Quick background on me I am collegiate d1 sprinter. I am in the 10.5 range and desperately want to get faster and go below 21.00 in the 200. Over the past 2 years I have been using gnc's pro performance creatine. I can see moderate gains in it in overall strength and energy, but I am trying to take it to another level. Im 6'2 and my current body weight is 188 lbs. During the season I was running at 205 lbs but since I am just getting off injury I lost a lot of weight because I stopped training and taking creatine. I'm happy I lost this weight because I felt I was a little on the heavier side and Ideally would like to run at 185 in the spring (although i am significantly weaker right now but thats expected). The downside to the creatine i noticed is it puts alot of water weight on me.
Anyway I am looking for the ultimate (NCAA LEGAL) stack to help me out. I have been doing alot of research into the matter and RPM and DRIVE seem to be a common theme I have been reading about. So I was wondering what you guys think? I am looking at combining creatine, beta alanine, RPM, & drive.... how do you guys feel about this? Keep in mind I am really try in stay the 185-190 range as far as body weight. Ive met with a nutritionist for dieting to help with my diet so I havent ignored this aspect.
also i am of course tryna maximize my exploviness, stength, force i put in the ground, energy, my drive and focus when working out, etc...
