Bf: 10%
goals: endurance and cut bf because I'm military and I like lean endurance over bulk

So I prefer whole foods for my calories and almost never touch shakes but I'm in a bind.

I have classes Tuesday-Thursday 10-9. I can eat a whole food breakfast but I need to keep my calories and nutrients up during the day and meals aren't a choice on those days.

So, planning on 2 shakes a day and 2 whole meals.

What's a good meal replacement that's low carb? I'm trying to cut bf and stay low carb/carb cycle.

Price dont matter. I need quality and something that I won't get sick of after a week.

Thank you

I love extreme formulations shakes. Lemon creme pie is awesome. I know lots of people say shakes are good, but these are awesome, taste like a real dessert

I'll look inti those, thanks.

I'm concerned with keeping bf% low and sugars non existent. I've used muscle mill, myofusion, synthia 6. I just want the best overall product since it's gonna be a lot of my nutrition

Give Myogenix Myolean evolution a look. Cleanest formula I have seen. It has 6 grams of dietary fiber, not one bit of proteing concentrate (filler protein) and the flavor is absolutely amazing. If you get the strawberry or banana flavors you can actually see frozen dried fruit in the powder. Great stuff!

You can add fiber powder to it. Additionally, you can add an EFA OIL Like macadamia nut oil, flax oil, ect. I like Coconut milk, and then I take 2 Fish oil caps and eat a hand ful of almonds. You can combine a shake with whole food to get more out of it. It will slow the digestion and give you more of a meal. I like the Myogenix too.

Myolean evolution actually has some oils already added in it. Makes for even better flavoring and texture when it comes to making shakes!

Get some preservative free jerky,mixed with almonds and some fruit like berries and divide into bags and use as a snack only when hungry

That way you get all 3 macros
Beef = protein
Almonds = fats
Fruit= carb

If you need an energy hit, melt coconut oil and crush up almonds and mix them into the coconut oil with berries and pure cacao(theobromine) and set in freezer for 1 hour...kicks ass as energy

Sans Infusion Chocolate Peanut Butter! High Protein 47g , low carbs 12g , Fat 12g MCT best tasting MRP I've ever tried and great for bulking or cutting

Probably easier and more customizable to get a whey and build from there, with a low sugar peanut butter, oats, etc for fat content and carbs while maintaining low sugar content.

I'm gonna go with myogenix and some pro-nos. Yeah they're overpriced but it's still cheaper than it was buying sandwiches everyday at school

I do 4.4lbs beef(2Kg) dried to chili jerky
1 packet of natural dried blueberries(500g)
250g almonds.

Just grab a handful put it into a sandwich zip bag and done

Good stuff, how much of the frozen mixture do you make? what about organic dark chocolate instead of cocao

Recipe:
5 tablespoons of natural coconut oil
Melt it down.

Drop in 2 TEASPOONS of raw organic cacao powder and a 1/16th of a teaspoon of stevia into the melted oil, add some goji berries or some chilli (if you like sweet but hot) or even some shredded coconut and put in a container
Store in freezer for 2 hours
