Fairly new book called "muscle explosion 28 days to maximum mass" by Nick Nillson. Pretty radical approach to a basic bodybuilding program. Anyone tried it or trying it outnow?
Havnt read it all yet. But it has different plan each week. One of them has a protein starvation day, followed by protein load/excess calorie period while doing same excersize (sqauts) 5 days in a row for 40 min. 3 reps at a time with 20 sec rest dropping weight load when approaching fail.
Yeah' I read a couple reviews on the book on amazon, they said its brutal. Book claims author gained 11 pounds in ten days. Not sure if thats possible but I'm gonna try it out in a few weeks.
I can gain 10lb in a day if you take me to a sushi buffet. Short term weight gain doesn't mean much without knowing someone's diet.
Tomorrow is refeed day for me and me and the wife are going to a sushi bugffet. I CANT WAIT! Been thinking about it since last week!

I have gone my whole life without eating sushi. It always sounded disgusting to me up until I finally tried it a couple months ago and fell in love! So now I feel like I have been missing out my whole life and need to make up for it. Thank God for sushi buffetts!

I don't like the look of raw fish so I just can't get myself to try them... Sushi I can live with... raw fish look, not yet...
