FL3X is boosting test in PCT with AgeForce Testo/100 transdermal patches

That sucks, I can't work out on a mostly empty stomach. 7 am was the end of my day, on night shift.

Hot damn... I always workout on empty... I have gotten used to it... my digestion is slow usually so I cant workout too close to a meal... easiest for me to just workout fasted after waking up on like 10-20g bcaas and stuff then eat loads after.

I have been wondering if changing up to a morning workout plan would help me grow faster, being able to feed my muscles all day and possibly heal them faster. So many factors to consider though. This article KIND of sums up my theory.

Hmmm, maybe I'll give it a try for things like arm/abs day and see if it helps me recover faster. For the heavy lifts though I will probably stick with the late workouts so I'm loaded up on carbs.
I have worked out a few times in the morning, but I think pretty much every time it was more like, 11am and I was hung over from the night before and was lifting as something to do with my buddies lol. Definitely didn't do me any good.

definitely something you need to get used to. but as steppin said, when you do, its the best way to start your day ;)

It happened once lol. Luckily it was in my buddy's basement and there was an open window. No mess, no foul.

A long time ago I actually tried working out hung over. Thought I could sweat it out lol. I didnt...I went the gym, felt nauseous and just went back home lol.

Got a bunch of Nolva with my buddy though and now he doesn't want his half so I'm out $50. Gotta find someone else to take them off my hands.

If I were to have just done a 4 week standard dosed run I might have tried some OTC stuff like Arom-X, probably would have been decent. I swear by Nolva for almost everything else though, in addition to my other PCT supps. Better to be safe than sorry!

So I did the 2 days off like suggested but after coming back for a day (maybe two, I can't remember?) I missed putting one on last night. Mine too. By far favorite back workout. I get so crazy and end up doing so many rest/pause and strip sets.
Have fun with the deads lol. I have mine in 2 days. Do you do the rest of your back with deads? I usually hit deads on leg day. I feel it's too much for me and takes away from my upper/mid back exercises, and also it seems to warm my knees up a bit before I hit squats. I have very bad knees.

So I'm mildly panicking. I didn't seem to shed at all while on cycle but now that I'm done, my head has been itchy and I rub it over the sink and look down and see my hair on the sink. I think my hair looks thinner too. Nothing anybody else would be able to notice but I noticed it.
Wondering if anyone has some experience with some of these hair loss prevention/hair growth supps or shampoos out there. I need something asap, I don't want to lose anymore of my beautiful hair :(

And on another note, I decided to slap a Testo patch on just now, right before bed. Will protect it when I shower upon waking and slap another one on the other foot. That should get me caught up.

Have you thought about adding in Toco8? I'm not sure if it will work in the situation or not. I'm not familiar real familiar with the shampoos.

Taking it into serious consideration. I'm going to order some regardless I think. Might have to read up a little on N2Shampoo too.
 
This sucks flex! I have been worried I may run into this sometime down the road too. I may have to stock up before I start this next run! I'm not exactly sure if I am prone to it as my mothers dad was gone before I was born. Always have had a small recede, better to be safe then sorry! Hope you find help brother.

Not feeling very strong on my db presses right now but my triceps are still sore from 2 days ago and this is an odd time of day for me to lift.
On the other hand I am surprisingly vascular, I look like I'm on cycle. Not sure what's causing this but I love it.

Ever have one of those chest days where no matter how hard you focus on your chest, your shoulders seem to be getting a better workout? That was today. Flat bench was fine, kinda weak but expected due to time of day, but incline just wasn't working out for me. I got upset with it and busted out 3 sets, then 2 strip sets, in a big angry rage lol...then on to hammer strength, again with the shoulders, so after two sets I resorted to incline DB flyes.
I was spot on with these, but used half the weight I normally do for them. Guessing my chest got a better workout than I originally thought.
Looking pretty vascular in the upper chest area, even before I lifted I could see a lot of veins. Maybe due to a combination of the Powerpatch and the Testo patch. I don't know what else I can credit for this. I'm normally not this vascular off cycle.

MAN it really bothers me when guys half my size sit there and tell me what supplements I need to take cuz they take them and they're so good, tell me all about glutamine and pre-workouts like I've never heard of any of it before, and then on top of that try to tell me where I need to buy my supplements from. And then when I try and tell them anything at all they don't listen.
I also can't stand when people tell me about the stuff they just bought at GNC, I tell them some better stuff they can get for cheaper online, tell them to avoid GNC like lava, and then a few weeks later they come and tell me about all this new sh!t they just got at GNC! Lol. All of this happened to me today. And where did it happen? In the gym, of all places. My sanctuary. The place I go to LIFT. I need a shirt that says "My headphones are in, take a hint." Or maybe one that says "if you want conversation, go to a bar."
I don't mind a quick couple seconds here and there, bs'ing with my friends a little but don't come stare at me or lean on my equipment until I acknowledge you and then proceed to talk my ear off for 5 minutes. I'm not listening to you, I can't focus on your voice, it's being drowned out by the sound of my muscles losing their pump.
I wish there were some hardcore gyms nearby. Unfortunately I live in a city full of mainly big businesses, definitely a corporate town full of treadmill and stairmaster jockeys.
I would pay DOUBLE what I do now for a dim lit, all free weight basement gym with a 5 cd changer, no AC, and exposed cinder block. That kind of atmosphere really sets the mood.
Done ranting now. Time for recovery!
Just blended my 700 calorie post workout protein shake. Unfortunately I left my natty pb at work, so I didn't throw any in :(
And yes Michael I said blender, call me Blender Boy lol.

Man those guys are usually genetic freaks! There was this 6'4" tall korean that worked at a gnc. He took EVERYTHING. And he was ripped, jacked and HUGE. I remember when I first started I always thought GNC was some "risky/shady" shop. Now its like a candy store in my mind lol.

Man the guys that work the GNC stores around here I can tell they're fit but when I absolutely HAVE to go in there for an emergency purchase, I pretty much tell them I don't need any help. If I say "yeah just need to grab some BCAA's" they would go and grab me a tub of Superpump and say "here you go man I think this is it" which it is NOT it lol. True story, that happened once.
I could actually probably help the customers find things there better than they could!

You try to give them some advice on diet during a cycle or even advice on the cycle itself and they sit there and tell you you're way wrong and refuse to listen to you, then their last week on cycle they ask you for advice cuz they're not gaining how they wanted to. And some friends of mine who seem to think a $20 natural test booster is enough for PCT after an 8 week oral run with tren lol.

lol I try at all costs to avoid gym talk. I got my earbuds on full blast, I'm in the zone, and anytime someone looks like they're gonna ask me something, I give the mean mug and they don't bother me! lol

They're all either super skinny scrawny guys or borderline obese? And these are the ones giving "nutritional" advice to the consumer?! lol
 
That reminds me of guy at complete nutrition..I think that was the name of the store... Tried to sell me a superdrol clone and said how he has run it many times and has loved it every time and the guy still looked natural to me.. lol also he said "it is side effect free"...never mentioned to buy liver support or to do pct... I think he said pct was an "option" lmao

Yeah that's how it is here too. And the personal trainers at the local community center are all like 6 foot tall and a buck fifty and try to tell me how to lift to grow. Buddy, if your advice really worked, you'd be a BEAST lol. And I love when they hurdle over benches across the gym to try and help me push my last rep with 115's on DB press like they're really going to be any help!
