Does anyone know what it means when you have a Yellow bar at the end of your REPs thing vs. a Blue one? Mine seems to change color very frequently!
Happening to me right now as we speak. No clue!

Well, I'm on a gram of Cypionate weekly plus 350mg of NPP and 350mg of Winstrol.........so yeah, I know all about the yelling at inanimate objects..........and animate ones too!!!Yeah...Huh... Ya like that, Getcha Sum!!!! Feeling very Alpha-Male, there have been a few times where I feel like I'm on the verge of getting mad and losing it over something silly! LoL, I've already begun talking to inanimate objects for sure! You know what I'm talking about right? Like I'll be packing my gym bag and something will fall out and hit the floor and I'll pick it up and as I'm bending over to pick it up, holding my gym bag in my other hand it tips and something else falls out right as I'm standing back up to put the original item in, and I'll look at it, lets just say it's a shirt, and I'll talk to it, and say, "Oh... You want some too?" and I'll bend over really fast and snatch it up and shove it in my gym bag forcefully and then say, "come on, fall out now bitch, I dare ya!" LoL, I know it sounds crazy, but anyone feeling super alpha-male knows exactly what I'm talking about, LOL!!!
We may have an opening at my school in the science department...if you're interested...nice lesson bro. Come to think, it would actually be nice to have somebody who gives a sh!t about their body on campus besides myself.
Man if I had any schooling that would be awesome. I have a GED and some vocational computer classes under my belt but that is it believe it or not. I would love to teach though. I just can't take a pay cut much less go back to school and get those loans to do so. Took me a long time to get my head right now I am just trying to keep my kids from taking my hard knocks path...

Will do, good sir.Either way let us know what your results are like??
Day 47 - 08/26/2011 - Light Legs ($hit was harder than Heavy Leg Day)
Exercise 1: Glute Kick Back Machine
Set 1 - 110Lbs for 25 reps each leg
Set 2 - 110Lbs for 25 reps each leg
Set 3 - 110Lbs for 25 reps each leg
Set 4 - 110Lbs for 25 reps each leg
Exercise 2: Single Leg Curls
Set 1 - 50Lbs for 25 reps each leg
Set 2 - 50Lbs for 25 reps each leg
Set 3 - 50Lbs for 25 reps each leg
Set 4 - 50Lbs for 25 reps each leg
Set 5 - 50Lbs for 25 reps each leg
Set 6 - 50Lbs for 25 reps each leg
* OK, so I was taking like 2 mins rest between sets, they were killing me, each set of both legs was liking running a hundred yard dash as fast as I could...
Exercise 3: Leg Extensions
Set 1 - 110Lbs for 25 reps (toes in)
Set 2 - 110Lbs for 25 reps (toes out)
Set 3 - 110Lbs for 25 reps (toes in)
Set 4 - 90Lbs for 25 reps (toes out)
Set 5 - 90Lbs for 25 reps (toes in)
Set 6 - 90Lbs for 25 reps (toes out)
Exercise 4: Hip ABduction and ADduction (really two exercises, but I always do them in conjunction)
Set 1 - 300Lbs for 25 reps ABduction, immediately followed by 210Lbs for 25 reps of ADduction
Set 2 - 300Lbs for 25 reps ABduction, immediately followed by 210Lbs for 25 reps of ADduction
Set 3 - 300Lbs for 25 reps ABduction, immediately followed by 210Lbs for 25 reps of ADduction
* I did this entire combo exercise like as if it was one big set, no breaks until it was all done, I just kept moving between machines.
Exercise 5: Hack Squat Machine Calf Raises
Set 1 - 3 plates on each side for 25 reps (toes out)
Set 2 - 3 plates on each side for 25 reps (toes in)
Set 3 - 3 plates on each side for 22 reps (toes out)
Set 4 - 3 plates on each side for 19 reps (toes in)
Set 5 - 2 plates & a quarter on each side for 25 reps (toes out)
Set 6 - 2 plates & a quarter on each side for 25 reps (toes in)
- OK, I took at lot of breaks in the beginning of this workout, I really didn't start picking up speed until the end and I definitely took pretty big breaks between exercises as well, so this whole workout took me a whopping 1 hour and 15 minutes, not too bad, let me tell you this high reps $hit with Legs just takes it all out of me, Whew, glad that is over with, but I did it, they are still burning as I type this and the pump was skin-splitting, I wish they could look like that all the time, LoL!
Diet:
Meal 1 - Chocolate Syntha-6 RTD protein drink
Meal 2 - Oh Yeah Protein bar
Meal 3 - 2 cans of tuna in water and 1 can of green beans
Meal 4 - Oh Yeah Protein bar
Meal 5 - 8oz baked chicken and 1 can of green beans
Meal 6 - either my normal 2 scoops of whey in water or I may treat myself to 4 rice cakes (2 chocolate & 2 caramel) all with a thin layer of almond butter on them, we'll see how I feel, if I'm too tired and not gonna watch tv, then I'm just gonna do the shake and sleep.
2+ gallons of water all day long
* OH, one last thing, today is the last day of my 25 reps/set for a few weeks anyway, I'm going to go back to my normal 10-15 reps/set style of lifting, even for tomorrow's arm day, because I started this for the first time two weeks ago on a Saturday when I did bi's & tri's.
Will do, good sir.
Easy there buddy, Kleen's bald, you trying to say there is something wrong with going bald? Because it won't be long for me and I'll be shaving this thing others call my melon on a regular basis very soon!!!
Awesome, are you bulking on that cycle??
Well, I'm on a gram of Cypionate weekly plus 350mg of NPP and 350mg of Winstrol.........so yeah, I know all about the yelling at inanimate objects..........and animate ones too!!!
Good man right here, the thing is hopefully they listen because you know some kids just rebel against anything and everything. I'm just about done with school with an auto science degree. Nothing really too exciting though.
So you're saying that your head is RIGHT now!? LOL! I hear ya on the trying to keep your kids from following in your stupid ways! I'll probably be bald or in prison by time my daughter graduates high school! (She's not even 2 years old yet!)

I would assume with the cycle he is referring to, all he would have to do is just watch his fat and carbohydrate intake just a little and he will both bulk and shed some serious fat at the same time!
LOL! Nothing wrong with bald. It was the mental state that I was referring to! I saw his LIT Up video and gotta say that boy aint right--in the head I mean! LOL!
No. It's more like a lean-recomp. I've not only held onto my mass while leaning up, but have actually added 4 lbs during this 8 week run. Too bad this is my last week. I'll go into cruise control for a while and then hit up a monster blast!! I'm going to do a 12 weeker on my next blast cycle.Awesome, are you bulking on that cycle??

It might look like this:
12 WEEKS
Injectables
For the first 6 weeks (front-load):
Test-Prop@150mg EOD
Tren-Ace@150mg EOD
Then my long-estered weekly doses:
Test-Cyp@750 mg weekly
Tren-Enanthate@ 400mg weekly
Orals
D-Bol pulsed @80mg 3 X weekly before my workouts
Gonna be some mad, mad fun!!!
Whats your nutrition looking like TG, just interested. Do you follow more along what Doc is doing with the multiple small meals throughout the day, an IF protocol like Lean Gains, or something completely different?

Day 48 - 08/27/2011 - Sleep in Day
Ok, so I had full intentions of getting up and going to the gym to work Arms before work, but knowing I have tomorrow to make up for it and being tired as hell from staying up an hour later than normal watching a movie on TV, I just said Fugg it and slept in until I had to wake up for work. Ya know, I'm really glad I did, I feel very rested and full of energy, so much so, I might have to see if the gym is calling my name when I get off of work at 6:00pm, I do have my gym bag with me, but I am doubting I will feel like it after working all day, will just play that one by ear.
Diet:
Meal 1 - PURE PROTEIN 50g Protein RTD
Meal 2 - 2 cans of tuna & 1 can of green beans
Meal 3 - Oh Yeah Protein bar
Meal 4 - 8oz baked chicken & 1 can of green beans
Meal 5 - Oh Yeah Protein bar
Meal 6 - 2 scoops of whey protein in water
2+ gallons of water all day
* The Usual, but if anyone is wondering, hey where did the eggs go, I have been working Mon-Fri 10hrs/day & Sat. 8hrs, I just have not had the time or energy to go buy and boil them up, I usually boil 7 dozen at a time, lasts me 7 days, I'll buy them on my way home tonight and cook them up either tonight or tomorrow since I'm off, so the eggs are coming back, they are one of my favorite lean sources of protein, so I am in no way eliminating them from my diet, not even an option. Also, the reason why I have been working so many hours is as I have mentioned before, the owners of FINAFLEX own a Nutrition Store chain here in the Atlanta, GA area called Xtreme Nutrition, and they got rid of one of the managers and so I have and will be covering the store all this week and for an additional week or two, which also explains why I have been eating/substituting so many protein bars and protein drinks in my daily diet, just some FYI so everyone understands my reasonings, it wasn't exactly planned to be eating and drinking all these protein bars and shakes, but it is a friendly & FREE change to the monotony of my normal daily diet! Oh and obviously, I am doing this job for them as a REP as well, just doing it between customers, so I'm literally online here all day every day but Sunday, you could not pay me to open my laptop on a Sunday, LoL!
Good call Al, usually when i feel really really tired when i wake up i try to sleep a little bit longer too. What's it like working for Finaflex is it more about crunching numbers and making actions/decisions? Props for the dedication to diet, just a protein bar would make me feel starving and i'd probably end up bingeing (sp?). I have a hard enough time trying to get 1600 it's TOUGH for meKeep up the good work Al my pal haha
Working for FINAFLEX can vary from day to day my friend! I mean some days I'm just online for the whole 8hrs, other days I'm covering one of the Nutrition stores because someone is sick or in this case they are replacing a manager so I'm here for a few weeks and then I work both the store and online for 10hrs in a day. Other days we get a big shipment in and they don't have labels on the bottles and we have to sit there and label thousands of bottles by hand, other days we are working on making sample packs of PRO XANTHINE, for example I have probably made 5,000 PRO XANTHINE sample packs in the past 2 weeks, I just sit at my desk and put them in the little baggies and then seal them and after I have done that all day while still staying online and keeping up with the forums, the next day I will sit there and staple our little Label thing over the bags I made the day before, again all while staying online and keeping up with the forums! FINAFLEX is a very small company, we have the two owners and 4 other employees including me, we all work out of the warehouse/office (one in the same) and they pride themselves that even though we all have our own specific designated jobs, we know how to do everyone else's job as well that way if the need arises and one job is a priority, everyone stops what they are doing and does that one job, or the put two people on it, or when someone is sick, etc. etc. I mean we all chip in around there, I've taken out the trash, I've broken down boxes to put in the dumpster, I've driven the forklift and unloaded pallets of product onto and off of delivery trucks, I've cleaned the bathrooms, I've mopped the floor and cleaned the sample machine (the one that makes N.O. IGNITE & CELL SHOCK samples), but then again so has everyone else who works there, owners included!!!
So, in short, it is a fun job and an incredible TEAM effort!!!

Whats your nutrition looking like TG, just interested. Do you follow more along what Doc is doing with the multiple small meals throughout the day, an IF protocol like Lean Gains, or something completely different?
My diet/nutrition is nothing advanced or new/cutting-edge.I'll tell you this much, if he is doing the multiple small meals a day like me, the meals are not really gonna be that small, LOL, I mean based on his size/frame and LBM being that much larger than mine and his supplement regiment, he would probably be taking in close if not more than double the amount of food and calories I'm taking in and would still be shedding some excess fat in the process!
My diet/nutrition is nothing advanced or new/cutting-edge.
Just my tried and true 5 small meals per day with some carb-cycling. I have 5 days of lower carbs and then I carb up on the weekends.
It works for me.......
Al, first and foremost let's get the important stuff out of the way. How was the trip to the water park with your little princess? I bet you had a blast, was she tall enough to ride everything? I was shocked when my little girl did the Texas Freefall. Straight down drop almost from 8 stories up, she didn't even blink or get nervous. While grown men were going up and walking back down. The teenager behind us was going to walk back down then saw my daughter do it and was like Oh no, I can't back out now, that little girl couldn't wait to go.
I like that you get to do a little of everything. I do too, unfortunately a lot of my co-workers are pleased in letting me doing the lions share of the work and them just chilling. Oh well I got a bad ass review and they didn't.
I think you hit the nail on the head with that one TG, do what works for you. Everyone should have this standard. The best way to do things is very personal, not cookie cutter. Everyone jumps on board with the diet crazes. I prefer the IF now for me it is what feels natural, not because I think it is the absolute best way to eat. I get same results as a more restrictive diet, nice health benefits, and I vary the crap out of what I eat. For me too much attention to detail on diet drives me batty even though I get just as good results with it as I do with Intermittent Fasting so it is what works for me. I can continue doing it for good without much effort and no calorie counting on a miniscule level. For me it is simple, eat big on the days I lift and and not as big on the days I don't. I adjust to how I feel and what I think my body is telling me. I like to be meticulous about my workouts as far as designing them, but not so much on the nutrition part. Setting that up feels like a job, in the past I did it to get the job done but no more. In the past I would repeat the same meals over and over with little variance just like Scotty is doing and no doubt it works well, but the diet was not enjoyable for me just easy to repeat. I only enjoyed the results. I know you love your meats and greens all week long. Then a good enjoyable feed on the weekends. It really works well for you. By the way if you ever decide to share that beastly physique of yours and need a place to park the pics you can do it in my thread for sure! I would consider it an honor. So curious what at 264 lb ripped up Thunder looks like!!!! I imagine like something out of a video game or old school comic book!
Agree with you 100% Kleen, People always tell me i'm overtraining and i eat too much blah blah blah. But it works i don't see anyone in my gym who gets stronger every single workout while on caloric deficits. Higher amounts of food and longer workouts work really good for me, and i'm happy it does cause i love training![]()
LOL... I am getting stronger and strong and am still cutting and don't lift nearly as many sets as you nor eat as much. LMAO sorry just had to say it.

I was talking about in my gym not this forum haha plus i'm not on a PH though![]()
ScottyDoc,I have been cutting with Epi V over the past 6-7 weeks for an upcoming vacation with great results. Because of the hurricane we had to push the vacation back approximately 2 months. I've gotten considerably leaner but am not where I want to be yet. I don't really want to run Epi V much longer being a methyl and all, do you think I could run 1 Andro the next 6-8 weeks? It would basically be the opposite of your cycle.

My daughter and I had an amazing time, spent 4hrs at a Kid's waterpark, I have not taken her to a real-deal big waterpark, but her mom has and she too was not afraid of any of the slides. The one I take her to is connected to a park, only costs $9 for both her and I to get in and has a bunch of small slides, a lazy river, and all the slides, tunnels, water guns, and jungle gym style stuff in the 2-3ft water part of the pool, so it is a mini-waterpark for kids, just to be clear. But back to us, we had a blast, I let her squirt me, I chased her in the water, she chased me, I watched her go down every slide gazillions of times, etc.
- OK, today's workout was a good one, but DAMN, I'm hurting from that left-over rice cake with almond butter that I ate this morning, I have had heart-burn every since and that was 6:30am and it is presently 12:00Noon. It is killing me here, I have almost finished my 2nd gallon of water trying desperately to douse this burn I have in the back of my lower throat where I can picture it right at the esophageal sphincter where the esophagus and stomach meet, anyway it is burning painfully and starting to cause a mild head-ache and feverish kind of feeling over my entire body.
