FL3X is boosting test in PCT with AgeForce Testo/100 transdermal patches

So since I keep forgetting to apply a Testo/100 patch before I leave for work, I have been doing this 1 day off, 1 day at 2 patches on kind of thing. Seems to be working pretty well for me.
Also I have just started a 5x5 training program. Never done this before (unless I forgot about highschool) so I'm looking forward to seeing some good strength, and I'm also looking forward to finally getting back into a leg routine and not just doing them here and there every other week ;)

stxnas from AI Sports sent me a sample pack and t-shirt the other day, containing a bunch of samples, a lanyard, a pill box, and the t-shirt, very cool stuff and I thank him for the hook up!
I guess I should thank KingJames too since it was his prize but he let me have it lol.

Been taking the Ursobolic since the start of PCT just as FYI, haven't really noticed anything I can credit directly to it yet but I did finally get a smoke burp today lol...

I am feeling better than ever. This has got to be the best pct I've ran!
Strength is maintaining, I refuse to step on the scale but my added lean look in the mirror is hopefully a recomp look, and maybe still adding some mass. Appetite down a little but I make up for it.
Didn't notice how lethargic I was on cycle til I got off it lol.
Everything in my supp list is dosed according to the directions, keeping Ursobolic on the low side at 9 caps/day, and the test patches still running two at a time but thinking of staggering them one every 12 hours then take a day off (since I have so many).

Well I did some 5x5 training again last night.
It's hard to gauge my strength as a gain/loss scenario right now being new to 5x5, but I'm just going to guess it's about even with day 1 pct right now.

Did flat bench
Seated BB shoulder press
Deadlifts
Bent over DB rows
Wasn't ready to leave without a good pump so I did a couple sets of 20 reps behind the back single arm cable curls, 2 sets of 20 reps vbar pressdowns, and ran the rack with hammer curls followed by some standing overhead db tri extensions.

So far from this 5x5 I've gotten the following:
Excited for deadlifting once again :)
The feeling of an ab strain, just below my sternum on the side where my abs meet my ribcage thanks to struggling on my last rep with deads.
A very sore neck, more sore on one side than the other. I'm guessing this has something to do with heavy deads which I am not used to.
The need to sleep more lol.

Going to hit another 5x5 tomorrow night.
Will probably look like this:

Incline BB bench
Squats
Standing military press
Maybe some ab work

Does this look like a good A/B type of 5x5 split? I am focusing on my upper pecs. I don't want to overtrain but I don't want to leave anything out.
 
Oh and I forgot to mention, if you get Nolva capsules, make sure you either get a low dosage or buy some extra empty caps to re-cap them. Dumping half a 40mg cap in my BCAA shake makes it taste freaking NASTY!!!!

And on the upper pecs. I think instead of military you could do incline in the 5x5 intermediate program
 
5 x 5 split looks good I would just change one thing and move the squats first before the bb incline presses I can never squat after doing something else my squat always suffers

Yeah you're probably right. I usually bench first because it's my weakest point and I think it's going to take away from my workout if I do it any place other than first, but I need to get myself out of that mindset because I know it's not true.
 
You would skip shoulders. What 5x5 you doing bro? LOL I am following this template:

Workout#1
Squats 5x5
Bench 5x5
Bent over 5x5
Abs, lower back

Workout #2
Squats - top set equal the 3rd set of Workout 1
Military - 4 sets pyramiding up to max weight
Deads - 4 sets pyramiding up to max weight
Abs

Workout #3
Squats - 4 sets pyramiding up to one 3 rep set of 2.5% more than Workout one, then one set of 8 reps with weight used on set 3
Bench Press - 4 sets pyramiding up to one 3 rep set of 2.5% more than Workout one, then one set of 8 reps with weight used on set 3
Bent over row - 4 sets pyramiding up to one 3 rep set of 2.5% more than Workout one, then one set of 8 reps with weight used on set 3
Biceps, triceps, shoulder raises.

Then workout 3's top set will become monday's top set at 5 reps.
 
Yeah you can skip shoulders and add incline bench instead that is something mark rippetoe recommends if you want some more chest work I prefer that alteration myself when I did 5 x 5 a few years back

I for one... love math... favorite subject. So I like to see things "add up". Probably the reason why cutting NEVER works out well... nor do my crazy attempts to get stronger WHILE cutting running some crazy russian program lol.

Did the 5x5 today

BB press
Incline pres (4 sets only though, light weight)
Hack squat sled

Felt pretty good and pretty strong, but only time will tell ;)
Also loving this staggered patch idea. Noticing increased sweating in bed unfortunately but that just means the testo patches work right? Funny how an unwanted effect can also be welcome at the same time.

BIGRIGATONI bro I got the goods today, but of course, like I told you, I wasn't home in time to intercept it, so it's at the post office waiting for me. Hopefully I get out early enough tomorrow to get it.

Haha. I know what you mean. But after having stopped most of my natty gains going heavier/more reps every time I lift unfortunately doesnt happen much anymore :(

There comes a time in every man's life where he must subject himself to 20 rep squats and other such torcher to shock the body into new growth :)

After reading one of the latest articles on AM today I think I have found part of your problem Matt. You change your workout style too often because the next best article on bulking/cutting/etc comes out and it triggers that little voice in the back of your mind that consequently leads to you switching your workout before reaching your current short term goal. Too much switching leads to not great results!

I have the same problem lol. I did a cycle, recovered, did a 5 week cut, did a cycle, and here I am not at the target weight I wanted, all because I thought maybe I should try out a cut at obviously very bad timing. Not cutting again til spring!

Rotate those around and use it as my training. Diet...? I should keep to one goal for a long time. Then bulk for a long time. Training ADD sucks. Leads to nothing lol.

I have never really had abs and I have always been skinny it sucks!! I think for my next cycle I am really going to cut down and get that ab-age out lol I kinda saw them when I was doing a recomp with anabeta a few months ago but they weren't really popping out at all :(

Well everything's hangin low lol...good signs here. Still feeling great, feeling strong, have been avoiding the scale though.
Girlfriend says I look bigger actually...could still be gaining size! I'm guessing it's more of an optical illusion though, and I'm shedding more bodyfat :)

Im actually thinking though... Im going to run a AH/Sdrol cycle to lean out, then another Ultradrol cycle after that, then my last cycle of Japan will be a AH/sdrol or UD cycle. haha. What would you suggest? (Total thread jack, but it's been quiet on this thread ;P)

Man you want to run AH/SD to lean out? I can see the SD as a good mass compound while eating low maintenance cals on a recomp, and could probably also justify the AH as I feel it kept my gains fairly lean...how soon are you planning to start? If you were waiting til early Jan I would look into an AH/AL combo instead, it's going to be killer!
Not to mention, eating low calories and trying to "cut" while letting your body take a beating from the SD (makes me feel like total sh!t) would be like double impact for me. I feel like sh!t already when I diet down lol.
I honestly haven't read much about Ultradrol though but Stopstalking seems to be getting good results out of it.
If you're looking for most effective (and legal) stack for leaning out I would suggest AH/AL. But if you were looking for most cost effective I would maybe play around with your options on bridging using Epi and either SD or Ultra. I would prefer Ultra out of the two choices myself, because what I have read about it, sides seem low.
And don't forget that IBE has some good stuff on the way out....

I know, but I ran the old AH/AL and my results werent bad they were PRICEY @.@!
The AL/AH stack would probably be the best on the body, liver etc. but I dont think I can swing the funds to purchase it. I know the sdrol/AH cycle will produce decent results... unless of course I die lol. IBE has Ment and tren coming yea... Though I dont know if theyd let me log it ;p

I have both AH and Sdrol on me. UD seems to be the best thing that has hit the markets in a while. But I HAVE AH and sdrol lol. (CEL Mdrol).

I donno though... I know my goals... get leaner and get bigger and stronger. But like I was telling you earlier Ment is really WET. Might be too wet for me to use... afraid of looking too fat lol. Plus I dont like looking bloated...

AH/SD will get you where you want in my opinion but I know the SD will hurt lol.

Only 7 more patches left til I am done with my Testo/100 patches....I am pretty impressed!
 
Well...yeah, that might be only 4 weeks now lol.
I will be running Sustain Alpha and Phyto Test, thinking about buying an extra Phyto Test and running 8 weeks total, throwing something else in on top of that maybe.
And of course, I will continue using my Ursobolic as I think it may be doing something, and at very least is keeping me healthier lol.
Also I just won some PLCAR so I will be running that soon too.
You know how it goes though...8 weeks will probably turn into 4 lol. I am guessing I will end up volunteering to run a PH about 4 weeks after I'm done w PCT.
