Didnt feel much for the first couple of days but have noticed my thirst increasing slightly, appetite is still about the same. I haven felt more fuller during the day. But last night had one of the best shoulder sessions i have had for a Looooooong time. Pump was immense and strength felt really good aswell. Anebeta is the only thing i have changed so without doubt its doing ' what it says on the tin '.

For those of you posting feedback, how many purchased th bottle themselves? I'm not knocking anyone, I am looking at honest feedback. I jumped the hype train a few months back on a product that failed me. Can't afford a repeat, but would not mind adding a lil somethin somethin to the current arsenal
I placed my order, paid full price and the only regret I have was not buying 2 bottles..id say that and not jumping on the presale price. I think the majority of people posting feedback are paying customers, and a few were beta testers who ended up buying more after their initial run..
I wanna mention, as this is my last day of anabeta.. I was a firm believer in the 4 caps spread through out tjhe day regimen..but this last week, because of my hectic schedule I started taking 2 caps preWO.. I think we're on to sometthing here..jesus christ pumps were insane! Seriously felt like my biceps were about to burst
Most people running logs bought anabeta themselves. I'd list it in the title if they didn't.
i bought two bottles. i've been taking the first bottle for a week so far, and the dosing protocol i use is 2 preworkout, 2 postworkout on training days, and 2 in the morning/2 in the evening on non training days.
i followed a couple logs, but so far it feels a) like alot of test boosters where i have more confidence and 'hunger' in the gym to do more exercises/heavier weights than when not taking it, and also feeling more pumped on it. i am not really sure whether this is all placebo - i'm going to start taking pics from this weekend (12 days of taking it, and then each week thereafter). to me it looks like i am better defined, and i feel hungry a lot more than normal. it's unbelivable that appetite i have, and i'm not putting on any more fat than normal which is great.

It's worth the $40ish dollar price and I noticed no increased effects moving from 4 to 6 per day. Leaned out about 2% b/f and kept all strength, actually look a little bigger.
FWIW I'm looking to pick up another 2 bottles of Anabeta once Athletix has titanium xl, division 1, and formula x in stock. Will also use 1 cap erase every day... should be an interesting natty stack for 6-8 weeks in the fall

I have had the same problem taking it preworkout so if I do not add PeptoPro and fast carbs to the mix I refuse to take Anabeta for the hunger that will kick in.I didn't get insane leg pumps when I ran 1 capsule QID but some sessions were hard because I felt starving as I was hitting the gym, despite me only eating an hour before I got there. I had to take meal replacement shakes to drink on the way there.
Anyone notice a change in libido? Haven't found any mention of it so far in several threads...
I have not seen any cases of bad acne with AnaBeta. A few noticed increase in oilyness of skin. Not going to give you acne like steroids give you at all.Anyone getting any bad acne or anything with the Anebeta. The only reason I ask is I have had some bad acne the past couple months on my back. Never had this problem before and I have done several prohormone/designer cycles. I just started N2Clear and I know that will help things out. I am looking to start a natty cycle but dont want to add to teh acne. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated..SJ
I am very prone to back acne as I remove all hair on my back from the root. AnaBeta didn't seem to make this worse.

I legit ran 4 caps per day, with meals and pre workout, lifted heavy, ate clean (always do) i legit did not see a single thing. I was extremely dissapointed, i almost was wondering if i received a bunk bottle or something.... sucks because i was all hyped up to try it. i did bump it to 5 per day as well.

What were your GOALS (diet posted seems very LOW in calories)? As kevinhy said, "One person might not notice as significant results as another, but that doesnt mean the product isnt doing everything it was made to do." Even if you were doing NO training and eating like sh*t, you should have seen something - for example, I just finished a bottle of AnaBeta with the worst nutrition ever, only training 2-3 days a week and made progress. Of course, not everything works for everyone, but not noticing a single thing at all . . .

Cals were low, I used to weigh 300lbs, i now weigh 185... needless to say carbs and fat arent my friend. and my metabolism hates me. Trying to get rid of the last bit of BF% protein was high, cals were low along with carbs. Based on what i was reading in reviews and logs pre-order i thought i would gain some decent lean mass while dropping some decent BF%. I never felt hungry every 30 minutes like most, i never saw a huge difference in leaning up, and i didnt see any lean muscle gains either. "measurements" I was just saying I was dissapointed by what i saw. and yes i do cardio, forgot to add that. Uually 15-30 minutes of HIIT or low intensity for 60 minutes on off days to switch up the types of fat being burned.
I am on my third week also and I mentioned way early in the thread I didn't see anything from it then and I am still not seeing anything.
I'm a season gym rat and my diet is on point. A little bit disappointing because I love PES stuff. Matter of fact im leaning up a tiny bit, but I get that effect from Erase usually and I am taking that along with Ana-Beta.
I am just coming off a cycle, maybe that has something to do with me not seeing any gains.
