actually my g/f wanted to take a quick vid on my next chest wo because of my veins,
and I mean she's used to see them on me, but she said right now they're sticking out like no tomorrow,
so yeah, I will try to get something "on tape" on Sunday :)
 
Ok update because even tho' I'm switching prewo these days
I do have the feeling the stack hit me 100%, because there has been
a progressively increase in strength in the last 10/12 days
It's not easy to differentiate a good day or week
from the actual effect of the stack but since I ran TP before
I can say I recognize it.
Stoked seems to enhance the effect of Testopro when I can't recognize
its effects (assuming one wanted to list what's doing what between the two)
so I'll just say Stoked for me sounds like a TP booster.
The increase in strength is quite noticeable, again aside from a given
prewo.. I say this because in the last 3 days I had tested 3 different
products, very different from each other 1st stimmed, 2nd supposedly ultra stimmed
and today a stim free.
Well, yesterday even tho' was some sort of low volume training (low volume for
what I'm used to lol) the supposedly ultra stimmed prewo did very lil to me
and yet the session was solid and weights went up, supersets were heavier (constant thing
since i run the stack, heavier supersets) and today, legs day, with the stim free prewo
I actually carried a massive legs session were I loaded more weights on my last two sets
of squats, last 3 hack squats and last two front squats.
Same for leg curls, regular and pronated.
Like I said, a pretty noticeable increase in strength that built up in the last 10/12 days.

This, with absolutely no change in diet and cal intake, and I stay in deficit 6 days a week

To be noticed this last sentence. Life lifting big weights when in cal deficit ain't easy.
I train like I'm on gear but I eat like contest prep, plus I do IF/warrior diet..
So really my body is indeed stressed, hormone balance most likely affected by this.

In this stack, Glycobol is the only product that you actually feel and see some of its results
right away, post dose, the other two products are not so immediate of course, as any other
test booster, and is not something blatantly obvious, but I can say there are indeed benefits
and for a natural stack are damn good.
I see no side effects whatsoever also, actually my mood is improved with it.

While strength is the most noticeable effect, size is the other one.
With my protocol/diet and 1 refeed a week, I am able to keep getting some lean gains,
lil steps at the time but when you're at such low BF even 1 or 2lbs
of lean mass can be very noticeable.

I have to step on the scale yet but I do look fuller (as mentioned before) and bigger overall
and is not just an impression, so I'm sure I did gain something.

Pretty good, today was a good, heavy wo day/week

food addictions most likely are not helping no :D
My diet sees 4 things, that's it.
I've never been a fan of food in general tho',
even when I wasn't this strict, I'd go for chicken over pizza or pasta.
I have sweet tooth tho, thank god I learned how to
take care of that with my keto/whey-based desserts :)

could you reveal some recipes?

I take fast acting carbs post workout mainly and sometimes first thing in the morning since they are the best times to take time. ie Glycogen storage, if I eat anything sweet I have to brush my teeth after and mouthwash or I seem to get cavities if I dont

So here we are only 7 days left, I will leave my final review
for next week even tho' I do have formulated a pretty solid opinion
about this stack.


As for right now I can say I had killer workouts these past two weeks,
and especially this last week.
I look fuller and I do have better body composition, now, when you're BF
is this low is kinda hard to put on picture - especially with my crappy phone camera -
the lil changes, but *I* can tell very well.
Not only that, but it's even harder to get it (a better body comp i mean)


My strength went up constantly and noticeably, I hit twice my weight now
in almost all the compound movements and that's something keeping
in mind my super low carb diet and my calorie intake.
As I said I will leave the final thoughts for the last dose,
as for right now Ima post that chest picture that I promised :)
Please note that is damn *hard* to try to pose (especially when you
have no idea how to) AND at the same time taking a pic of your chest.. -_-
but I tired, in person i can assure you it looked much more vascular lol
you won't believe me but w/e and the cuts on the sides (abs) do look
a bit deeper than before

FINAL REVIEW:


Ok at only one day left I can definitely wrap this up and put down my
final thoughts on AI Nutrition Swole Stack
First off thank to AI and stxnas for sending me Testopro, I wanna point out that
this was a semi-sponsored, so I paid for my Stoked and Glycobol,
it's not biased because I got products for free, BUT I got an Tshirt
and a whole bunch of very welcome samples which i enjoyed quite a bit :)



As mentioned in previous posts, I ran all three products before,
just not together so I was familiar especially with TP and Gbol
on their effects.


For this log I wasn't cutting or bulking but doing what I always do
which is lean gains: keep my BF as while increasing strength and slowly
adding muscle.


Let's start with TP and Stoked as they are in my opinion the two
product that benefit from each other when run together, as Glycobol
effects don't seem to change running it solo stacked.


TP is a good product as standalone but definitely Stoked seems to increase
what's good about it.
What I noticed is TP kicked in faster and the strength increase has been
way more noticeable as opposed to running it solo.
Being a low carber, constantly dieting strength is one of the most important
effects I got from this stack, the reason is simple: more volume means I can
boost my cals a bit and get those so-hard-to-get lean gains without my BF being
affected.
Another thing is size, I gained about 1.5lbs but I do look like I gained twice as much
muscles are fuller and very dense, and cuts are deeper (as mentioned before)
it seems like a boost in metabolism (I've been at this BF for a long ass time and
my thyroid hormones are a bit hm.. slow, so go figure), the two also gave me
a very pleasant overall alpha feeling and a sense of well being which helped in the gym
and not only.
There were absolutely no noticeable side effects for me with any of the three products.


My weights went up *a lot* (this is no news as I've been going thru a pretty inexplicable strength increase
for the last 2 months, but this last 3 weeks it was even more)
So the two are definitely delivering imo what they are made for and I'd point them out
as one of the top5 natural stacks.
Glycobol is not affected by the two, as I said before, is a good product, I use GDAs as staple.
I like the pumps you get from it even with very small meals like mine, even with just 10gr of carbs
(CHO daily intake is 30gr on days on for me), you can feel it work it right after your meal and it's nice.
I never had any stomach problem with it either, I dosed it at 2cps at once max (usually 1cp)


AI makes good stuff, no doubt. The Swole Stack is mean, if you're recomping or cutting
this will help you a lot with strength and size, plus I find GDAs to help tremendously
when cutting, recomping or (even harder imo) if you have low BF and you wanna *keep it that way*
With that said, I'm sure the Swole Stack can do very good things while bulking as well.


So, that's it, it was a very good stack to run, it gave me good results and well,
I'll most likely use them again.

I enjoy staying leanish year round, I no way stay like you do, your in competition shape bro, I strive for this look like once a year or so. This again goes to show me looks matter more to me than weight and strength. Marvelous job

That's more of the 4-Hydroxyisoleucine extract of Fenugreek than the Testofen extract of Fenugreek. 4-HIL has insulin mimetic effects, which make sense that it would help the absorption of the creatine.

Fenugreek is an herb with a lot of benefits.
