Been awhile since I've been here, so my apologies....
Some of you may know me as the author of "The Blueprint", an e-book detailing how to optimize one's training, diet and supplementation protocol for use with (or without!) adaptogens such as E-bol, Sub-sterone and other sapogenin analogs such as 25-R and related compounds (variously referred to as compounds I-IV, in the former Soviet literature). I've also developed optimal use protocols for other Thermolife, Biotivia and Molecular Nutrition, etc. products.

I LOVE Nutraplanet and have patronized them for years.
