Clen results anyone?

well im down about 7lbs total, cant post pics because i broke my iphone, but ive definatly got more definition.my deployments canceled so im just gonna go ahead and start bulking.overall i liked the results diet wasnt the strictest, its time to see how much mass i can put on now.3000 cals a day here i come!

Good news on both weight and deployment! At least you're leaning out some before bulking, if you're going to go for a clean bulk you might want to check the thread on lean gains protocol out, a lot of guys are having success whether cutting or bulking, you wouldn't want to lose all your leanness when going for mass I guess?

ive tried the lean gains before and with my work schedule i found it hard to eat the calories i need when im bulking.i struggle to get the 35-4000 already and then if thats compacted into a few hours i just dont have the time to pull that off.and even tho it is a bulk i do pretty good about eating no sugar or fast food or junk.all lean meat and whole grains
