Sweating balls and hit a couple prs today. I was able to hit 225x15 a lot faster and easier than usual and was able to hit 315 for 8 which was another PR. Feeling great. Good pump also was able to push it my hardest until the end of my workout. Tricep recovery has been slow but still had an awesome workout.
Way to keep the log going man!

May try adding some MCT's (coconut oil is good for this) Should help with your recovery and energy levels.
I've been using Lit-Up lately and it is pretty damn good. Not a overly intense 1,3 rush and keeps a smooth energy.

One of the best workouts Ive had on this cycle! Endurance and reps are up. I was happy to get 185x10 on the bent over rows. Love getting PRs! No sides to note that bother me still (only acne but who cares). Life is good!
