Yeah well i'm not planning on cutting for another year or two. Just bulking and anabolics until then :)

Well there is an egg roll missing, a spring roll, sweet and sour chicken, lo mien, string beans, and other veggies. Crushed it. And of course everyone in my office was giving me **** about it not being tuna lol.

Was gonna hit chest/tri today but decided to do just chest so I could hit the gym tomorrow for arms.

Triset:
Incline BB - 135, 185, 185, 225, 225 all for 8 reps each, 250x5
Pullups: 5 sets of 10 @ BW
Rotary Calf: 330, 350, 370, 390, 405 for 20 reps each

Machine Flys: 135, 150, 165 all for 8, 180x6, 195x6

DB Press: 75x8, 85x8, 95x8, 100x8, 110x6

Push ups: 5 sets of 10

20 min incline treadmill

I noticed I was able to dig a little deeper and had some more endurance on my Arm workout on Saturday. Here's what my numbers looked like

Day 20 Arms

DB Curl - 30, 35, 40, 45, 50 all for sets of 10

Skullcrushers - 70, 80, 90 all for sets of 10, 100x8, 100x6

Pinwheel Curls - 35, 40, 45, 50, 55 all for sets of 8

Rope Pulldowns - L10, L11, L12, all for sets of 8, L13x6, x6

Superset:
Machine Preacher Curls: 60x10, 70x10, 80x8, 90x8, x8
BW Dips: 5 sets of 10

Was really surprised with that last superset. My arms were already pretty tired from chest the day before. And my arms are actually sore today, which never happens.

I think that I'm going to start stacking with the Dieselbolan tomorrow. Might count out the rest of my M14 and kick up the dose an extra 30mg. We will see.
 
Alright I need some opinions. I have enough M14 to bump the dose up to 150mg for 8 days. Otherwise it's 120mg for 11 days.

I am starting the Diesel tomorrow @ 3 caps per day. Opinions?
 
your about to add another compound anyways, no point in causing unwanted sides n youll want more overlap for a smoother transition rather then get one dropped too early before the other starts in real strong...

I hear 150 is where most guys start feelin like poo on m14... 120 is the sweet spot.

Did 30 min incline treadmill and 10 min on bike



Ran out of cycle assist. Will be using organ shield and liver juice twice per day until the PCT hits. Nothing new to report. BP may be increasing. Had a slight headache today. Nothing that couldn't be tolerated. Girlfriend said she thought my chest was looking bigger. I feel like i'm starting to change a bit. Forearms, bi's, tri's, traps, and quad are looking bigger. Not hugely bigger, but slightly noticeable.

Yeah Buddy! The next week or two should be interesting. Will be interesting to see how these compounds start interacting.

On a side note, my libido has been up the entire time. No noticeable shutdown....and my load volume has increased. I attribute that all to the Trans! Def good stuff!

Thanks man. I probably could have had a few more had I cut my reps @ 225 down to 8 and 275 down to 6. Getting into the upper poundages is all about managing your volume appropriately.

Yeah i've been using CEL. Been running it at 120mg. About a week into the DMZ, still have a few days left of the M14.

I trained Arms on saturday. Forgot my log book because I was in a hurry. Had a ton of $hit to do. It was my supplement store's 1 yr anniversary of being open. We had Jose Raymond in doing demos for MHP (he took 3rd in the 202 Olympia this year). He was a funny dude. There were also a lot of IFPA Pro's in the shop as well. Overall it was a crazy day but a good day. We raffled off a lot of stuff, gave out free samples, had free back massages and ART/Graston therapy spots, Demos, etc.

Day 27 - Arms (forgot log book)

Day 28 - off (cardio only)


Definitely planning on hitting legs tonight. I'm taking tomorrow night off from the gym. Gonna spend most of my night playing MW3.

Meh, shes awesome about that stuff actually... weve already lived together 2 years... shes stayed up whole nights playin Assassins Creed and Prince of Persia with me and even came with me to the GOW3 release and let me buy a whole new Gears console that I really didnt need(turned in my original white one and upgraded).... so I figured I should save and give her the wedding shes earned :thumbsup:

I hear ya on the kids, lol.... Prob is with my boy he would want to play the game more then me! lol...

I weighed in today....same exact weight as last week. Kinda confused. I'm starting to think m14 isn't as potent as some have claimed it to be. I've still seen strength increase though, just not the size/weight increases I was expecting.

Like I said previously, I have a horrible time telling the difference. I'm always skeptical. Have to take some updated pics to see what's going on.

But even if it is converting to dbol....it's only converting at about ~12-15% if i remember reading correctly. So at most it's converting to 18mg of Dbol. Not exactly a hefty dose..but i digress.

Yeah some people might think it's kind of crazy; but it's not like i'm running a 20 or 30mg dosage. Just a low 5mg to round out the diesel. Maybe take it up to 10mg max but nothing more than that.

Im thinking of Low dose SD as well... I will see how you react to it lol.

Intriguing. Man, that'll definitely get glycogen stores up. Perhaps you are running too much cardio? Just need to readjust the calories?

I don't think its that crazy. If you look at what some of the people on here stack and throw together that I would never recommend, what your doing is actually not a big deal.
