with what is on the bottle lol. Need to change it up and keep a log of what works better.
