still no libido post heavy PCT, worried!!!

I have some problem with maintaining an erection (but am able to usually achieve it) and am able to climax once a week or so, but there is zero desire. This was never the case before I started roids. Am I in trouble?

I did a mild cycle of tren/test for 8 weeks. Did HCG and then clomid 100/100/50
I had zero libido - had sex only once in 3 weeks (no desire but I could if I had to).

Being impatient and dissatisfied with my gains from the mild cycle, I dove into another 8 week cycle of 300 mg tren/250 mg test.
I thought I would fix my previous libido problems in the PCT of this cycle.

After the 2nd cycle, I decided on a heavy PCT. Did HCG, then clomid (100/100/100/100/50) and nolva (20/20/20/20/20) simultaneously.

A month+ of this PCT and I still have zero desire for sex. No morning wood, but I can achieve an erection & climax if I had to.

I am very worried because I feel I have damaged my HPTA axis or have very high estrogen. On both cycles, during & post, I had severe problems with bloating. No gyno or acne though. I took 1.25 mg letro EOD for 2 weeks but it didn't help. Should I have taken it longer?
 
Go to an endo immediately.

If you're lucky, whatever is wrong with you can be fixed, but let them be the ones to do the blood work to reveal what is actually wrong rather than guessing at what the problem is and what the solution is.

Yes I suppose it is time to go see a doc. I will also get blood work done - what all levels should I check (test/estrogen/lipids)?

Definitely time. Have them check total and free testosterone and estradiol. Lipids are certainly worth checking, but they shouldn't be the culprit for your libido (though they could). I felt the same way as you, to be honest, once, and my test/estradiol were all fine, but that's when I found out about my under-functioning thyroid. So that could be an issue, too.

The first 3 are the ones you really want to check, though.
 
We can make all the guesses in the world. Have a endo check you out. I would do it sooner than later hopefully it can be reversed.
 
Def time to see an endo and get to the bottom of what the real problem is. Like beast said, total and free t and estrogen levels are the biggies. Also shbg, and im going to throw one more out there, mostly because both cycles you did contained tren,and thats your prolactin level.
 
I think most people simply won't recover well from cycle. They just better hope they do their best to maintain the gains before their next cycle.

Total cost was $70. How good a deal was this?

My guess: estrogen is the culprit. Thus the excessive water retention/moon-face both on & post cycle, loss of libido, and strength is down.

More than getting back to normal, I am worried if and when I will be able to start my next cycle?? and hopefully do it successfully this time. I am severely disappointed in being a loser and back to square one - the same weigth & strength level I was 2 years ago before ever doing roids. 6 wasted cycles - who knows I may have never fully recovered from the first cycle and only kept compounding the problem. Dummy me this is my first blood test for test/estradiol/prolactin.

I can't comment on cost because I have decent insurance and have had all of my blood work covered by them. That doesn't look like that bad of a price, though, based on some of the statements my insurance has sent me to show how much they actually charge for those tests.

It sounds like it's estrogen for sure, but it could be a number of things all working together against you (not to try and make you paranoid lol, just trying to get the point across that we don't know what it is until we see the results).

Don't beat yourself up over this, because that doesn't accomplish anything. I wouldn't be thinking about when you're able to start your next cycle, though. If you've run 6 cycles, you may be in a situation where you're going to need TRT, but hopefully that's not the case. Just try not to stress over it and when the results come back, post them up and we'll all reassess.
 
yah, if you ran both cycles back to back like that with no AI, most likely it is your estro. You might need something along the lines of an AI+restart protocol to get you going again.

I took 1.25 mg letro EOD for 2 weeks towards end of 2nd cycle to counter horrible face bloat but it didn't help at all. Should I have taken it longer?
 
Or some daa, low estrogen is going to cause impotence as much as high estrogen fyi. You are shooting yourself in the foot. You need to learn something.
 
Maybe you arent attracted to women and your body finally caught up with what you've kept hidden in your sub conscious for so long? Just throwing out ideas here
 
I am not trying to cure my libido problem. Because I have zero libido, unless a woman takes all the initiative, I feel something is terribly wrong. I could possibly go without sex for a month and not even miss it. That is what is bothering me..not that I am not having sex.

I definitely know what he's talking about. I've had my libido tank for a short period of time and it's miserable. It's not just libido; it's tied to overall well-being, for sure. My normal disposition is that it doesn't take much to get me fired up at all, and I like that.

6 wasted cycles. wow man and you say this, "More than getting back to normal, I am worried if and when I will be able to start my next cycle??", with everything else going on. you need to stop cycling since you obviously have no idea what you are doing. as others said get to the damn dr's. get yourself straightened out then go natural. imagine where youd be if you didnt cycle these last 2 years? hell even if you gained 2lbs in 2 years(pathetic i know) youd still be further along than you are now with 6 cycles under your belt.

i never really understood it, but i think it means an addict is an addict, doesn't matter what it is.
 
I suppose I am a dope fiend because I have seen the results - a 90 lb gain on my pre-steroid bench at my high point during the 6 cycles, albeit now it has been all lost. BUT, it has been all lost due to my mistakes. I want to prove to myself I can do it right next time. I need the instant gratification from my next cycle and hopefully will maintain majority of gains from one cycle to the next.

Lets see where my levels are after blood work results tomorrow. After that I will fix what needs to be fixed, and then when it is time, I'll start a new cycle. I will start doing blood tests every month and journal future cycles with pictures/numbers..hopefully some of you guys can help me gain back those lost bench 90 lbs and more.

estradiol: 41.53 pg/ml (says upto 44 is normal for males)

prolactin: 6.52 ng/ml

total lipids: 790

triglycerides: 180

LDL: 214

HDL: 55

Do my very lowTest levels indicate my PCT was useless? What danger am I in?
If I should go on TRT, isn't that similar to being on cycle continuously? Instead of very low dose test supplementation, I'd prefer to just not cycle off.
Can someone address fertility issues? These are results from the lab. I am yet to consult an endo.

Can you throw up the reference ranges?

I'm used to seeing these tests measured a number of ways, so that would help without us having to dig around.

And the estradiol is definitely high. A lof of things can be in "normal" range, but they certainly aren't good.

estradiol: 41.53 pg/ml (says upto 44 is normal for males)

prolactin: 6.52 ng/ml (1.8-17)

total lipids: 790 mg/dl (400-1000)

triglycerides: 180 mg/dl (40-170)

LDL: 214 mg/dl (up to 150)

HDL: 55 mg/dl (30-70)

Yeah, man. You're likely gonna go on TRT, at least temporariliy, with numbers like that. I'd let an endo be the one to tell you what to do at this point, but total and free test are way too low, estrogen may be in range, but it's far too high (especially with the test being so low; making a more unfavorable ratio). I would worry far more about those three things than the LDL or triglycerides. Those number explain a lot.

As far as the rest of your situation, and i'm not trying to rag on you AT ALL bro. But this is a good example of why I think it's a good idea to gets blood done prior to doing any cycling. The truth is that a good percentage of the population is walking around with far less than optimal test levels, they just don't know it unless they get blood work done. And the only time they finally do get it done is after a cycle has already messed them up even worse, then they blame it on the cycle. Which while it certainly didn't help the situation, the truth more often than not is that they had problems prior to ever cycling...

This is a really good point. I was really close to running a cycle with T3, but I opted not to and ended up getting blood work done to look at some things and that's when I found out I have hypothyroidism. If I had ran the T3 and then did blood work, I would have thought the T3 messed me up and that I screwed my thyroid up for the rest of my life. It doesn't change anything, but I'm glad I'm not blaming myself for that and I know it's just something that was out of my control.

Don't mean to hijack, but it's worth mentioning to stress the importance of blood work.
 
The importance and convenience of blood work has definitely hit home. There is no reason for me to not test the important numbers monthly.

Of course an endo will never recommend me to cycle. What do you guys think? If I go on a low dose of test for TRT, will I still be able to recover naturally?

So I suppose I begin my next cycle after my numbers are normal?
For argument sake, what would be wrong with just starting now and staying on continuously like Louie Simmons has for 27 years?
In 2 weeks my test levels, gym performance and libido will be soaring. What would be the downfall/danger to it? Infertility I suppose?

Ill never run another cycle without getting bloods done prior to it. Ive postponed a few cycles already due to unfavorable bloods. I know how you feel when you say you dont think about sex and for me when i ran osta I felt that way. For me though honestly it kept me out of a lot of trouble. Being a horny bastard can lead to bad things...kids, cheating on your girl, and sometimes fat chicks. :lol:

I may be wrong, as I've never cycled and don't know as much as a lot of the other guys do in this field, but I think cycling hard for longer durations effects more than just test levels being started back up. I think it can mess with over levels and lipids.

If I were in your position, I certainly wouldn't be thinking about my next cycle. I'd be thinking about how I could fix the damage that had already been done. TRT should bring your test up to healthy levels that aren't all over the place and aren't messing up anything else.

If I were you id go with :

Clomid 50/50/50/50
DAA 3g/day
L-Dopa 500mg/day
Fenugreek 2g/day
Maca 2g/day
Tribulus 2g/day


With this combo your total test and free test will skyrocket like crazy, and the other supps will make your sex drive go through the roof.
 
Add some magnesium oil to the above stack.

I would (no offense MikeG) go with a ****load of Maca, some Bulbine, 50mcg of IGF1lr3 Daily, Nettle Extract, Magnesium Oil, and a diet high in quality fats. That stack right there makes me spill the freakin milk
 
After some research, I decided to do a power PCT program I read on: 2500 HCG for 14 days accompanied by 50 Clomid & 20 Nolva daily.
I woke up with wood. HCG?? Maybe...

Wasn't in the mood but this girl made some moves...since TMI don't seem to be a biggie in this thread, I might as well get a bit descriptive.. her skills got me going. I still wasn't particularly in the mood but I though what the hell..lemme see if I can or cannot.

No problem maintaining erection as I pumped away..seemed like I shot a gallon. Lots of build up I suppose. It still seemed like I was doing it just to test myself..at least she was a happy gal.

With test levels of 127 (thus no true libido) I don't know how the hell I managed it...maybe it was the HCG?
