40 grams Trahanas Greek pasta more like grits.
8 ozV-8

Mid Morning:

50 Grams Whey Protein

43 grams peanuts

Then I moved to the Nautilus plate loaded pull down machine loaded 2 45's on the right and got a set of 20 added a quarter and got 15 added yet another 45 for 5 sets of twelve.

Dumbell one hand rows - Right hand only 90lbs 4 sets of 12

Biceps:
Biceps: Cannot do free weights as that is what aggravates my injury the most , curls, so started with the seated plate loaded preacher machine. 2 45's and a 10 3 sets of twelve. 2 45's and 2 10's 3 sets of 8, then back down to 2 45's only for 3 sets of 10Did the Atlantis seated curl machine for 5 sets of 10 with 80 on the stack and the seated Freemotion curl machine for 5 sets of 10 at 90lbs on the stack. biceps were swole up, Did abs and Calves(I hate my calves damn things will not grow.

Observations:My shoulder is feeling better, normally I'd do something stupid like trying to work it out but this time I was smarter and did not. I am not going to do back work on that side for at least two weeks from my dr visit. My daughter is coming to visit next week so I'll probably take that week off completely....I say that now but I never do. My elbow injury seems to be much better, not a whole lot of pain there, thank you Jointforce. I am definitely thicker was wearing a shirt I haven't worn it a while and it was tighter in the chest. Urso is definitely "bolic" I am gaining strength and thickness. You guys are quiet.......I think the truth about abs did piss you off lol

 
Truth - I don't remember what protein you said you took but you said it's cheap and tastes good... My fav combo:) it's time for me to reup. What is it again? Starts with a V...? It's been driving me crazy all night and I can't remember which urso log it was in... Help

Legs hurt even worse today. Did my squats really deep leg presses too. So sore I can barely walk....just means I worked out hard enough :head:

haha, love those leg days where you can barely walk out of the gym, Im usually just thankful I dont have manual transmission car lol.

You lucky though, your shoulder pain doesnt prevent you from squatting ;)

Arnold was my idol as a teen, I remember reading about his early days working out, he had to ride a bicycle miles to the gym. One day while riding home after a brutal squatting session his legs cramped so severely he fell of his bike. He thought to himself"At last I have worked out hard enough" I think about that line every time I gointo and out of the gym. Am I really sore? Could I have worked out harder, Monday for sure, I worked out "hard enough" and that's the Truth :fing02:

I found out there was a severe shortage of type O. So I did, I think I am up to around 10 gallons life time. I recommend that you guys all donate whenever you get a chance. Especially when so many of our guys are over seas in battle of preventing them. I'd hate to think some one went without life saving blood because I was protecting my biceps.

I had been holding water lately but today it all seemed to flush. Sometimes that happens and I don't know why? My shoulder is healing faster than expected. A lot faster. Ursolic acid? May be. Vascularity is really kicking, in my back shoulders and lower abs. Posting pics next week, oh and mini Arnold just for you Weight 204, same as start but I am stretching my shirts and my pants are sliding off my waist. I will be looking for a new belt this weekend as the current one on the last hole will not hold up my pants. Tomorrow chest tri's and shoulders . I cannot wait

actually for bodybuilders or athletes a lot of times its better to donate as often as possible. We can have an excess build up in Iron in our blood and that can increase oxidation in our blood. Especially since men dont have a way to get rid of old blood as effeciently as women and even in the old days they would do some form of blood draining every so often so that our body would get rid of toxins. So donating blood can be a free, helpful way to do some form of healthy "bleeding".

How long are you running the Ursobolic for?
 
if the odd occasion i havnt trained hard enuf then always feel so bad no matter the bodypart, no favouritism actually always priority training always has been

still same weight interesting, hope i get the effects u havin off Urso

Don't plan on stopping unless I have to or find some other reason. Health benefits, alone would keep me using it.

Felt really good today. Good Positive mood feeling really strong. Shoulder felt(emphasis on felt) perfect) probably pushed a little harder than I should have. The danger of feeling better after you are injured

Chest:
FreMotion chest press, See Above, It allows for great contraction as you have free range of motion and you can bring your hands together at the top.
Did my work up sets and then progressed to working sets, the following numbers are per side. 80 x 20, 90 x 15, 100x15 x 3 120x12 x 4 Really pushed hard pecs were blown up!!!! see gym pic for proof of chest pump

Plate loaded incline bench press machine took momentum into this exercise 2 wheels and a quarter per side 4 sets x 12 jumped up to three wheels per side shoulder started grumbling a little but chest pump was righteous!! Kept pushing and got three sets of 8 Yeah!!
I did not do cable flies as they aggravate my injury. Chest was totally swole so no biggy

Shoulders:
Avoided DB overhead presses again due to the shoulder injury. Did hammer strength shoulder press 2 sets of 80 2 sets of 90 2 sets of 100 went up to 120 per side 3 sets x 8
Machine side laterals: 3 x 85 x12
Stopped it there May have done a tad two much.

Tricep:
Nose breaker simulator- was feeling jacked took it 10 lbs higher than even last time and got 8 reps x3 dropped back down and got 3 more sets for twelve. Moved to seated dip machine took it to 240 for sets of 10x5 this hurt my shoulder a touch too. Then on to cable pushdowns, went to the bottom of the stack for eight x 4, then added 10 lbs as my elbows are feeling so much better and got did drop sets down to 70 triceps pumped, and swollen, wish my arms always looked like that.

I worked my abs really hard and slow they are sore as well and left the gym sore and happy

Observations:

Pushed a little too hard today. Not hard enough to make my shoulder worse but too hard to let it improve. Have definitely noticed strength gains over the last 35 days shame the shoulder is now holding me back. I am going to continue to push as hard as I can on the exercises that don't hurt. The Truth will prevail :thumbsup:

Thanks, I try to keep it interesting. My biggest challenge physique wise lately is making gains without getting injured. My muscles are as strong as ever but all the supporting joints are grumbling

Hahah, Im the same. Chest is always strong and huge... but my weakpoint is my Triceps.. .my biceps look big, but the tris are horrible! and forearms... I just donno why lol.
 
My bi's overpower my tris too, but I know why, elbows. Tri' used to be good, now if I push em' excruciating elbow pain. Wish I could make myself take a month off. To reset everything. Mentally I am not able.

Yes fish shouldn't smell too fishy. Cooking is my second passion. Kind of goes against my other passion working out. I try to find dishes that are good for both. I usually run very low carb, but have been eating a lot of Greek food lately, my girlfriend is Greek, I eat a lot beans lately, gonna go a little lower carb for a while not keto but not as loose as it has been until I can work back again. Poke looks perfect for a keto diet though, and sesame oil contains substances that promote fat loss. Gonna give it a try. I saw this cool poke restaurant on Diners Drive Ins and Dives on the Food network, it looked delicious I was salivating lol been wanting to try it ever since I think it was called the poke shop

Hehe, it happens when you're mom doesnt like cooking and you need to cook if you want food on the table.

Wife loves it. She doesnt cook anything. I cook everything... sadly she doesnt like some foods... so I have to make stuff for her... usually make something carby for her, then take out one of the 10 frozen chicken breasts in the freezer, nuke it, and eat it.

I make my own yogurt, its easy and cuts the price in less than half, Once you make regular yogurt you just strain it overnight in a cheese cloth and Voila, thick delicious protein rich Greek Yogurt. My mom liked to cook, both my ex wives couldn't boil water I always did all the cooking. I make mean southern biscuits, I used to bake a lot but since its the most dangerous to my midsection now I just cook

look up chicken souvlaki, its simple yet flavorful, you should be able to find everything there in Japan, its a staple at the Truth's training table, keto friendly and mmm mmm delicious

Best non keto Greek food- stuffed grape leaves! Love em. Nothing beats a huge Greek salad w grilled chicken from edge to edge of the bowl n lots of feta!
 
Definitely noticing some leaning, but I just stopped my 8 weeks of erase so i am seeing the water return to normal levels :( which is prob skewing my overall judgement of the urso.. Certain lifts are up, others r still maintaining strength.. But things I have not been able to do before I am doing, example Inc db presses usually could only max out 2 reps w 65s (this is after pyramiding down, pre lift cardio, and other chest exercises lol) but wed I got 65 for 6.. Which was cool.. Pullovers I'm up to 80s for 6! Which 70-75 was pr a month ago. Also on ebol haha sooooo but I know how ecdy products affect me.

Edit: also - don't mean to be gross, but have u, truth, or anyone, notices changes in bowel movements?? Feels like I'm going less despite eating more... And it hasn't been solid haha.. Sorry guys but gotta ask! It's all part of life ay? Just makes
No sense! Thinking could be bc more utilization of food= less waste products..
