Clen results anyone?

I just recieved my first bottle of clen and i was just wondering what some peoples results were from using it standalone? Ive found a few logs here and there but there all incomplete with no final results posted. Im gonna be using it EOD most likely, because of my work schedule (24on 24off) and will be using a 2 low 1 high carb diet. Weight lifting eod, cardio on off days, and will try to post start/finish pics on here if anyones intrestested.Starting weight is 220 bodyfat maybe 13-15% could be higher.any helpful info is appreciated, thanks!
 
Very interested in results also..... I have a place to buy it local and try it out but I never see any good logs... I wanna do 2 weeks on 2 off but have no idea what to expect as far as fat lose.... All I know is some say it is anti-catabolic and you can lose 5-8lbs of just fat in two weeks...

So after my rant.. Yes I'm interested in a log... And also in for anyone elses results...
 
I just recently took it for the first time, started at a low dosage and worked my way up. After about a week I quit taking it. Had troubles doing a lot of normal stuff with my hands because of the jerkiness Clen brings and I also started to get aches and pains at times when lifting. That was doing Clen on it's own with nothing else on the side.
 
Also interested in this, like you never been able to find a solo complete log... How about posting your proposed dosing and the your daily actuals and any sides so there will be at least one complete log of it.

Pics would be great bro if you're able too?
 
im just gonna start with 10mcg and work my way up each day till i look like i have parkinsons, lol or atleast as much as i can handle it.ill be getting some taurine to go with it too to help with cramps, and tons of water. heres my before pics, kinda bloated just pigged out at subway, but anyways. pics arent the greatest as i dont have anyone to take them for me.

thanks man, yeah thats the plan for now. see where im at in 2 weeks and maybe run it again after the break. i deploy to the desert in october i wanna get real lean before i go then bulk up while im out there.

thanks everybody, we usually just workout in the fire dept, might have to take ya up on that tho. our teams been tasked but they havent told us where to yet. guessin its not afghanistan since we arent goin to combat training first just silver flag which is like setting up tents and other bull****.
 
i did a couple standalone cycle, dropped like 15-20lbs each cycle, stuff is awesome but ya, load up on taurine and aleve extra strength
 
a little but that could be due to the cardio i do before i lift, tires me out but make sure u lift also, it eats muscle if u dont lift
 
I get stronger on Clen. I do 80mg ed split in 2 and I take it for up to 4-5 weeks. I take Benadryl every 4 day to "clean" my receptors. I read that you can also do Benadryl for a week every 3 week also, I did that before.

How much weight did you lose on your cycles?
 
I also just started clen as well. Im up to 100mcg and dont notice any real side effects. The first day i felt like i was high, and the second day i had some shakes, but im on my 5th day and i havent experienced any other sides and i dont have the shakes anymore. Interested to know how you do on your cycle!
 
i did 2wks on 2 wks off 2wks on 2 wks off, took benadryl during off weeks, loaded up taurine like a mother while on (3-5g/day) over 8 weeks i lost about 20 pounds. my diet was pretty clean and cardio was 4x a week (jitsu). i stepped up like so 10, 20, 40, 80, 100, then stayed @ 100 rest of the 2 weeks. 100 was the sweet spot for me, no shakes (well not excessive, more like i was just stimmed up from the 4 rockstars id drink @ breakfast)..but i will say i would get slight chest pain over 100mcg. after the first month the sides basically went away, i think i built up a bit of a tolerance. but all in all it was worth it helping me get to my wedding weight goal :)
my body was a blast furnace within minutes of starting cardio... sweating buckets is an understatement and HIIT was a major no-no for me while on clen...i would hit my vo2 max extremely early in the sessions and my heartrate/calorie monitor had popped above the 200bpm more than a few times.

fyi started 247 @ 21% to 220 @ 15% (6 point pinch) (lost a little muscle but mostly because i wasn't focused on moving weights)
 
Couldnt handle 100mcg liqiu clen, too many bp issues, couldnt sleep. took 5 grams of taurine ed. But thats just me, good luck bro!
 
ok so its 10am, just took my first dosage. around 10-20 mcg, very inaccurate looking dropper going to buy a baby dropper later today. noticed nothing yet, very sweet tasting (is this normal?) will update this after noon. workout today is back/bis followed by some form or cardio.
 
yes the taste to me was quite pleasant. you probably wont feel any shakes till you get in the 60mcg range id guess. your cardio session i bet will have you sweating a bit more than usual and a higher heart rate. on occassion i would get a 'hot flush' in the evenings and just emanate heat.
 
so day 1 is over, nothing to report really, didnt get quite as tired during the cardio as usual. now just lets see how i sleep tonight! btw would anyone think it would be ok to use the dropper from my old OSTA bottle for this?
 
Just go to your local major drug store and ask for a oral syringe to give you a more accurate measurement. Try increasing by increments of 20mcgs until you get to 100 or notice major sides

I did that the first time I took Clen with EC on the "off" days. Now I go 4 weeks straigh with Benadry. Why people say 2 weeks on 2 weeks off is cuz during those weeks your "receptors" is supposed to clen them self but you can do that with Benadryl during also.

The benadryl myth has never really been confirmed to help with the receptors.

I have also heard the "anabolic" properties, but again, that is a lot of bro gym talk, no real research or any findings to support that theory. I believe it is a lot to do with looking leaner and therefore giving the impression your muscles are bigger.

The best way to use clen is really the 2 on, 2 off, 4 seems to be an awfully long stretch and may start to go haywire on you a bit. I have heard good feedback, though, on going 3 weeks on, last week with ketotifen, one week off continuing with keto and then another 3 weeks. But can't vouch for that.

If you want to take the safe route, 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, it's pretty dead on if you follow that path.
 
A little trouble sleeping last night not too bad, took 100mcg this morning definatly have an increased heart rate already.ill update again this afternoon.todays high carb day, oh yeah!
 
so im starting to wonder if i recieved underdosed clen..im not very sensitive to stimulants due to a ton of caffiene use but i would expect more than what im experiencing so far..either way still gonna finish these 2 weeks.might up to 120 tomorrow
 
I appreciate you considering me lean, I'll take that as a compliment.im cutting right now because I have a fitness test right before I deploy and by cutting I'll have a lower waist measurement and a faster run time, two parts that usually destroy my score.then also I'll start bulking while deployed with a minimal bodyfat at the start, meaning if I bulk right I won't have much to lose at the end.

it was shown to have anabolic effects in animals other than humans

clen has no anabolic properties in humans
 
Probably a little of both due to the extra sweating.I don't see how it be possible to drop that much fat that fast.would be nice though.
