P-Mag + P-Stanz Log W/ Bloodwork

Alright so after bothering some of the more knowledgeable folks on here for the past 6 months, I decided to run my first PH cycle. This cycle will start either next Friday (5/13) or Monday (5/16). I would love to start it right now but next week is finals week, so FML hehe.

This cycle will be aimed towards a lean bulk.

So just a brief info, prior to starting weight lifting, I weighed in at 135 LBs and then decided to just try to add on as much mass as I possibly could because I was sick of being small, not that I'm big by any means now lol, but relatively much better. Skip to this past December, I was at 180-184 lbs, but I didn't really like it and decided to cut. I originally intended to cut with the help of either furuza or p-stanz, but opted out and did neither, and managed to get down to 160. Then soon afterwards I started missing my size and strength so I was like F it, I'm bulking back up, but this time in a leaner type of way. So this is why I'm running P-Mag with the help of P-Stanz.

I have 2 bottles of P-Mag and 3 bottles of P-Stanz (originally I was going to get 1 just for the help in increasing vascularity, even though I was fully aware that 150mg/day is considered under-dosed).


I will have 40 days of P-Mag (5 weeks and 5 days) at 75 mg and 45 days of P-Stanz at 300 mg. I'll have to mess with the dosing and increase the end to 350mg if I want to end at 40 days of P-Stanz too.


For the time being, this is a rough draft of how it's set up.

I have been preloading on Hawthorne Berry for exactly a week now.
I also started taking Himalaya Liv.52 (1 pill/day) since 2 weeks ago. I also had half a bottle of Purus Organ Shield available, so I've been taking 2 pills of that everyday for one week and have a few days worth left.

Anyways, I was sick this past week and had a lot going at school, so I missed a lot of gym time. I went tuesday and hit a complete upperbody routine, and wednesday I focused on legs. I'm 90-95% recovered from the illness and will hit chest today, I'll probably start my logging of weights from this point on without the use of any preworkout or anything until the cycle starts.

Hope some people hop along, even though I realize this may not be a lot of people's primary compounds etc.

Yea that's what I was thinking, I just needed to figure out the number of days because it wasn't going to come out to a clean whole number of weeks...

So here is what I'm doing with P-Stanz.

1st 10 days = 300mg (6 pills/day X 10 = 60)
Following 30 days = 350mg ( 7 pills/day X 30 = 210) ==> 210+60=270 and there goes my pills in 40 days.

300 mg P-stanz seems to be the very common sweet spot, especially for stacking and at your weight. I would just cruise at 300mg and see how you go before bumping up any futher.

Yea true that, could I possibly start P-stanz 5 days earlier and end on the 40th day of my P-Mag?

Anyways I had one question regarding the dosing of P-Stanz...

I know for P-Mag at 75 mg should look something like this...

Morning (6-8 am): 1 p-mag
Late Morning (11 am): 4 cycle assist caps
Afternoon(2-3 p.m): 2 P-mag
Evening: (6 pm-8pm): 4 cycle assist caps

But where does P-stanz fall without being interrupted by the cycle assist? Should I do 3 doses at a 100 or 2 doses at 150?
 
I feel that you should evenly dose each PH according to half life and to avoid spiking of blood levels, e.g. if possible, I would dose P-mag into 3 serpeate administrations - Morning, Early aftrnoon, Evening.

What you suggested is not wrong, this is just my preffered method.

Well since half life is 4-6 hours for P-stanz, if I were to take first dose with P-mag, the 2nd dose falls right around the time I need to take CA, but 3rd dose would be fine...

That is my main concern and what I was mainly wondering of how to go about.
 
Maybe try seperating you CA times by only a 2 hour gap? Or take your last CA dose right before you go to bed... I only took 1 CA dose when I was on H-drol and just took an extra Hathworn pills later on

I would do 2 doses at 150. The half life will extend long enough for your next dose.

So finals week is over officially as of an hour ago, and over the past 3 days I've had less than 10 hours of sleep and diet hasn't been anywhere close to normal. I didn't even have a single shake or anything.

Needless to say I quickly dropped 5 lbs and I'm down to 160 again.

I can start the cycle tomorrow, but I decided to wait until Monday, because I need to get back in the flow of things both inside and outside of the gym and squeeze back in 2-3 lbs hopefully.

Right now I just need to shower, eat again, and catch up on some sleep!
 
So I woke up Friday morning and kept thinking of whether or not I should start the cycle. I'll be back in school in 3 weeks and I had been waiting for this day for months now, so I decided to go ahead and do it.

Pump: pretty good pump overall, I still had the pump going from previous day so my arms had a nice pump.

Sleep: I took my 2nd dose right before 6, and I was passing out by 11:45...went to bed around midnight and slept great.
 
Biggest thing I've noticed over the past 3 days is that my bathroom trips have increased...a lot. Luckily I'm drinking a ton of water and most of my urine is clear, except in the morning when its lime green thanks to B12 in my MV, lol.

Day 3 Sunday 5/15:

Lats and Biceps still hurting when flexed, same goes for triceps. It's painful but in a good way.
Increased muscle hardness/fullness.

I slept for 3 hours in the middle of the day, on top of the 9 hours of sleep I had last night...took my 2nd dose at 6 and headed to the gym around 7.

Leg Workout:

Impression: Probably the most comfortable leg workout I've ever had. Usually after my first set of either heavy squats or leg presses, I start sweating, heart starts beating fast, I get shortness of breath, huffin and puffin like a fat kid with asthma...but today, nada. It felt great, it actually felt amazing. None of those symptoms arose, other than sweating as the workout continued.

Pump: Great, loved the shoulder pumps.

Sleep: I slept great last night, except for when I woke up around 4 after dreaming I was getting in a wreck...and I had to go to the bathroom...not sure if the two were related but what the hell lol. I fell asleep after that for another 5 hours.

I also took my 2nd dose today at 5:45, and laid down at 6 and was knocked out for 2 hours. Knock on wood, I don't think the compounds affect my sleep.

Sleep: Pretty good last night. Took my 2nd dose today around 5:30, and roughly 6 hours later I'm tired and yawning already after just watching the Thunder/Mavs game.

Thanks, im not gonna say that its all dry and lean, but I havent added much around the waist or anything. I can still use the last hole on my belt, not as comfortably but if I go to thw next hole then my belt easily moves around and rotates. I think pstanz is helping a ton with keeping the bf same or barely increasing if that. But shirts are fitting much tighter from torso up... I can tell a huge difference and they fit better than when I was at 184 (more weight around the waist)

Day 15: Friday 5/27

A 2 week update on things...

Libido: steady increase

Energy: pretty good

Sleep: never affected

Vascularity: only slight increase during workouts...usually I'd say I'm a 3 out of 10 prior to these compounds, and with them I'm like a 4 outside the gym, and a 5 out of 10 inside.

Appetite: Pretty good overall, sure there are times when I don't feel like eating, but you gotta force yourself if you want to put on the mass.

Pump: Pumps inside the gym are amazing, and i stay semi pumped throughout the day/day after.

Recovery:There is an increase, my legs always take the longest to recover and it hasn't been different while ON, I did legs on Mon, and I wasn't fully recovered til Friday.

P-mag is underrated and doesn't get much love in my opinion. But I'm glad I'm using it on my first cycle.

Flat BB dropset... This one is a bit weird but basically I load five 10 lb plates on each side, get 10 reps and drop a plate from each side and repeat. I go down to the bar only and get 10 reps, then I start adding a 10 lb plate on each side and get 10 reps or how many I can get. I got a PR in terms of reps so I'm happy. My workout partner loads and deloads the weight, so there is max of 5 sec rest between sets.

Ok So here is the previous 2 days logs below, but first a mid-cycle review.

Today is day 21 and I had to open up my 2nd bottle of P-Mag, so with 20 days down, and 20 days to go, here's a few things.

Muscle Hardness: Definitely increased big time, a huge difference.

Libido: Overall increase, some days it has been steady and some days it has clearly increased.

Energy: Energy has been good overall, I don't feel tired or lethargic, but I also don't feel excited or pumped about going to the gym.

Now usually I'm used to stim preworkouts which usually contain 1,3 dimeth and I always take that 30-45 mins preworkout and put on some music and get pumped up during the drive and feel like I'm gonna go in and kill it.

With these compounds it's a different feeling. I'm not pumped or excited when I take them, and can't really psyche myself and get pumped going into the gym, BUT I feel confident and know I'll have a good workout, just not all that excited about it. If that makes sense to anybody, great, I don't know how else to put it lol.

Sleep: Sleep has been great, I've taken them at 6 or past 6 plenty of times and my sleep hasn't been affected. One night this week my 2nd dose was taken 10 PM and I was sleepy by midnight/12:30...

Vascularity: Meh...lol. No product has ever increased it, guess I don't have the genetics for it. I've had bf below 7%, drank plenty of water, did all kinds of things and there's not a lot of improvements, so I can't knock down these 2 compounds.

Appetite: I feel like I can eat a ton.

Pump: Pumps inside the gym are amazing, and i stay semi pumped throughout the day/day after.

Recovery: Recovery is faster but not to the point that I can hit the same muscle group effectively or to full potential 48 hours later.

Endurance: I can go on much longer than I do and don't feel like I've ran out of gas at the end of my workouts, but because I don't like long workouts and their consequences, I stop much earlier than ever running out of steam.


Sides: None yet, that I can feel anyways. No joint issues, and no back pumps etc. Other than the first few days, I haven't taken my Taurine...I'll start throwing it in my shakes again but just thought I'd throw that out there for people.

Sorry for lack of updates but I took the weekend off. Been busy, and hasn't been the best few days, and my appetite wasn't there really and I had to force down pretty much every meal. In the end, I couldn't eat nowhere near the previous days.


Anyways, classes started today and I'm in school for over 7 hours a day, I absolutely have to make A's in the current course and corresponding lab or else I'm screwed...therefore that will take top priority, but I should still keep this going with regular, and hopefully daily updates.
