This is actually true. I haven't had a beer for about 5 years. The same with pizza, doughnuts and loads of other things like that.

I can't remember the scene you are referring to but I am going to LOL and pretend I do. Because that was a funny movie.
BTW I am having a hard time choking down tuna sandwiches lately :( used to be able to knock two cans out no problem, now I can barely get through one, even with Thousand island dressing.
Just makes me want to throw up!

Maybe you need a new dressing. Tuna from a can for me, here is my evolution of eating from when something became intolerable to.
1) Tuna from a can, with lettuce straight into a sandwich
2) Tuna from a can and a thin layer of mayonnaise with lettuce in a sandwich
3) Tuna from a can, mixed in a bowl with mayonnaise with lettuce in a sandwich
4) Tuna from a can, mixed in a bowl with mayonnaise and basil with lettuce in a sandwich
5) Tuna from a can, mixed in a bowl with mayonnaise, basil and garlic granules (to save time) with lettuce in a sandwich
6) No longer eat bread as I am gluten intolerant. Tuna mixed with homemade olive oil mayonnaise on almond and flaxseed bread.
7) No longer eat tuna regularly due to high level of BPAs and mercury lol.

I do tuna because its so cheap per the protein content.
I also am wondering if I am gluten intolerant. It runs in my family. On high gluten consumption days I often feel bloated and have lots of GI distress if you catch my drift. It is rather unpleasant. Then again it could be the liquid egg white shakes I drink for breakfast...and the preworkouts I drink....etc etc lol.
 
Im pretty much gluten intolerant... getting in just the minute amount found in stuff fried with it will give me problems...
Tuna I like..but yea... all the crap in it... I just eat protein powder out of the tub (as long as I keep my probiotics high I can actually eat protein.. I couldnt before. Thank you Gut Health)

Go gluten free, do it and see if you feel better. I would say get tested but I have tested negative twice for it as an intolerance yet I feel horrible whenever I eat it so the tests are questionable depending on the labs you use.

Interesting testimonial for Gut Health. I have had extremely serious gut issues and applied to be a tester for it but Ajerone(?) didn't reply to my PM. I thought I would have been the perfect candidate for it.

Its good stuff. I have been on it for almost two months now. I am getting 2 more bottles shipped up to me from my home in Hawaii. Those should last me till I go back for vacation there. And I'll probably restock and bring up a whole bunch of supps when I return here.
 
Your supplement bill sounds huge from some other posts I have read. If you aren't sitting at 4% body fat Flex will travel to Japan and slap you around the face with your own sock lol.

haha my supp bill is pretty huge. But on contrary to what people might thing I dont actually take all that much stuff... Most of the stuff I have been taking recently is health supps... Vitamins, minerals, etc. I told my friend I dont even take a GDA and he thought I was joking....
 
I need to start caring more about my health supps I think.
And I still need to try gut health.

That's probably my fault.

I sent a warning message to them on his post that said he had 8 different accounts. I asked if they had the ability to track IPs to effectively delete all of his accounts. I didn't figure the turn-around time on that getting deleted would be so quick lol.

It's a shame because I was so proud of my posts and no one got to see them :( (especially the mastiff one)
