AndroLean/AndroHard Log 6-Weeks

Day 31- Rest day - Had to take a rest day yesterday because I simply just didn't have time to go to the gym (spent 14 hours editing and proofreading my 50 page master thesis :-x) Needless to say academically, androhard/androlean def removes some of the stress and anxiety such a big project like this would normally bring.

I'm still feeling leaner and leaner everyday and as its getting warmer (humid 60-70's) my sweating bouts are triggered by even a simple 5 minute walk, which I dont mind too much because it gives me an excuse to whip out the beater ahhaha anyways heres a picture to demonstrate the progress so far according to my scale and caliber, my BF is 12.9 +- .5% but you guys tell me:

No offense but I think your under estimating your bf... Looks to me around 15%... I'm alil leaner that you... N I think I'm 13-14%.

But if I'm wrong that mean I'm close to my goal of 10% hah
 
I know this... As I don't have Abbs but I'm 200lbs and arms look alil leaner also. As does the midsection... My back is also very lean... Maybe a flexed pose... Would tell me.
 
Not to be a d***.... but how come pp reps just write something every single time... On their products... I truly don't see such a big change... Not meant to be mean in anyway... But I felt nothing on pp turnibol... Even at 90-120 a day.... I do like tcf-1 and sustain alpha though...

Its all good i dont trust my scale or caliber i just care that the number is going down. I feel leaner and its probably a lot more evident in person when not seen through the lens of a ****ty camera
 
Day 32- Rest Day - Was able to go for a short jog today but didn't have time to make it into the gym.

Killed abs today felt amazing and actually felt a pump in my obliques. Time to kick the cardio into high gear! HIIT 4/5 times a week! Libido still soaring and acne hasn't been an issue to the point where it buggs me. Not much else to report

Todays workout was absolutely amazing. The intensity was insane and very fast paced. I got an incredible almost painful pump in my triceps. It was crazy. I feel like now the supplement is peaking and truly exposing its potential but you tell after todays progress pics what you think?

Sweating balls and hit a couple prs today. I was able to hit 225x15 a lot faster and easier than usual and was able to hit 315 for 8 which was another PR. Feeling great. Good pump also was able to push it my hardest until the end of my workout. Tricep recovery has been slow but still had an awesome workout.

Workout Quality 9.5/10 (almost there!! not quite the all out roided out pump i expect to have)

Tris and shoulders were a little sore going into the workout but didn't stop me from pushing and grunting till the end. Recovery is slower than i would like and have experienced from other pro hormones. However, i cant really complain bc weight is going down and strength is going up!!
 
sick workout! loving the 5 sets of 5 ruitine its been working for me and a workout buddy. looking at josh is making me wonder what the andro series can do for me!!

Woke up this morning sore as a tit everywhere but my biceps. Lethargy has been really bad the past few days. I've been passing out everyday after the gym getting 14 plus hours of sleep. Im killing it in the gym, but afterwords i don't have the energy to do anything. Any advice on this would be great. No problems with acne or aggression and libido is up.

workout quality 8/10:
Went into this workout somewhat lethargic and malnourished. I took a sample pack for a pre (hemorage) and the waxy maze made me feel like a doughboy (not a fan). Weigh day is tomorrow, but i'm sure i'm quite a few pounds lighter. As my weight continues to go down my strength index is staying about the same, which I'm very happy about. Sadly, recovery is still slower than I would like, I'm going to try an additional scoop of casein before bed as well as some gluta-lyn. About mid way through the workout I was able to amp up the intensity and get a nice pump and sweat going. All and all good quality workout.

Workout Quality: 9/10
Better quality reps and control with weights i struggle on. Endurance is going up as i can seriously rep out weights that im comfortable with. No side effects to note. Sense of well being is still on high. Had enough energy for a half mile jog after the workout. Abs are becoming visible when pumped which is extremely motivating and nothing that ive seen before.

May try adding some MCT's (coconut oil is good for this) Should help with your recovery and energy levels.

haha i dont blame you. Thanks for the suggestion. Also trying to grab a few things at the supplement shop today any suggestions? mostly looking to get a new pre workout
 
I've been using Lit-Up lately and it is pretty damn good. Not a overly intense 1,3 rush and keeps a smooth energy.
 
You could try the above and also look into adaptogens like rhodiola and even something like ALCAR.

Nice to hear and good to see pics come up. I feel you on the acne, started treating myself as I am getting some little flare ups on my back.

Really good workout today. I feel like the products are finally peaking and the effects are great. I've noticed significant increases in bicep and abdominal strength. Yes the acne is from the product but imo its a small price to pay. I have some rx meds to apply now. One last major thing to note. i am now weighing 169 and my strength has stayed the same and surpassed my previous gains made at 176.

Severe burn in shoulders. Strength still goes up while weight is going down. **** yeaaaa. Couple pimples now sprouting up on my chest :-( but still only a small price to pay. never want this to end.. its been nothing short of a dream!
