I would say if you backed up your phone on the blackberry software it should be there. But if I remember you need to use the cable.

Can you not upload it to youtube from your phone. Or better yet bluetooth it to a co-worker who can. Assuming you havent thought of that yet. Or if you can bluetooth it to your computer that would work also.
 
Does it have an SD or Micro-SD card with an adapter? That can be removed and put in a computer to download content...

You need to sync you phone and computer. Go to your bluetooth setting on your computer and make it so it can be seen by other device and do the same on your phone. Then you can send and receive.

It is a normal SD, I am attempting to send it blue-tooth to a co-worker, looks like it may take a while, but his phone, unlike mine has the capability to connect via blue-tooth to my Mac Book Pro, I guess my phone is just too old for that advanced stuff! Either way, once it is on his phone we will see what we can do to get it on my computer from there, he doesn't have his cable with him here at the office either, so this may take a while, if it even works, but I'm trying and still open for any other ideas you guys might have?

It did not give me that option on my phone, but when my co-worker and I were attempting to connect phones, he had the option to connect with my computer, so once it is on his phone, that will probably be the route we take with his phone unless his phone allows it to just be emailed, he doesn't have his wire here at the office either!

My Mac Book Pro does not have an SD slot???

OK, so I have successfully linked my computer and my phone, but when I go to send the file over it says "Failed, server not found" but they are linked and both seeing one another???
 
Does it say you are paired or just see each other. If it is not paired then you wont be able to send.

I double checked and it says they are paired, and tried again to send the video via blue-tooth and it just says failed unable to locate server!
 
C'mon Doc just take another video with 14 reps...no problem right.

That is what I had in mind from the start, but the file must be too big or something because it won't even allow me to access that option at all! I mean in my mind it isn't huge... 3.5mB, but I guess that is pretty big for a phone, who knows!

Your leg workouts are nuts man, I wish my back could take that kind of abuse but it is my limiting factor right now. I had 8 total plates on the last leg workout but I felt worked after it so to each their own I guess. I do miss the leg press machine I could put 8 plates on and just rip off 10 reps, not anymore though!

An old piece of $hit blackberry pearl, was not my choice, when FINAFLEX decided to start paying for my phone through T-Mobile, I landed up getting one of the owner's old phone, Beggers can't be Choosers!!!
 
Day 16 - 07/26/2011 - Shoulders, Traps, & Abs

Exercise 1: Dumbbell Military Press
Set 1 - 30Lbs for 25 reps
Set 2 - 40Lbs for 20 reps
Set 3 - 50Lbs for 20 reps
Set 4 - 60Lbs for 15 reps
Set 5 - 70Lbs for 10 reps
Set 6 - 80Lbs for 10 reps
Set 7 - 80Lbs for 10 reps (assisted)
Set 8 - 70Lbs for 8 reps, immediately followed by 50Lbs for 6 reps

Exercise 2: Super-set between Lateral & Rear dumbbell flys
Set 1 - 20Lbs for 15 reps lateral followed by 25Lbs for 15 reps rear
Set 2 - 20Lbs for 13 reps lateral followed by 25Lbs for 12 reps rear
Set 3 - 20Lbs for 10 reps lateral followed by 25Lbs for 9 reps rear
Set 4 - 15Lbs for 15 reps lateral immediately followed by 10Lbs 7 reps lateral, immediately followed by 5Lb for 12 reps (failure)
Set 5 - 20Lbs for 15 reps rear, immediately followed by 10Lbs for 9 reps rear (failure)

Exercise 3: Machine Military Press
Set 1 - 90Lbs each side for 15 reps

Exercise 4: Dumbbell Shrugs
Set 1 - 80Lb dumbbells for 25 reps
Set 2 - 90Lb dumbbells for 20 reps
Set 3 - 90Lb dumbbells for 15 reps
Set 4 - 80Lb dumbbells for 20 reps

Exercise 5: Abdominal Triple Super-Set (4 sets)
- Lateral oblique crunches R side (25 reps), immediately followed by Lateral oblique crunches L side (25 reps), immediately followed by bicycles (40 reps), immediately followed by swim kicks with shoulders and upper back a few inches off the ground (til failure) then I would stretch my abs to avoid cramping and repeat...

I was really feeling good today, strong, high energy, I finished my workout in 1 hour and 5 minutes then I did 1hr of cardio on the elliptical machine.

Diet:
Meal 1 - 6 egg whites, 1 yoke (no oatmeal, feeling carbed up from yesterday)
Meal 2 - 6 egg whites, 1 yoke & 3/4 cup of oatmeal (post-workout)
Meal 3 - 2 cans of tuna and 1 can of spinach
Meal 4 - 8oz grilled chicken breast & 1 can of green beans
Meal 5 - 8oz grilled chicken breast & 1 can of green beans
Meal 6 - 2 scoops of whey protein in water (pre-sleep)
2+ gallons of water all day long

Ya wanna up the stakes? I know I can get 14 plates for 14, besides it will push me and give me the necessary motivation to continue to 1-up myself if nothing else? What is that worth if I can accomplish 14 plates for 14 reps at that same depth?

I don't have any objections, I mean the BET/DARE is/was mainly between Chris and myself, but I will take a side bet if you can 1-up me, I'll kneel before my MASTER!!! The only condition I have is that I have a chance to 1-up you back, so therefore it isn't over until one of us has truly out lifted the other and one of us concedes to our demise... Heh heh hoo hoo hahhhh (Evil Laugh)

Haha nothing like a friendly challenge eh Doc?! Just need to make sure the leg press at my gym holds more than 26 plates...some 100 pounders would be nice.

Friendly? of course Friendly, I don't want anyone paying me a visit to kill me just because I can leg press more than them, LoL!!! Hey anything that makes us push one another and ourselves harder than usual is a good thing in my book!!!

 
I think I will let Green come up with that one. My hip has been pissed at me so I stopped Leg Press and went to squats for a bit. Much less pressure on the hip and still works the legs pretty good. Although I am going to change my entire workout up next week. So I won't be trying to one up you on the Leg press for a while. Or Will I? LOL I might try once my hip is feeling better right now everything is pretty dry, all of my joints are a little dry and sensitive right now. Maybe after PCT I can give it a shot.

I guess what I was suggesting was not for you to 1-up me, but to raise the stakes as in a sort of double or nothing, so I have to get 14 plates for 14 reps or you win and if I do get that and win, well you will have to make an even more embarrassing video kneeling before me naming me your MASTER! It's your call bro... 14 plates is a lot of weight and to up the reps too, whew, not gonna be easy!!!
