11 week cut cycle log, sd and hdrol combos, epistane, oxyguno and dbol

felt strong on day 21, almost euphoric during workout. it was great...i decided to change my plan also and take the 2 weeks inbetween. another thing im changin is removing the dbol from my PCT and adding it for weeks 5-6 for a real bridge. during the bridge ill be using clomid @ 50mg ED.

Looking interesting mate. The only thing I would question is why use the nolva and epistane together? Couldn't you run the epistane and dbol together in that 2 week dbol usage? The so called anti estro from the epi I would hope may migate some of the aromatisation from the dbol. That said its only 2 weeks of dbol.
 
Just Dbol and nolva for the two weeks, im gonna run the epi with the oxyguno for 4 weeks after the break. Using the Dbol to bridge through a two week pct, I feel I need after the 4 weeks of SD.

Its only two weeks of dbol, depending how you react to the estro sides and how quickly they present themselves, I dont see why not just add in the AI and save the nolva for later again. That said I don't massively see a problem with using the nolva during the bridge. Its upto you. Of the top of my head it look like you have it all well planned, it's definately better that using the dbol during PCT in my opinion.

yeah your eyes are playing tricks on you lol dbol weeks 5-6, with nolva and i can add the adex to keep aromitization down and estrogen as low as possible. first 4 weeks were sd/hdrol...then 5-6 dbol/nolva/adex bridge....to 4 weeks epi/oxyguno, i should be dry and cut as ever by then!!!
 
well it seems like i need a day off every 4th day right now, body is stressed a little from minor injuries. but all and all i feel great, its good to take days off and not overtrain. tried to step it up on day 23, last week of SD!!! im a little curious about my weight, losing BF and holding weight was pretty much the goal. Im hoping in the next 6 weeks ill be running out of fat and maybe gain some pounds on the scale. To me im slim as ever, my realistic opinion is around 9.5% BF.

also im going to edit my first post to reflect cycle changes as of now...also ive been experimenting with the ECA stack for a couple days on and off. i had problems with cramps and recently found 4-5g of taurine to be the end all solution. Im waiting on a kilo of tauine to arrive hopefully tomorrow so i can start to really incorporate the stack into my routine. ive also ordered some yomhimbine, i have not tried the ECY stack yet and will have to see how my body reacts to that. i handle stims very well, more to come once my orders come in...

IMO pretty damn clean. i probably need to step my cardio up. when i work out harder i feel like my body is in starvation mode. i really feel like im stalling, as far as fat goes. i can put more effort into my diet, hopefully when i start my eca stack my hungry will be more controlled. maybe im getting impatient...IDK

Are you finding your cardio harder than normal with using orals. Some people do. I've heaard they can thicken your blood. The old ECA is pretty powerful, I tried it a few years back, it did effect my blood presure so be careful mate.

The diet looks ok, do you think you are getting enough protein?

I dont think cardio has gotten any more hard, sometimes because of sore legs/calfs running hurts. as far as thicker blood, i dont know what that would actually affect, breathing has gotten easier for me and running too since my legs have gotten stronger.

i do think i have over trained a bit right now, whole body that is. not on a daily workout basis, but i do not think im give enough time to fully recover between workout days. example my chest is still sore when i get to chest day, and legs are killing my cardio throughout the week. also my overall energy levels have fallen...

ive tried the ECA stack about 4 days last week and did great as long as i had 5g of taurine. also im already supplementing hawthorneberry for BP, since a couple headaches in the beginning of cycle. i have yohimbine and taurine on the way in bulk, im hoping the ECY stack will stop my hungry problems.

halfway through my cycle i went from days to nights at work, so i also went from working out at night to in the morning. it messed up my whole schedule for eating. at night i try not to eat 3 hours before bed at all but honestly i usually fail and end up eating a nutrigrain bar and/or 1/4 cup of peanuts. if i broke down time for the last day i logged food it looked like this..
1100:protein bar 300-at wake up right before gym
1400:shredded chicken 400-after workout
1730:5oz chicken, 2 piece corn 400-lunch
2000:apple, chocolate 250-bad snacks

no i dont think im getting enough protein, i dont think im eating enough food at all. im so hungry all the time, it drives me crazy. ive been eating like a cow trying to get big for 10 years, well i got what i wanted and got a big gut lol. well not a huge gut but this little bit of fat is stubborn. i have a fast metabolism, it kills me not to eat. i think i lose brain function sometimes, i get so irritable, and tired and cant wake up after 8 hours of sleep. i will be doing more research this week about proper dieting techniques, like carb cycling or something. any help would be appreciated

Its cool. How you handling the lethargy? I am too afraid to check my blood pressure out at work because all the Japanese teachers are always so interested in everything I do. If I read high I KNOW they are going to be after me on a lot. Especially, if I am DANGEROUSLY high lol.

I started to slowly add back in caffeine. Taking it out was dumb as that CAUSED my headaches which i thought were from high bp.... lol.

well as of this moment i feel great, im taking 2 days off in a row before my last 5 days of SD. figure ill push my hardest and record my end of SD numbers to compare to the end of cycle/pct numbers. lathargy has been hit or miss, i been running caffeine in the gym and during the last week with my eca stack last week. i do fine all day, the morning when i have to get up early to hit the gym is when i struggle the most. but i dont know if that was just my body being overtrained or what. hawthorneberry keeps my BP down, i got headaches my first week too. if i can manage to stop getting injured, ill be much happier lol.

I'm following. You are getting some traffic. Keep it up.

If I were you I would increase my cals a bit and/or decrease the volume of your workouts. In my experience, eating that few cals dosen't lead to any better results and just drives you crazy. You will be happier if you get to eat a bit more.

good advice, i upped my caloried intake for the last 4 days now, i was trying to take 2 consecutive days off to heal up and plan a new workout. i been draggin myself to the gym and thats no fun. so i was gonna go back today but i worked 12 hours and the gym closed, lol if it was still open i was going. i cant wait to get back, new workout will be fun.

i was using high reps to stay away from injury lol alot of good thats done!! so my new workout is low reps and some 5x5's in there, and when i say 5x5 i mean 5 reps to failure. not low 5x5 to a higher 5x5, mine should be heaviest 5x5 and ill have to go lower each set.

eating more felt good hopefully my body will be in shock and i can start cutting diet again next week. i bet i gainned 5lbs in 3 days when i go back tomorrow, lol maybe not idk...

once my ecy stack gets here ill put my hungry to rest and really get this last 2 or 3 % of BF off.
 
I wouldn't worry too much about it. You could probably go a bit higher and be more compliant because you are sane and your results would not slow. One cheat can add up to a ****load of cals.

I am on week 2 of sd and have gained 11 lbs with recomp/slow cut cals. It is almost certainly all glycogen and water but still not exactly what I want to see. To be expected with sd though.
 
so i need to re attack my diet plan then, honestly i need more knowledge and dont have enough time in the day. im reworking my workout in a different thread i started. right now ive got my back workout complete and im very happy with how it turned out. tomorrow will be shoulders only. i gained some weight in the last couple days, nothing really to worry about, just need to get a plan in place for the next 6 weeks as soon as possible. my cardio is suffering from shin splints, plus longer workouts is leaving less time to fit it in. im going to back off on cardio for the next two weeks i think? this is my first cut attemp and im a little in over my head at the moment. so on the day 27, one more day of SD...

very happy with this workout, took extra time to find correct weights. it really targeted every part of my back the way i wanted.

i bought a new scale today and will check my BF and what ever else this cool scale does later tonight haha. hopefully it will give a accurate reading and im not fatter than i think!!! i got tired of the handheld thing at the gym...

any recommendations on calorie intake and cardio would be appreciated. i have a fast metobolism and about a 32 in waist, i used to be a really skinny build, i dont know what i need to do...if i need to do a hour of cardio a day ill do it, i know theres no exact answer here but i need some direction i think. i can start a new thread i guess?
 
Nice workout. Looks more strength based? I like it. Cardio plus a strength retention program usually equals a good recomp/cut.
Id post a new thread. Say, list your current diet (or roughly your diet) and toss it out there. My metabolism SUX so I am not one to give good responses. On my current Mdrol run I have to dip below 1800 cals to even see small number changes on the scale (and I weight about 5-10lbs over 200...).

Just so everyone knows that im not scarred to admit when im a idiot, my new scale says im at 13.5%BF which I believe is accurate. So yeah im working out my diet for the next 6 weeks and I will not be cheating. I have cheated myself too long!

Note that I have been eating fairly heavy for about 4-5 days now and I gained 4lbs. I will reattach my diet after final review tomorrow and finish out this last 6 weeks strong. God damn SD was impossible not to eat lol

Also I will re adjust my first post to reflect current BF and goal, which will now be less than 9%

Nothing else... no lethargy, my BP was actually lower today, and interestingly I dont feel angry, or aggressive... I feel more " at ease"? I donno its like im more in control of myself. haha. Completely opposite of what i thought would happen. 4 more weeks @10mgs though! haha

Make any good gains on your sdrol 3 weeks? Remarkable?

broke my pelvis when i was 18 in a car wreck, and backs been weak ever since. i do pretty heavy maintenance at work and started having back problems about 3 years ago. i have a herniated disk, l3/l4 or a disk buldge they say. used to send shoot pain down my legs and gives me problems every now and then. i also got rear ended in march and have had severe whiplash for the last 6 months, neck cramps and headaches. trying to be as carefull as i can, pulled my neck doing preacher curls acouple weeks ago and pulled my back last week doing dead lifts. i put alot of thought into my new workouts and really watch how i do each lift. if i struggle too much ill stop before i strain something. nothing really the docs can do or either one. i been to physical therapy a couple times and my wifes a massage therapist, so thats nice when im home. just life brother gotta push on through...lol

sorry i didnt even see this post, my libido was shot after week 2, lathargy week 2 on, ball shrunk from week 2 on also, i take hawthorneberry religiously so no BP issues....no anger here either or aggression. this last week i got small back pumps at the gym, that was no fun, takes your breath away lol.

i had great strength increased but my calories were too low for real weight increase. i managed to maintain weight and was happy with that for my weight loss goal. you can look back at some of my lifts and see some increases. i felt strongest this week but took alot of time off due to injury and much needed recovery time.

i had great strength increased but my calories were too low for real weight increase. i managed to maintain weight and was happy with that for my weight loss goal. you can look back at some of my lifts and see some increases. i felt strongest this week but took alot of time off due to injury and much needed recovery time.

Do you feel you recomped a bit? or just kept the same body comp and experienced strength gains? Im getting mean strength (well considering Im lifting pretty heavy), and maybe some carb forgiveness? lol. I usually eat around 50g carbs a day, and now I allow myself to refeed once every 3 days. Not looking that bad... but not much better.

I think all my muscles have grown significantly, ill measure tomorrow I have pre cycle measurements too. My arms feel and look huge.

Lol k yes I do feel like that. Honestly SD is not the compound for a recomp though I would like to say I could have done better but I tried pretty hard to keep my diet in check and maintain solid workouts. It was so damn difficult, I guess im happy with the way it has been going but I think with a different plan and cycle I could have done much better.
 
Yea. I'm cutting on it now. Which is probably not the best idea. Andro hard plus mdrol at 10mgs for 6 weeks. Hahaha.

IDK...if my damn taurine would show up i could run my ECY stack and hopefully it would help me.

i took day 31 and 32 off, my new workout is killer. my shoulders and back were tore up and my legs were so sore from lunges and glute machine. so new workout week and starting over with diet, gotta keep it up...stay motivated...body and mind strong...**** holidays dont help!!! lmao

im so mad i could be probably 15lbs bigger right now if i was bulking, i can bulk like a champ. stupid cut, ill figure it out sooner or later

i did notice about a week ago my nips were hard all the time, no biggie. but this week ive noticed they have become dry, and when i lotioned them i had a very very slight, sting to it. ??? IDK

other than the lathargy and hunger from SD i been good, i have a feeling this 2 week clomid run is gonna make my chest break out. usually happens during PCT with all the hormone changes. time will tell...
 
Don't beat yourself up over messing up with the candy. It happens. Sometimes it is worth it. If you are not about to compete for Mr. Olyimpia, you should be able to throw down a huge meal every now and then. I will occasionally tear up giant bowls of oatmeal, boxes of cereal, etc...

I feel you on SD not being great for recomp or cut. I was so f-ing hungry last night but had to hold off. It would be sweet to run on a bulk.

well this is my first run a cutting so i expected to be trying and failing, learning what i can do and cant do, what works and doesnt...but **** bro SD on my first cut was a huge mistake, hunger and lathargy all mofo day!!!

SD is a great bulker, im sure if my calories were at 3000+ i would have gained 15-18lbs no problem already. these guys really got to me with all that "banned" talk. i try not to get hyped over rumors, think i got burned on the boladrol kick, but SD going away is not cool, broke down and ordered 5 bottles last night. i still have a bottle here too lol better safe than sorry i my book, at least on this one.

yeah there are some pretty good deals out right now, cant beat 90 10mg caps for 19.99. at that price no reason not to stock up. and later if i dont want them they could be worth double easy, who knows lol

lathargy got me week 3 i think, well IDK i just had a hard time getting out of bed the last two weeks. but i my calorie intake was way low too and i was lifting so hard i think my body just needed a break. after i took 3 days off i was GTG.
