Quick question, was there any study on UA and Blood pressure?

I must be goign through some mean stress atm because my blood pressure, which usually is REALLY low, is REALLY high the past couple days... Like I normally test around 100/55, at times it was so low I couldnt give blood... But yesterday it was 156/89... Thats higher than it has EVER been even while on Hdrol.... @100mgs...
it dropped mine 10points on the top and 15 on the bottom have talked to others with similar experiences

hello, wasn't using it to lose weight and Ursobolic is not a weight loss supplement it is a fat loss supplement. If you will review the studies the mice gained muscle while losing fat which is what most of the users are reporting. My intent of this log was to see if it could keep me lean while eating an excess of calories. The last month have been an extreme test if you look through my log. I was injured off a week and ate like a pig through thanksgiving still maintained my muscle and leaness while eating a ton over maintenance

unless you are using T-3 or T-4 your thyroid is most likely fine. Even if you had still thyroid recovers despite bro' knowledge to the contrary. Stimulant abuse, however may down regulate your adrenal gland though

I've used otcs with t3, not actual cytomel tho..

Ive also used two (stacking) fat burners daily year round for the past 2-3 years sometimes including ephedra. I'm going to go non stim for two months (feb-march) n use revamp.. It's going to suck! Also been on n off t boosters, ai's etc since 16! N dabbled w anavar, dbol, winstrol, n nolva.. Lots could be going on within! Hope to find out soon

You should be ok, most damage comes with extended "on" periods. Better safe than sorry though. Good Luck

Taking the next two days off from the gym need to do some healing. Joints have been taking a pounding, going to Jointforce the hell out of my knees and elbows the next couple days and not do anything strenuous. Ursobolic....its been good to me. I have never eaten with such free reign, I am not quite as ripped as I was my last set of photos ...but not far off, next week I'll be back to shredded, I plan on posting pics next weekend. I usually take months to get back to fighting trim after such binging, especially with a week of no working out. My blood pressure is lower, I've not been working out to my potential but I've maintained my muscle mass and my thighs are even better than ever. Very happy thus far two more bottles on the way:cool2:

Good to know about the BP etc. Im having my bottles sent up to me now. Nutra is being hard, and they are not letting me modify my order....

Looks good - except for the cardio, for me anyway,we know how I feel about cardio .
 
Sorry no update for yesterday, do to circumstances beyond my control...Yesterday was a workout day off and my diet as you know is pretty constant there were no aberrations yesterday will catch up today back and bi's my favorite so looking for a sick workout this afternoon

That's the way it started for me, I was melting down at work, and everyone else was complaining how cold it was. The my pants got more and more loose in the waist yet no change in weight. Glad its working for you too

Observations: The above workout was foolish considering my weird tricep injury. It didn't hurt at first....if fact I go thru my whole back workout without any pain to speak of. When I was doing the cable curls I should not have done so many. It started to hurt but I had such a pump going that I did not want to stop. About midway through that exercise it started to hurt. I proceeded anyway and added weight. It hurts but still not as badly as initially. I'm leaning out again fast. I am eating a little above maintenance calories right now I am eating a high fat high protein diet I always forget to put the half and half I put in my coffee in my nutrition section.I go through over a half a gallon of half and half a week if that tells you anything That's an extra 2500 calories a week and I also for get to add in all the peanut butter I eat by the spoon full so add another 1000 cals a week and we should be about right. . Outside my injury I felt strong as a Ox. I hate how my endurance has fallen off on my chins as I was doing well over twenty the first couple of sets a few months ago....I will get it back . It fel soooooo good to push and push hard today, even if I was foolish on the curls. I miss working out like that.

GF will be here in less than 2 weeks now. I haven't seen her pretty self in person(thank God for Skype) since September. I want to be good'n lean when she gets here, since last time I saw her I was the leanest I'd ever been in my life.....don't wanna disapoint:)

Observations: Workout day off, leg day tomorrow, should really be able to go hard as my glycogen stores should be fully stocked. Its nice to really be able to gorge on cheat day and not worry so much about the damage. Ursobolic really seams to shine In that regard, the suggish feeling is very short lived, and the damage to waist line is minimal. Also I recently noticed I am not having nearly so many depressed days as I usually do when the light starts getting low. I feel pretty upbeat and my mood is good despite my injured state which usually makes me really depressed. Now...not so much.... haven't heard about Ursolic acid elevating mood, anyone else out there have a similar experience?

Aminos are immediately absorbed not digestion needed protein but be broken down into its subsequent amino acids. BCAA's are not a whole protein, they are supposed to activate certain metabolic pathways, I use them like I use vitamins as a hedge and to insure that my muscles aren't being broken down during a workout

I love me some breakfast considering the amount of syrup I put on those pancakes that was probably about as calorie dense as you can get

This was a heavy leg day.

Observations:

315 felt the best and easiest it ever had, the first set of 8 seemed easy, the subsequent sets not so much. I was unable to get my 20 reps of 225 that I like to finish with but my legs were fried from the extra 2 sets of 315. I was tired and almost didn't go to the gym and wound up having a great leg work out....go figure. I have 6 days to lean out you will see calories drop to maintenance levels

thanks the calorie load fueled that workout for sure. Carb cycling? Yep that's how I look at it, normally I'd be all excited about the feasting we usually do, but we are both a little banged up. She has strained her bicep and is running at half speed, that funky injury is definitely slowing me down. Right now we both just hope we are gym capable when she gets here, as working out together is one of the things we look forward to, and the passion we both share in that regard is part of what makes our relationship so remarkable

Thats a very good relationship dynamic there. I have gotten my wife a little more interested in working out and being healthy. She definitely is more interested as now it's not "I don't care", to "Why do you do this? What can I eat/do?"

Yea my wife was always down with me lifting though. When we were dating i'd always just bring her out to the gym with me.

Now though, she is more concerned because she wants to look good and be healthy.

My legs usually grow like weeds when I focus my energy on them ;)
I'm thinking of bumping the dose back up to 18caps per day. I really liked it at that dose :)

I have always done a fair amount of volume on squats about the same time as starting urso, I really increased my squat volume, actually volume overall. I know I have seen studies that state that High volume squats trigger a huge hgh release and subsequently raise IGF levels. Since Ursobolic acts through IGF expression I think it would it be reasonable to extrapolate that these high volume workouts would increase the effectiveness and results of Ursobolic? And perhaps some that are not responding as well are not working out in such a way as to get the HGH pulse that high volume squats produces? Just thinking out loud. Just curious if Concrete is a fan of the high volume, trying to find a common denominator

Very interesting take. I know in my thread he suggested 12-20 reps on cycle then to drop them down to 8-10 in PCT so he MIGHT use higher rep ranges during his time off. It is very interesting about this. I have a friend on UA, and he also does high rep squats. He ran UA with slim FX so he noticed an enhanced appetite suppression and a leaning out effect. This month he is dropping the SlimFX so we will see how UA works solo. Said he really feels less bloated though with UA.
