post workout
-monster milk with anabeta

-8 oz roast beef, 2 pieces whole wheat bread, apple sauce, Anabeta
Dinner-
protein shake anabeta 2 pieces chicken
Before bed
-Protein, BCAA's and Natty PB


I have been working a weirder schedule for work that forces me to do AM workouts. This is the first morning and I must say it was pretty rough. I felt pretty weak and was tired. Throughout the day tho I have felt full and at the end of my workout I eventually got the sick pumpz from Anabeta. Hunger is still up, at my buddies I indulged in some pizza over the weekend popped some anabeta with it, ate modestly but hungry like an hour later. Diets back on track now that its the week and I am ready to finish this out strong. Lets see what Anabeta can do for me in the morning.

 
I dislike morning workouts. As you mentioned: the feeling of being weak :p
 
I love AM workouts... its the only time I can make it to the gym on weekdays... I get to the gym at 5AM get my w/o don then start the day. But it does take a while to get used to it... I usually go home and vegge for a while before re-gaining my energy ;)

Weekends I go in later around 10am get my w/o then a swim and I'm done!

And I LOVE morning training :) Isn't it wonderful how DIFFERENT we all are? If we weren't, the world would be a rather BORING place :trink26:
 
I think its probably good to switch it up, but I am still crazy busy and hating it...

I think if you can train at 5am you can train at anytime of the day, but I'll tell you it takes time to adjust to that, if you're not committed for the long haul of AM training its taught to come to grips of being w/o energy in the mornings :)

Well I imagine Ill soon have to make the switch to AM workouts as I progress in age haha.
 
Ill be writing my final review hopefully this weekend. These crazy shifts have been killing me at work however I got a new job so that will no longer be the case anymore :D. Stay tuned folks and sorry for the delay.

This became a very frequent thing for me. It played with my head a little bit, I started feeling like I wasn't eating enough so I increased everything. 4 rashers of bacon and 4 egg omelettes (free range to both) became 6 rashers and 5 eggs just because I was eating and never feeling full. I ate steak and eggs for breakfast and within an hour later felt like I hadn't eaten anything at all.

It was a great benefit and also slightly unsettling at times. I never ever feel that hungry, even prepping for photoshoots.

almost why I am thinking it would be great in PCT while keeping calories high :)
