well put it this way,I am sipping on it yet again as we speak! it is really,REALLY good! I honestly like them all,however it was always a tie between berry collision and pina colada as my fav and im pretty sure pina colada beats it out.

so yes,very tasty!

after that bio chem lecture I just did,I might have to mix a half scoop with some pina colada wine coolers.
yes im serious,lady friend likes them so I keep them for her! :yuck:

really going to try it though,lol later on of course....

perhaps 1-2 caps of sns phenibut? which is my own doing,SNS does NOT condone even 1mg of phenibut with any alcohol..

How'd the NSCA cert test go? I assume you're now the eye candy at La Fatness?

lmao, well, I passed the nsca (see sig!), i got put on hold for a job at mountainside fitness, they want to look for applicants with more experience.
bunch of bull chit.
but oh well. not too much of a big deal, cause im going to vietnam for 2 weeks in dec, so i really cant start work at some place until i get back.

if i dont get the mountainside fit job, who knows what i'll resort too....

(mnt side job starts out at 18-24/hr + com)

Everybody knows Russian mail-order brides are where it's at. I've never been a fan of Asians. They just don't do it for me.
 
I'm already married, but I'm going to vietnam with my wife so we can have a traditional ceremony, its all about image with her folks, we've been married for almost 4yrs.

A free vacation is an okay price to pay to be all dressed up and pranced around like a dog show, look at me, look at me!

Im new here and don't know if I am posting this on the correct thread, but I need some help. I am hoping to do a cycle of the pro hormone teen 13-ethyl. I know everything I need to take during the cycle but have been researching and am unsure about the PCT. I know I need a t booster but what can I take to block the estrogen during my PCT. I have no access to rx's like nolvadex or clomid. Does anyone have any suggestions?

but my advice is to continue researching and not be in such a hurry to get started. there are some good research tips in this thread of mine....

Our merchant service provider is still defunct. Hopefully it will be up soon and we can do something equivalent on a later date for you guys.

whats the heaviest natural gentic weight do guys feel they would be carrying the most muscle mass at for their frame?
(only so much muscle can be built b4 a point of dimininshing returns-continue to gain weight above the genetic limit will result in fat gain with little-no muscle)

who prefers to be bigger fatter but stronger
or smaller leaner weaker (but look better)

all depends on what your goals are my man.
 
Working on putting on some mass for next year. I just hope it doesn't end up turning into a winter coat! :p

yeah it's difficult to make good gains without adding a little fat due to the caloric surplus but a good tight diet will help. I've competed twice and am already looking forward to my next one. Not sure I would consider it natural but nothing illegal.
 
can't wait till christmas...think im going to take about 2,000mg of sns PEA and watch polar express

different ballpark to me then, competing is great real achievement and buzz imo
not natural, but isnt gear illegal in your country which is ?

I'm in the US and yes gear is illegal but many PH's are not...yet. I agree that it is a great achievement and I will continue trying to progess and perform better each time.
