Thank you! You can't beat that deal and even without the promo it is worth the money. Everybody is going to respond to products differently, but Wyked works extremely well for me. It gives me the pump that I can get from other products, but what has been setting it apart from others like NO-Xplode and Superpump250 is that it doesn't mess with my stomach or make me too jittery. I'll go through each ingredient in my final review (nearing the end of the container), but Taurus really put together a quality product that has what it needs without a bunch of crap that it doesn't.

Same story with Wyked (i.e. it rocks!!!) Same story with Bally (i.e. it blows!!!) I'm nearing the end of the container and going to have to stock up on more. I got my 7-KE in the mail, but I'm going to hold off until I finish this review and then see how well they work together.

Flat dumbbell press 12,10,10,8
Incline barbell press 3x10
Dumbbell delt press 4x12 (last set was alternating arms)
Parallel dips 3x10(last to failure)
High pulley flyes 3x8
Low pulley flyes 3x8
Lateral raises 3x12 (5 with palms facing forward, 7 with palms facing down)
Tricep pushdown supersetted with reverse grip pulldown 4x8,8
Dumbbell shrugs 3x8

Sir is there not a x sport in your area?! Forget ballys! Unless you're one of those Bally members that's been there for 20 years and pays like 5$ a month lol

x sports are like starbucks up here, but yeah, I'm one of those people lol. I was young and stupid. GNC and Ballys: two of several very stupid things I did in the 90s. For some reason they keep sending me surveys despite my comments.

Lol x sports down here are like whore houses. I call my gym sex sport hahaha bunch of cheating husbands and wives...

I tried using 4 scoops today. I didn't really feel any advantage over the 3 scoops. There wasn't any bad effects either, but if I can get by on 3, then I might as well spread it out as much as possible.

Pullups 10,10,10,8,5
Bentover barbell rows 4x8
Seated row machine 3x10
Hammer strength isolateral high row machine 12,10,8,10,12 (pyramiding weight up and back down....I grip the outside of the bars instead of the handles so that my palms are facing each other...got this tip from a trainer once and it gives a greater range of motion)
Bicep curls 4x10
Low pulley rope rows (wasn't quite sure what to call these) supersetted with hammer curls 3x10
High pulley cable crunches 15,15,15,20

I had to switch up training a bit this week. I have the inlaws coming on Wednesday through Sunday so I'm trying to get a bunch in so I'm not a jerk and run to the gym while they are here lol. I'm nearing the end of the container and decided to play around a bit. Today I took three scoops with some added beta-alinine and DAA...and it ROCKED!!! Insane endurance and pump throughout!

Flat dumbbell press 12,8,8,12 (pyramiding weight up and down)
Incline dumbbell press 3x10
Dumbbell delt press 12,10,8,10,12 (pyramiding weight up and down)
Parallel dips 3x10(last to failure)
Flyes supersetted with rear delt laterals 3x8,8
Lateral raises 3x12 (5 with palms facing forward, 7 with palms facing down)
Tricep rope pulley extensions 4x10
Dumbbell shrugs 3x8
Hanging leg raises 3x20
Plank into push up supersetted with high pulley rope crunches 4x10,10

Anyway, my endurance during my cardio today was through the roof! This is my second week back from taking a full week off from any exercise at all and my strength tends to bounce back rather quickly, but my cardio always seems to take forever to get back to where it was. I beat the crap out of myself today and it felt great! Could all be in my head, but there was definitely something different and I can't discount the affect of Wyked. We'll just have to see how things go on the future cardio days.

Good stuff :)

Indeed! I've noticed an increase in endurance on lifting days as well as cardio days when I don't even take Wyked. The endurance boost on lifting days is really starting to help as the days get hotter and I usually get tired quicker.

I've noticed this as well. I think it might have something to do with the DAA.

Probably only a day or so left in the container. Used three scoops and it gave me the drive without making me light headed, which is often a problem on leg day, especially duing deadlifts.

Squats 5x10
Barbell lunges supersetted with more squats 4x8,8,5
Deadlift 12,10,8,5 (increasing weight)
Sumo Deadlift 3x10
Leg press 2x12
Leg press, single leg, alternating until failure ~50 total per leg
Calf raise 3x7,7,7 (toes pointed inward, toes pointed outward, toes pointed forward)

Pretty much at the end of the container and not going to be able to reach the gym until probably Monday, so I will try and write up my final evaluation in the next few days. I used 4 scoops today and had great endurance and pump!

Pullups 10,10,10,8,5
Bentover barbell rows 4x8
Tricep parallel bar dips 3x10
Seated rows 3x10
Front delt plate raises 3x12
Hammer strength isolateral row machine 3x12 (gripping outside of bars)
Barbell curls 4x8
Low pulley rope rows (wasn't quite sure what to call these) supersetted with hammer curls 3x10

Looking forward to your final review..

Overall Review of Wyked:

First, thank you to Taurus for giving me the opportunity to log Wyked. I have tried several preworkout drinks over the years, but most recently have been using NO-xplode and Superpump250. A special thank you to StakedCop for choosing me for this log and to Rosie for always answering my random questions and the constant inspiration. And finally thank you to everybody that has followed and participated in this log.

As with most preworkout, Wyked combines a creatine component with a nitric oxide and stimulant component. The first thing that stood out to me before I even opened the contained was the list of ingredients which follows:
Creatine Monohydrate
Glycine
Taurine
L-Alanine
Leucine
Beta Alanine
D-Aspartic Acid
Arginine AKG
Caffeine
Liposomal Bitter Orange 20% Extracted For Synephrine
Synephrine HCL
Geranium Oil Extract (4-Amino-Methyl Hexane)
Hordinine

Short and sweet! Too often now I see preworkouts with categories like NO Complex followed by 3 or 4 different version of arginine or some other NO-evoking ingredient. Just pick one and stand behind your ingredient. If you list too many, in my opinion, you don’t understand the science behind your product and there is no way I’m going to put my money towards it.

There are a few ingredients here that I know people disagree with, so let me address them all. First, let me say that not everybody responds the same to all ingredients, so just because your body doesn’t respond well to creatine monohydrate, for example, is no reason to say it is useless. I respond best to monohydrate and so this works very well for me.

DAA seems to be another hot topic subject. Personally, I believe DAA works to increase test levels. I have not tested my own blood while on it, but have researched it enough to believe that it does work. It’s not going to give you steroid test levels, but that isn’t what this product claims. I also do not agree with the idea that DAA causes excitotoxity. As I’ve stated before, I have a PhD in neuroscience and am currently doing my post doc. Does this make me an authority on DAA? No, but I have been performing electrophysiology on glutamatergic and dopaminergic circuits in the cortex and striatum and can talk about NMDA receptors for hours on end. DAA has been shown to increase anxiety and although I am prone to anxiety issues, I have been lucky to respond well to DAA and have not experienced any anxiety issues when taking it.

Finally, possibly the biggest hot topic is arginine and whether or not it increases NO levels in the blood to cause vasodilation. Again, I work on nitric oxide and my entire thesis was based on nNOS. So I think I can speak with some knowledge on this topic. I personally believe oral administration of arginine will cause eNOS to synthesize NO enough to cause vasoldilation. If you don’t agree, then simply don’t use it. There are other products that claim to do it instead which I don’t agree with, but that is my opinion based on my studies and what I have read.

As stated earlier, I am prone to anxiety issues as well as having a pretty weak stomach. However, the stimulant makeup of Wyked did not give me any jitters or upset stomach, which has been a problem with other products like NO-xplode and Superpump250. What it did do was give me the energy to have amazing training sessions after a long day of work when I just wanted to go home and sleep.

The following rating system was inspired by Rosie’s without trying to rip her off;)

Taste 10/10: The taste of Wyked was great without being over powering. It did mix well with drinks like Powerade, but stands on its own as well. I have a weird sense of taste…I think I’m the only person in the world that liked the flavor of Endorush lol. NO-xplode to me tends to be a little too much, so Wyked was a very refreshing change of pace.

Stim/”Pump” 10/10: I got an amazing boost in the gym every single time I used Wyked and tried it during training at different time in the day (i.e. evening and morning training). It’s hard to really put into words, but basically the boost was there without playing on that dangerous fine line between great time at the gym and panic attack. I never once had to hold back on any exercise out of fear of sending myself over the edge. I pushed myself to the limit each time and Wyked definitely increased my endurance, allowing me to rock out extra reps and sometimes an extra exercise or two.

Solubility 10/10: Wyked mixed instantly in water. The last bits to dissolve were the black specks, which I was told is the synephrine, but they dissolved quickly too.

Side effects 10/10: I had zero negative side effects when taking Wyked. Some side effects I have experienced with similar products include upset stomach, jitters to full blown panic attacks, and headaches. I had none of these the entire run. I also monitored my blood pressure before and after training while using Wyked and while using no preworkout drink. Wyked caused no significant increases in blood pressure, which often is a panic attack trigger for me.

What would I change if I was king of the world…or at least head of Taurus?: I really liked Wyked A LOT and will definitely be using it again, so finding faults with it was really hard. If anything, I would increase the amount of beta-alanine in it. I tried adding a little myself and it seemed to help increase endurance even more, but that could also be all in my head. I’m one of those weird people that like to feel the “beta-alanine tingle” to know it is in there. I also tried adding in extra DAA which worked nicely too, but Taurus has others logging Wyked with their DAA, so I didn’t do this too many times as I wanted to stay true to the Wyked only log. Besides that, I would not change a thing in the ingredients. It’s an amazing preworkout that does what it claims to do and does so through simple, high quality ingredients.

If there are any other questions on my experience or characteristics that you would like me to address, please just ask.

Thank you again Taurus!!!
