***AppNut's Win Some Peach Tea LITup Contest***

i dont even care how much is in it. it works great at two scoops. intense energy though, better make sure you are going to light it up in the gym.

the energy is great and clean, I had some awesome work outs on Lit-UP. One thing I noticed is I get awe full heartburn after I take it.. there is like a 2 hour delay and then it hits hard.

Wonder why that is?
In used to have chronic heartburn until I changed up my diet..
I'm only on my 3rd consecutive day of lit up but haven't noticed anything like that..thank god.

My review will be posted here and the appnut site tomorrow :D

did you guys ever consider making a DAA free version? only reason I say this is because (and i've noticed this with any test booster) is I get hormonal acne around my temples whenever I **** w/ my test levels, specifically products with DAA. it's NBD and I still love the stuff, but I think the product would be extremely solid even without the DAA. Keep in mind I'm EXTREMELY anal about my skin, like to the point where it's probably not healthy hahaha

Not sure I'm not home to look at the label but I want to say 3.5g per 2 scoop.
Just as a refernce point - a serving size of DAA is 3g. So we give you more... and THEN SOME!!

Im a 2 scoop guy. Go big or go home.

Huh. Could it possibly be something to do with eating pattern around that time frame? Well, everyones different ya know? Maybe theres a little something that you dont quite agree with.

Just got back into the county and found my LIT UP waiting on me. Cannot wait to put it into action.

I did 2 scoops the first time and 1 scoop the 2nd time... I agree with you go big or go home.

I did take both doses with an empty stomach, I am going to try after I eat this time.. I do really enjoy the product.. Taste is great!

I did take at 2 separate times as well, the first time was early in the AM and the second was around 6pm.

Damn...said i was gonna post the review on the AppNut site a weekago.. ive been busy god damn. Finally got around to it today.. thanks again AppNut!! this stuff is KILLER

Received Peach Tea Lit-Up about 2 weeks ago and have been using it daily since..the weirdest and probably one of the coolest things about this, is its actually getting BETTER AND BETTER each workout i use it..thats usually not the case for other preWO's ive used, usually build a tolerance or just plain get used to the feeling it gives you.
I'm still getting completely amped on this stuff and it last through out my entire workout which can sometimes last upwards of 3 hours.

when i first tried my lit up, naturally i put it to the test.

Mixability - 10/10 threw it in my shaker with ice cold water from the fridge, it mixed fast, no clumps, no gritty stuff floating or left at the bottom - this is an absolute first for me when mixing supps with cold water.

Taste - 10/10 again, this stuff just plain tastes GOOD. goes down smooth not bitter whatsoever, like alot of others out there..not the hugest tea fan either so i was skeptical at first..they proved me wrong. tea can actually taste good!! the guys down at the AppNut lab obviously know what they're doing. they nailed this one.

Energy/Focus - i hate to sound like a shill but i have to give this another 10/10. energy burst comes on quick!! im ready to go within 10 minutes. no jitters, no crash, just clean focused pure energy so i can power thru some reps like a beast..this especially holds true when i have to move to cardio which i'm not the hugest fan of.
and i cant forget to mention this doesnt suppress my appetite, so im ready to powerdown a shake and a meal as soon as im done lifting - this is essential.

other aspects..the size of the tub..holds 20-40 servings depending on how you use it..thats about the same as any other preWO out there but this tub is not big and bulky. which rocks cuz i have so many sups, space is limited..also easy to toss into the gym bag to take it on the go.

im 100% satisfied with this product..no let downs whatsoever..will be a repeat offender..i mean customer. LOVE THIS STUFF

First I have to say that I am a little surprised to see that not many of my AM brothers have posted up reviews of the product. Many said they were going to post up review immediately upon trying this and as of right now I only see 7 review on their site. I TRULY hope that we don't have a bunch of dead beats STEALING product from AppNut. Unless planning on finishing the whole tub then doing the review get out there and take the 5 minutes it takes to do the damn thing. It is not only nice of them to send these tubs out but it is marketing for them. A new product needs reviews to get the word out lets show Appnut how classy our board is by getting the most people who said they would do reviews to actually do them.

Kleen reviews Peach Tea Lit UpI have used this product about 12 times now, 6 for cardio / general conditioning drills and 6 for my weight lifting workouts. I wanted to give it a good run before giving my opinion on it. Now that I have used it in several workouts many different types and intensities I feel I can give it a very solid review.

Taste - I was actually impressed with the taste of the product. The peach was immediately recognized and the tea was a perfect addition in flavor playing off of the tastes in some of the ingredients rather than simply trying to cover them with a strong fruit. For a preworkout the flavor was very enjoyable.

Energy - I found that the energry was slow and smooth, it crept up on me and then while in my pre workout warm up as i warmed up so did it. About 30 minutes after taking it I found myself with a smooth level of increased energy, not over stimmed but extremely focused and motivated.

Pump - I was surprised not to see an ingredient I recongized for pump and honestly I think my pumps were on point with what I would have had anyway having an intense lift however a pump is not a requirement of a preworkout not the measure of it's effectiveness.

Summary - In each of my workouts I found myself highly motivated to do more. Pardon the PUN here but it was as if I was indeed Lit-Up to get the job done regardless of the task at hand. I would definitely recommend Peach Tea Lit Up to anyone looking for a new Pre, or a change from one you already love.

Nice review kleen! The stuff is indeed legit. I posted a review on bb.com but not the appnut webiste, going to do that right meow

*EDIT* submitted review, not showing up the page. I'm wondering if this is why there are only 7 reviews on the site lol

I posted for both flavors, and have had friends purchase this pre workout since it's my favorite. Granted i get puffy nipples =(

haha really?

I did notice a bit of acne increase while on this product due to DAA. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to see a DAA free version of this! don't get me wrong, I'll still buy the DAA version, but DAA free is something you appnut should consider!

Same thing here! Typed out my review, clicked the submit review button and.....nothing. Still showing only 7 reviews.

I have tried just about every PWO on the market and have never found one that functions the way I want. Most products normally fail in the following areas:

1) Make me feel like I just took a hit from a crack pipe (Cracked Out)
2) Does not mix well
3) Tastes horrific forcing you to take it in the form of a 2 ounce shot
4) The energy you receive does not feel clean

In My Opinion:

Lit up has now changed all of that and forced others to change what they are doing or Go Away!

1) Absolutely no Crack3d Out feeling. Intense focus and drive is the only thing I was feeling along with the fibers of my shirt beginning to stretch out.
2) Mixing this stuff is like breathing, couldn't be easier. No clumps, lumps or left over residue at the bottom of your glass or shaker.
3) Taste is on point. I'm quite sure I could serve this stuff to my family for dinner and they would not know that it wasn't actual peach tea. I would even go so far as to call it refreshing.
4) Clean energy without the spikes and gitters and mad sweats!!!

Thanks to AN for coming out with a product that does what it claims!!

That is the review I posted on the site, but cannot see it yet!!!

Great Stuff and I have only been taking 1 scoop. Today will be a two scooper and I'm afraid for the weights!!!

i agree on the DAA free version. ill speak to dirk on that one. i think it would be good for people who just got off a natty cycle but want a solid pre workout, ala lit up daa free

I don't know if anyone else noticed but I got a message saying the review would be checked approved by a moderator or something so maybe they just need to get on the ball with releasing them. I just clicked the contact them link and asked why none were showing up so far hopefully we get a response. I would love to know and hope that they would be posting ALL reviews not just the positive ones. I see no need for major checks on the reviews being put in as long as not obscene in nature.

awesome, keep us updated, please no creatine added in, thank you.

if DAA was taken out, i highly doubt creatine would be added. i mean, it could, but i wouldnt expect it to. most other pre workouts have creatine. not having creatine gives Lit Up an advantage for sure. i like certain creatines. i dont want to take a pre workout that has creatine in it. means i cant take my own preference of creatine. also, we have NeoVar, so it would be pointless to add creatine to Lit up.

Well that would make sense! I didn't get the message but a quick proof-read would be wise to keep things PG-13. Thanks for the heads up!

True, I like the freedom of taking whatever creatine I want when I want to take it and is often why I will shy away from pre's that contain creatine

Posted mine up today. Only a total of seven are up. I didn't recognize any familiar AM names.

I prefer my pre-workouts to be without creatine so I can pick and chose my creatine. I would much rather have my choice in creatine supplement separate. Yes, it does give Lit Up an advantage that way so you have more variety in stacking it.

I got the same message and agree. If they are going to weed out the NEGS, it would make question the ethics behind brand even though I know it is a solid product.

No product is perfect nor will it cater to every single person who uses it. Those negative reviews are important for constructive criticism and for an honest answer if the product is tailored to that individuals goals. I hope thats not the case.

Good to hear that from a REP. Do you have any ability of finding out what's up if for some reason these reviews do not make it onto the site?

Supplement Reviews is a good bae for straigh to the point pros/cons

I was actually thinking about, instead of a pure cool down promo, do a fire and ice stack promo with lit up and cool down.

Makes sense to me

Aren't the two supposed to work synergistically together?

ScottyDoc's Review of PEACH TEA LIT-up!

Taste: 9/10 (Not the biggest fan of peach tea, but it tasted just like what I've had in the past)
Mixability: 10/10 (When I put it in a protein shaker and shake it)
Energy: 9/10 (It took about 30mins or so to kick in, but good clean energy that lasted a good couple of hours after my workout)
Pumps: 8/10 (Good pump, vascularity is starting to show on me and was nice to see it more)

Overall: 9/10

* I have to say this is an extremely good well thought out product, I would definitely recommend it to anyone who fancies peach tea, can't go wrong with this pre-workout... WELL DONE guys!!!

I just looked at this and it looks like there is a problem with the reviews showing up. I will speak to Alyson about this on Thursday so she can take a look at it.
