So todays workout wasnt normal. Feeling stronger than I expected. Could be partly because Im doing DC which I tend to feel strong on. But even still these numbers just feel higher than what I have been doing recently.
Bench 235*15,6,3 hold last set RP
Smith shoulder press 155*9,5,3 hold RP this didnt feel strong lol
Lying tricep ext 70*12,7,4 RP
Wide pull ups 12,7,4 RP
Rack pulls worked up to 675 for 4 reps. Only used a belt and some chalk. Hands held up fine. Pissed plenty of people off lol. 675 makes plenty of noise coming down lol.
